I was referred to this company by our contractor and, unfortunately, should have known better. From the start, I made several calls to have the job site name updated from the contractor to our own names. Despite multiple requests, they never made the change, which led to a series of issues during the installation process. On the first attempt, the installers showed up without the correct glass size and left the remaining materials at the house while they waited for the correct pieces to arrive. I called at least six times to get the issue rescheduled, but staff repeatedly failed to return my calls. When the second attempt was made, the installer ignored our complaint that the glass was still too small. The owner then came out, only to agree that the glass was indeed flawed. Finally on the third delivery attempt their scheduler fails to call us until installers were less than five minutes from the house. Fortunately we were home, but this just exemplified our entire experience. After three install attempts, two months of waiting, more than 10 calls I made to them, one unannounced-person meeting with the owner, and only a partial refund of less than 10%, we finally received our correct shower glass. Zero accountability, poor processes in place, and terrible customer service. It's a wonder how companies survive being run so poorly. read more

Excellent service from the two installers, Hollis and Austin that installed our replacement mirror today. We had a large mirror that was broken in our master bath that had to be replaced, we had initially called several other glass companies but Tennessee Glass had the best price and quickest turnaround time to replace it. The sales rep Mike came out and measured in a timely manner but mis-measured the cut for the outlet. Luckily it was resolved while the installers were here and they were able to complete the installation successfully aside from one beveled corner piece that was ordered incorrectly. The owner Brian said he would reorder and have it brought out to complete the installation. I can't say enough good things about this company, we have flipped houses and have dealt with a lot of subcontractors and companies, the installers on this job were professional, experienced and very good at their job. 5 star review, would definitely recommend this company. read more

I ordered two frameless shower doors. The nearly $2000 shower door makes a horrendous noise after 3 months. I called them about it and was told that "Travis" would call me NEXT WEEK to SCHEDULE - not get someone out here. It's Wednesday and I hadn't heard from them. I called back and was told that Travis would call me right after he finished what he was doing. That was over an hour ago. When I say the door is making a horrendous noise, I mean rattle your eardrums, break glass kind of noise. When my builder called them to get a quote, let's just say that it didn't take a week to schedule and then who knows how long to get them out here. We ordered a frameless shower door and glass panels in early July. When they arrived it turns out that one of the panels had been measured incorrectly and needed to be reordered. When I hadn't heard anything in a month I called them and they had forgotten to order the new piece. A few weeks later they came out with the new piece of glass. It turns out this time - the holes for the mounting brackets were cut wrong (all 3 of the brackets are the same size - but the 3 holes were all different sizes - so it needed to be reordered. Finally after four months we got the glass installed. Not once did they ever apologize or seem to make much of an effort to accommodate us. Stay way from this company. read more

I ordered mirrors and shower doors from this company, the salesman measured the cut outs for the holes to be placed into the mirrors, once installed it was determined the holes were cut the wrong size, the install manager agreed to re-cut them, upon the re- installation of the replacement mirrors, the hole was cut the wrong size again ! just like the other customers review, the install manager placed blame on me, when in fact his salesman conducted an onsite measurement. the owner was rude and made no commitment to make it right, there are to many other professional glass companies around Nashville, do yourself a favor and choose one of them opposed to dealing with TN glass. read more

Don't expect to work with professionals I ordered mirrors from this company - and couldn't wait for them to be installed. Good thing I was there to monitor the install. While the installers brought the specs of how to install the mirrors, one was installed incorrectly three times. The heart breaker: I ordered a wall mirror with holes cut to mount lighted sconces on the surface. The boxes the electrician created had a variance of 1/8 of an inch - easily covered by the back plates of the sconces. However, one of the holes was an inch lower than the other - too much space so now the sconces aren't level. The inch difference was different than what the sales rep drew up for mechanicals. I spoke with the sales person and then the owner - who were rude and essentially blamed me. However, they were generous enough to cut me a deal to replace it. Whatever. I'll just go to a reputable company and have it done correctly. read more
