Front desk is a nightmare. I don't play when it comes to my kids, and their health. I'm not one to leave negative reviews by any means. The experience I just had with the lady when I called to ask about scheduling an appointment, since I have three toddlers that need to establish care and get on a schedule, was absolutely appalling and not necessary. I hung up because I will not be talked to that way. The waiting area and Dr offices themself are dirty. The only area that was clean and thankfully it was since we have potty trained toddlers was the bathroom. The Dr.s I have interacted with were nice and were fairly thorough. The state of cleanliness and attitude the front desk outweighs the Dr.s unfortunately. read more

My son has been seeing Dr H for 14 years and we have never had a single issue, we love the staff, they are all awesome! My son has ADHD and they never push an increase and let him control how he wants to or not to up his meds. I will be sad when he has to move to an adult dr in a few years! The office staff is always friendly and gets back to you fast. I have never seen such good care and dr's getting to know your child. read more

So unimpressed, just moved to the area and saw that this office was close and insurance accepted. But we went in for a sick visit and we felt rush, my baby was screaming the entire time and we have never seen him do that before. They didn't check my babies vitals until we were leaving so they assumed he had a fever then they told me to do an at home Covid test on him (he's 8 months old). As we were leaving they shut the lights off and rushed out the building behind us, yes it was 515 but don't rush our appointment when we arrived at 4 for our appointment and didn't see us till almost 445. Now trying to get a hold of them to cancel and the hold time was ridiculous. I'm sad because i had high hopes for this place. read more

We have been going here for about 4 years now. They are great with all of our kids! There's one doctor that we don't care for, as she just has a rough bedside manner. We typically see Dr Carnes and she is amazing! She always listens to our concerns, is never in a hurry (despite being behind sometimes), and is very thorough! The one star deduction is due to the receptionists being rude 98% of the time, and the longer wait times. Otherwise, we love this place! read more

Worse place ever to take your kids to. Really bad customer service, more than 15 minutes on hold every time you call no matter what time, doctors are robots and do not care at all for the children. they only care about charging you and do not even try to be nice to you or your kids. Dr. Jennifer A. Jehrio-Butler treated me and my baby from day 0 as we had a contagious illness. She will close the door and she will stay there the whole time. I understand that with Covid there are precisions that needs to be taken but even when she needed to touch the baby she will do for less than a minute and she will run out of the door. I had to ask her everything, even if I needed to change the food that my baby was eating to another stage because she will not give me any guidance or recommendation of what was going to be the next step in his diet. I had to pressure her for a referral letter to a gastro because my baby was not doing good with the formula. she said that for a 3 month was normal to be 4 days without having a bowel movement. My daycare sent a form to them 3 days ago and I had to call every single day until today I had to call the office manager and be extremely rude in order to be send back to my daycare. How hard is to sign a simple diaper rash cream application authorization form ? Everything was completed for her and only had to sign And my baby's had to wait 3 days with his dipper rash getting worse because It was too hard to sign a paper. Please avoid the head aches and don't let them treat you like another bill to be charged. Your baby matter and needs care and attention. read more

I like the dr Libby long. She was great. The staff makes or breaks a business and I can't deal with staff any longer. The front desk is always rude. They are very short, the girl with the bun never seems to want to do anything but stare at her computer rather than help the long line at the desk. Forget calling, you will be on hold for very long hold times. I don't mind waiting, I get being busy. They are either not staffed correctly or just don't care. Or both. I called to get vaccines for my son and I'm told to walk in at 7:30 am or they have to ask the dr if they can schedule him. I saw all this before covid and it apparently has gotten worse since covid. I have had a very good expirience when it comes to Tennessee Pediatrics. I have two sons, one 7 months and one almost 2. When I took them in for their shots they allowed me to do one appointment for the two of them. They were extremely patient as juggled both boys. The wait for our appointment was not long at all. And the staff was very kind and helpful!! My only suggestion would be to acquire some toys for the waiting area. They a very large waiting room with two different areas and one toy. **We also had to take one of my boys in because he was sick. They have a drop in time for sick children. I believe it was between 7-9am but I am not certain. read more

It is very hard getting in contact with anyone at this doctors office. I've called several times, each call I was on hold then hung up on by the automated system. Dr. Hoey and staff are nice however there has to be a better way to get in contact with staff when needed. read more

New location is very cold and floor to ceiling windows in patient rooms not a good idea. We usually love our doctor but we were there for a physical and she seemed rushed and was not very helpful with questions and issues. It was as if I had to follow her agenda and her time frame or she seemed irritated and corrective. I felt like I was reprimanded, versus helped and it was frustrating. I felt like she was judgy too (about where my kids go to school and the camp they attend.) I left with the feeling I was rushed and got home and realized she did not even sign all the forms I brought and asked her to sign. (they took my folder and did not give it back I did get all the paper from inside it back but not signed.) So now an extra trip back there it get it signed sigh! I usually love this practice and this doctor but I will hope it was just an off day. read more

Would not see my daughter because we reshceduled her appt twice, and once made an appt and took my daughter out of school alled to verify and they had no record of her appt, gave me a hard time about her shot records and will leave you on hold forever to find out a simple answer...MORE THAN HAPPY TO FIND ANOTHER PRACTITIONER..this place is totally unprofessional! read more

My family and I had to be evacuated due to Hurricane Harvey. Our entire city (Vidor, TX) flooded causing us to come to stay with our nearest family in middle TN. While in TX our son developed a nasty rash. I called this office since he was a patient here prior to moving to TX last year. I mentioned that my insurance changed but it was still a nation wide PPO. They would not even check to see if my insurance would be taken. I explained my situation and they still wouldn't even check. I hope God shows you people the importance of treating people like people and not dollar signs. read more

We love Tennessee Pediatrics! We have never had to wait too long. There is a separate well and sick waiting area. Dr. Henschel is a dream! He has always listened to my concerns, never been dismissive, never pushed things I wasn't comfortable with, and has always respected my desires as my children's parent. I wish all doctors could be like him. But seriously, if he took adults, he'd be my doctor too! read more
