Then CVS texted me right the way that they had my prescription and it would be ready by 10 am . I was driving over there and it texted me again that my order would be delayed . By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

Lines are often long, and help is difficult to receive to unlock encased products. Employees don't seem happy to have to assist you for this purpose. Apparently, you have to spend your money and also tend to store housekeeping, as one of the cashiers asked me to "please put the handcart back" after my purchase. This was a first and a last.

Walked in got my number. The receptionist greeted me right away. So, I sat and waited for my number to be called. Once it was called I checked in. She said I love your hair on the picture on her computer. And in your license picture is so beautiful . Now mind u my hair was a hot mess that day. lol she said and your beautiful today. She was just a sweetie pie! Her energy was phenomenal. Back to the pharmacy and now I'm done! Excellent customer service!
