We wanted a whole house water filtration system with an at-the-sink alkaline water booster. First off, top to bottom, excellent customer service. From the owner to the customer service ladies, to the scheduler to the installer, we never felt like our questions and needs were not top priority. We had been buying 5 gal alkaline water jugs from the grocery store. I cannot lift those heavy jugs so my husband was having to make a special trip to the store every week. I had read about how hard water can shorten lives of major appliances, affect how well your laundry is cleaned, and affect how your skin feels, I started looking for a system. It is so confusing! What you get with this one and that. I felt overwhelmed. TN Water & Air Tech walked me through it. This company will also come and service your system annually (to switch our your alkaline filter and check on whole house system). At every step, I was met with "don't hesitate to call us" and "take your time and let me know how I can help". Thumbs up! read more

Don't do business with this company! We spent 8,000.00 dollars on an r/o system and a water softener. First they sold my contract to a place in Florida that put a lien on my property! Second we purchased a warranty for them to do a yearly inspection that will cost 235.00 a year! Plus if you don't let them come inspect the system your warranty is null and void! Sounds like they have a good scam going! The gentleman that installed the system stated the first year they would come and check on the system for free! Integrity means to this company! read more

Spam snail mail. Looks like the welcome wagon, but it's a sneaky slimy sales pitch. "We've been trying to contact you." No they haven't. Not sure what they sell besides water testing, but I don't need anything from people who use low integrity mass marketing techniques. Pass. Don't bother me with scams and false advertising. read more

Scam. A guy came to my door and said one of my neighbors had concerns about water quality and that's why they're in the neighborhood and that I could provide a sample if I want my water tested too. Seemed pretty official so I gave him a sample of water and my phone number. He sort of casually said "let your significant other know we will be calling" which struck me as kinda weird because I had not mentioned a significant other. A few days later I get a call 6:30 on a Friday night from a woman who claimed they found "103 parts per million in my water and the safe level is 10 parts per million." I said... parts per million of what?? She also said "so I see there are two adults in this home" and I was like "no there's three" - but I remembered about the guy referring to a significant other I hadn't mentioned, almost like he was trying to get that info from me whether I live alone? Then the woman on the phone said she needed to know "what time all three of you are typically home together after work" and I asked why she needed to know that and she was vaguely like "oh because people have different preferences..." at this point I was like this isn't real and hung up. We tested our water several years ago with a testing kit from Home Depot. It's tested positive for a few disgusting things so we reached out to TN Water Tech. A guy came to our house and showed us some other things about our water that we didn't know about so we decided to get a water filtration system with TN Water Tech. Best decision we've made! Received a spam mailer about a "parcel" they had for me, with a "2nd notice" stamp in red on the card. looked up the address to find the company does something with water and not deliveries. Took the time to leave a negative review because these kinds of fear based advertising campaigns should be called out for their dishonesty. read more

I knew this would be a sales company with a shady ad campaign, but I called anyway and was told if they had a sales pitch at my house, I'd get a Home Depot gift card. I had no intention of buying anything, but a free gift card is hard to turn down. Did the sales pitch, never got a Home Depot gift card. Called again some weeks later and was told they'd mail it that day. Still haven't gotten that gift card 4 months later. PS, what they're selling, you can buy on Amazon for around $700, while they're charging $8000(!!). Don't waste your time or money. read more

They send mailers to new home owners that look like warnings by printing red "2nd Notice" on them to appear as though it is hand stamped. In essence they're preying on people's worries in order to get them to call. They provide no mention of the company name or what the "warning" is about. I looked up the return address rather than call and fall victim to what was clearly a shady ad campaign. read more
