Wonderful waitresses very alert, kind, and delightful. Definitely would return when in Spain again

So so delicious, everything I ordered was on point, full of flavor and cooked to the right point. Every dish came with an explanation of what it was, couldn't have enjoyed a better place. Thank you Chef Jordi Cruz.

This place was awesome! We got the patatas bravas, fried dogfish, Iberian spareribs, steak tartare, smoked octopus, and Esqueixada-style cod. Everything was very modern with beautiful presentation of dishes. Prices are on the higher side for normal tapas, but this place is Michelin rated and is worth it.

I count myself fortunate I stumbled onto this place earlier tonight. Chef Jordi Cruz has an outstanding pedigree with his 4 Michelin stars. Let's forget I know this less this shades my review. Ten's menu caught my eye. It hung off the awning leaning into the pedestrian path's center. It highlighted the 15 tapas menu items in 3 languages including English. I quickly scanned looking for something interesting and I found it, but would my friends want to try this restaurant? They did. After checking with management, we sat ourselves outside. As our server was receiving our drink orders, he sung Chef Jordi's praises. For myself, I ordered the foie gras dish with sichuan pepper ice cream (intriguing) and the slow cooked egg dish. I also shared some bread, fried potatoes, and black rice. Onto the dishes. Mine were very attractive dishes, quite well presented. I even added pictures to the Yelp photo section. Overall, the foie gras dish was quite sweet. The crunchy topping alleviated some of the sweetness. I was hoping the sichuan pepper ice cream might lend slight heat, but even that was blatantly sweet. What sat between each foie gras piece was lost in the shuffle. The second presented dish was the slow cooked egg. It sounded really good and again, presented well. However, I was told that to properly eat it, one must swirl it around thoroughly and apply it atop the tomato toast. My gorgeous dish became a seething eggy mass. It tasted nice, the egg overwhelmed everything else. The iberian ham, sobrassada paprika sausage, mature gouda - all lost. Where does this leave Ten's? Merely satisfactory. I appreciate Chef Jordi Cruz's presentation skills and willingness to pair disparate items. However, I am underwhelmed when a dish doesn't elevate any one flavor or masks too many pieces. Also, the service was confusing at times. Our waiter was quite thorough, but sometimes too quick with his suggestions. Customer(s) and waiter must work harder to overcome both language difficulties (he spoke acceptable English, though quick and Catalan tinted) and a challenging menu.

Glad I got to stop by this place. Came here for lunch and we got to sit outside. It was really nice! Michelin star rated so of course everything we ate was amazing. We had really amazing oysters ($6 each) but well worth it. Hamachi ceviche and it was so fresh! Lobster and foie gras rice was also very tasty! Of course we had to order octopus too and it was awesome. Everything was very small so we didn't leave extremely full but it was a good amount.

The 62€ degustation is great for understanding why this restaurant is Michelin-guide rated. The food was creative and fun and some plates were truly remarkable. For me, the oyster with uni, the beef tartare taco, the micuit egg, and the shrimp were lovely. The real winner is their dessert selection. Italian coffee and the Pink Panther were both lovely and had great flavor combinations (sweet, umami) and textures. The reason this isn't five stars: I've eaten at a number of Michelin star and guide-rated restaurants, and this one, sadly, lacks the service to match its incredible food. While I was in the middle of my egg dish, the waitress brought out my next course (?!). On numerous occasions, I had to ask for silverware--when the waitress didn't take the used utensils and place them back down in the settings (?!). These are basics that unfortunately detracted from the experience. That having been said, try this place! The food is absolutely worth it!!

    A bunch of great tapas!

This was recommended by friends awhile back, I remembered the modern ambiance, amazing Tapas, friendly service and the place was as busy then until now. For this big restaurant caliber, it's pretty crowded yet they do a good job with a fast turnaround. We did the early Dinner and by the time we got out there was already a long line for late Diners. The fact that even after a decade, it's rare that I go back to the same spot let alone they're still around after all these years. You already know that tells a lot and I feel bad for those who didn't have the same great experience, hope they give it another shot. See y'all soon! Salut, Vermouth!

For an early dinner by Spanish time, we started with the croquettes. Crip and wonderful. Then the tenderloin which was taste as well, though we should have a sales what is on the top. It seemed like mostly a flavored fat. The tomato with toast was lovely. Soaked with natural tomato juice. The skewered prawns were the best. Get them. And we ended with coconut pudding. We were happy to enter the cozy La Alcoba Azul and seated by a smiling host immediately & presented with menus. The interior looks almost like a wine cellar with brick vaulted ceilings. The offerings are best described as fusion tapas but there are a few traditional bites as well. Our waiter presented us with an amuse bouché of pumpkin hummus topped with roasted pepitas on an herbed toasted baguette crisp. DELICIOUS! We confidently ordered the tomato tartare with avocado cream, basil, olive powder and rosemary olive oil caviar as well as a half order of cured Iberican meats featuring chorizo, loin, sausage and ham, an order of the hummus with black olives, parsley, pine nuts and pita triangles. All were terrific! We especially enjoyed the meats and tomato tartare. I enjoyed a red sangria that was satisfying and happened to be topped with cinnamon...a first and welcome addition for me. La Alcoba Azul is a spot we'll keep on our tapas go to list! You shouldn't hesitate to visit.

We grabbed the only table open when we arrived at 1 on a Monday afternoon. We saw a Cava Sangria (a first) and had to try-light and delicious! They also had Majou Beer (from Malaga) on draft which is hard to find outside of Malaga so had to have one. We ordered a couple of starters and a couple of what I'd say were bigger plates. The pork belly marinated in lime was tasty but the fresh Mackerel stole the show! The Truffled eggs with foie and mushrooms was finished table-side and was amazing. We missed that the Cuttlefish had squid ink-no matter, so light and exquisite-only complaint would be to have more cuttlefish. Service was engaged and friendly from start to finish.
