A very Happy Jax, thanks to Tender Touch
    Erika T.

Jax began not feeling great a few days ago- the usual active, hungry, funny dog of ours began not eating, drinking, or sleeping a few days ago. We noticed a lump at the left side of his tail base, so called many vets, emergency rooms, and pet hospitals, and every single one was "at capacity," or short staffed. Every couple hours became worse, and for 3 days, I continued to call around for an appt, with no success. I decided to try tender touch once more today, even though they only were open half day today, asking if there is ANY chance of bringing Jax in at all today. They were able to clear a 9am the following day, but when I expressed my concern, and anxiety, the person I was speaking to on the phone said she can go ahead and talk to the dr to see if there's ANYTHING they could do, and call me back. I didn't think I'd hear back, as every other place I called barely stayed on the phone long enough for me to get a word in before they'd hang up. Tender touch called back and said that we could bring Jax in right away for the dr to examine him, and at least give him meds to get though until tomorrow, as they wouldn't be able to do any further treatment/surgery today. We were desperate, as Jax was worse today, and was only getting worse as the day went on. My husband took Jax in, and within 30 minutes my husband called to let me know the vet examined him, and he had a huge abscess...... she drained it, gave him an injection of antibiotics, did bloodwork, gave him fluids, monitored his fever, and sent him home with oral antibiotics, which she cut and quartered each pill to make it easier for us to give to him. We can't put into words how grateful we are to for him in today. His lab results ended up showing how severe his infection was, and don't know what we would've done had she not allowed us to bring him in today, AND taken the many more steps to get him healthy and resting again. I can't describe the discouragement, feeling of defeat, and pure fear not being able to find a vet available the last three days! We will only be taking him back to Tender Touch from now on! Thanks so much, AGAIN!!

We have been coming to Tender Touch since 2014 and have been more than extremely satisfied with the care they provide. Dr. Sadhanala has been a blessing to our family and has seen our two pugs through two mast cell tumor removals, UTIs, allergy issues, and more. She is always upfront and honest and has done an excellent job treating our pups. The Tender Touch team always greets us with a smile and some quality pat pats for the dogs and they are happy to help answer our dozens of questions. We don't know what we would do without Dr. Sadhanala and her team and I know our pups are thankful for them as well.

The doctor and staff are all kind and straightforward with both my dog and myself. Best vet we have been to in Redmond by far.

I brought the dogs there because of a staff member, Bianca who is actually in Washington because she relocated up here when I returned. If Dr Raja actually knew the type of person she truly was he wouldn't ride so hard for her but that's not this post. I blame the clinic for both of those loss, and this is the second review I'm leaving my first was deleted because I was honest I. the fact that they refuse to take ownership of the hand they played in Najee's death. if you honestly think I'd allow my son dog to go untreated to later die in his arms you got me f***** up. she was a replacement of the first dog Bianca let die as my son pleaded with her for help crying on the floor. Dr Raja told me he regretted ever treating my dogs I regret it too as they'd both still be here. They can continue to delete my reviews as I will continue to repost.. Because of the clinic & staff, my son has attempted suicide 2 times most recently last week. I had a case against the clinic using there own failed documentation and honored my sons request and let it go but how many animals will come at the hands of what's deemed professional?? when my son text his staff he was told she looked better.. tell me dose she?

I was bawling because my puppy wasn't walking, eating or drinking... but the pain was deep in the ear canal that Dr. Ryan Swanson made sure he would do everything to keep him comfy and healthy and safe. We didn't lose an eardrum! Also. There was a nurse here named Nicole that night. We stayed for over 7+ hours and she helped ease my anxiety. I am so grateful it was Dr. Swanson and Nicole. This was my first time back here since my other puppy passed away. So they made me feel better about everything and that Roux was going to be ok!

My first visit to the vet was quite concerning. My cat hadn't eaten or used the litter box for 12 hours since vomited, so I brought him in. They recommended an anti-nausea shot and IV fluids. When my cat was returned, I noticed blood spots on the technician's nose. He denied my cat bled, but another technician later confirmed he did bleed a little. Why would the first technician lie? Second visit: 12 hours later, I brought my cat back because he wasn't getting any better. It was almost midnight, and they told us we'd have to wait 2 to 4 hours for an X-ray. My cat also got another fluid injection while we waited, plus some sedative for the scan. Hours later, the vet said there was some unidentifiable object in his middle abdomen that wasn't blocking anything, and he had a really low white blood cell count and a fever. It was almost 1 AM, and everyone was exhausted, but the way the vet explained things made me so worried, especially when he brought up pancreatitis. I wish he could've just said it simply so I could understand and not freak out so much. My cat was sent home again, with antibiotics for the fever and another 12 hours of monitoring.. My poor cat was so stressed and scared after his visit, he even hid when we got home and peed himself! I can't imagine what he went through or saw behind those closed doors, it was so unnecessarily stressful for everyone. Thankfully, he used his litter box and ate a little later that night.
