Not only is our doctor excellent (Dr Edison, with 4 children of his own AND a pediatrician as a wife as well), but all the other doctors there are also great. While we alwayus prefer to see our doc, we are fine with the few times we have to see one of the others (with 4, there are often after-hours calls, Saturday vistis, last minute stop-bys, etc.) The staff there is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is conveniently divided into sick and non-sick. The nurses are nice. I could rave more, but by now I think I've made my point. Its a bit of a drive from where we live, but its well well worth it.

This place took us in and got us taken care of after several years of negative experiences with another provider. I credit this practice with helping to enhance my child's quality of life. They ran new tests and got a correct diagnosis, allowing us to get proper treatment and progress immediately. The folks up front are really pleasant and make this place run efficiently. My daughter has autism and actually started using some words within 4 months. Anna and Autumn at the front desk have top tier customer service, they try their best to fit you into scheduling if you need another time than your kid's normal scheduled appointment, and the finance department will work with you so your child can continue to receive therapy if you get behind as long as you talk to them. My daughter had 2 therapists here before going with Carly... all three were knowledgeable and worked with my daughter at her own pace. I personally love Carly who introduced us to the AAC device and is currently undergoing that process to see if it's a good fit for my kid. if I could give 10 stars to Cornerstone, I would. Hate that'll I'll be moving away next year as I will miss this facility, but I know my daughter is receiving the best care for speech therapy until we finally leave.

He has a way to answer stupid questions without making you feel dumb. He doesn't over prescribe or do more than is needed. We really like his theologies in parenting and the "do's and don'ts". He's been super helpful. The office staff are a bit scatter brained at times. They don't always know what's going on or have to get help for what should be simple things. Not all of them. But a few need some coaching. The wait is LONG though. I don't know if they overbook or what, but we've waited well over an hour every time we've gone. Not just waiting room either, like once we get to the room itself, over an hour. I'd rather schedule a later appointment and not wait. Other than the wait, seriously, Dr. Dodd is the best.

The office told us they wouldn't even accept him as a patient unless we agreed to every vaccine on their exact schedule. Whatever happened to parents having a say in their child's medical care? We weren't refusing vaccines, just asking to space them out. If you're looking for a pediatrician who will work with you instead of giving you an ultimatum, look elsewhere. They are our kids, not the doctors, and parents shouldn't be strong armed into doing anything they aren't comfortable with.

We have been blown away by the care that we have received from Grace Pediatrics! I am so happy that we made the switch, not only because it's closer to our home, but because we like it much more! I feel more supported by the staff, where at the other office, I felt like we were just a number to them. I cannot recommend Grace Pediatrics enough!
