The second place said the person who works the camera was on lunch. The third place was very confussing, I asked a lady and she said she didn't know and walked away. Someone else said that they don't know where the person who works in the photo department is. So I called this place before I wasted my time. The lady who answered the phone was just very rude. I asked if their camera was working and if I was able to take my passport photo. The lasy said, "yea" but I was not sure if she said yeah or nah. So I asked, "Was that a yes or a no?" Her responce with attitude still was, "YES it is working" That's why I knocked down one star. The guy who took my picture was really nice and within minutes it was all done. No more then 5 minutes it was all over. 4 stars to the guy, sorry I didn't get your name who took my passport photo.

She kept putting it back in the bag with all the papers stapled. Not sure what's to difficult to understand--- just Remove my patient information and toss it in your HIPAA bin. Also, use the paper bag for someone else. What a waste because you can't take a second to think. She told me to remove it all myself. That's not the point. I would be disappointed to know that elderly or anyone are at risk to this type of interaction. The pharmacist stepped in and was more pleasant, but from the call out, I hope there is some sort of corrections being made. Customers are human and should be treated with care.

Shame on Walgreens for not keeping up their property even though the store has closed. You still have a legal liability to come by periodically to clean up their illegal dumping on your property.

After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

Thought it alluded to Sunstar go betweens. Compared it later with a Gemstar product I got earlier from Costco. They were the same. CVS mislead me with "interdental". The advance soft picks weren't interdental per se. CVS also required a membership to buy which I happened to have from long time ago. In contrast, Target & Walmart doesn't require membership to purchase ad items. Doubtful I will return to CVS again. FYI. Associates were either nice or slightly rude.
