The space is so clean and intimate you feel like she is there just for you. I have never had a more comfortable bed, hers was Tempur-pedic and heated so I didn't get cold and uncomfortable like I usually do at other places. Dorothy is super talented and knowledgeable, she is my new go to gal. Cannot wait for my next visit!!! I drive an hour and a half to come and see her, it's that worth it!

I was so happy to hear he decided to open his own practice in Cool Springs! I send everyone I know to him because he's that good. Once you experience a massage with Wil, you will absolutely be hooked. The relief of pain and discomfort from constant training and working out is not something easily describable. I'm so grateful and everyone I refer is always praising his services! My work out buds and I love the cupping! He's top level in the cupping world, he used to train others how to do it! You also cannot beat the value, he's worth every penny with all his knowledge and experience and expertise but yet he's still so affordable! His new location is super convenient, easy to navigate and relaxing! You will not regret your experience at Massage by Wil. Photos to come!

Mandy at Therapeutic Hands Massage, LLC in Spring Hill is one of the best we have ever seen. Our…read morefamily has been seeing her for massage therapy for almost five years. I have autoimmune issues so try to get massage therapy semi-regularly for chronic pain relief. She is also a Certified Lymphatic Therapist and her sessions always relieve my inflammation and improve immune function. She recently added Cranial Fascial Therapy to her practice, which focuses on releasing tension in the fascia and nervous system. I had a couple of sessions in January and wow, my head felt ten pounds lighter afterwards because it released so much tension from my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It may sound strange but it also helped improve my concentration and focus. Last week I had seven straight days of lower back pain from a muscle spasm and could barely walk. I finally got myself in to see Mandy for the fascia work which is gentle, not aggressive but breaks up scar tissue and tension. I left my appointment yesterday with almost no pain and today it is so much better! Highly recommend for all three services!

This is honestly the only place I'd get a massage at. John is very knowledgeable and works with you…read moreso he can understand your issues and help address them. He also takes the time to teach you some human anatomy and show you what may be causing your issues. I work a labor-intense job and have gone to John for a few of my injuries. I've gone to the standard massage places you see in every strip mall and they don't properly address your issues, they don't talk to you, and they honestly do more damage than good as far as a massage goes. The Work Massage is quite the opposite. Besides receiving the proper care, I do appreciate having a private room, relaxing music, and anything else you'd need to feel comfortable while receiving a massage. 10/10 Recommend!

His fascia release techniques were especially effective, and he checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure and treatment were helping achieve the best results. I want to try different kinds but I love the lymph massages so much I haven't strayed much from there. I've fallen asleep on the table dozens of times, it's so relaxing and calms my nervous system. I like how thorough their online profiles are so you can read who does what and pick someone that matches what you're looking for. I love how their waiting area and rooms are cozy and inviting, with snacks! and that there's no trace of pretentious attitudes here. Front desk ladies are always friendly and professional. Some massage places are incredibly pretentious but they've cultivated an environment that is very kind, relatable, and diverse in practices. I absolutely love it here.
