I was treated like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking care. Even more concerning, my private medical information was discussed within earshot of other patients in the waiting room. That is a serious breach of patient respect and confidentiality. That was deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I work in healthcare myself, and I know how much compassion matters, especially in a women's clinic, where patients deserve to feel safe, supported, and cared for. No one should leave a medical appointment feeling dismissed or like a burden. The provider who treated me was amazing and professional, and I truly appreciate her care. However, the rest of the staff urgently needs to reflect on how they treat patients. Compassion isn't optional in healthcare it's essential. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
