Got my hair fixed by Baby! I panicked at the beginning of the pandemic and tried to color my own hair with a box. It came out way too dark and I spent the rest of quarantine hating my hair. While waiting to get vaccinated, I found Baby's insta and hoped she would be able to fix my hair. She did!!! It was my first outing in over a year and Baby was so kind and diligently followed all saftey precautions. Baby did a fabulous job color correcting my poorly dyed hair and covering my stubborn gray roots (thanks pandemic stress). I just recently purchased and used a Groupon with Janell. The Groupon was for a simple deep conditioning, haircut, and style. I had an appointment at 12:30 arrived a few minutes early. I was seen almost right away, and got my hair washed, then I was left at the dryer for who knows how long because she left me sitting there without offering me my phone, a magazine or anything. She proceeded to work on her other client. After that, I thought okay she must be busy something went off schedule. Then before my haircut, she asked me what I wanted, i said i wanted a few inches cut off, v shape, and lots of layers and thinning since I have thick hair. She then proceed to cutting my hair, she shaped it, and then proceeded to blow dry my hair. Not once did she ask me if the length was okay, were the layers okay. I got nothing from her, it was as if she just kind of gave up and wanted me off her chair. Because any time I have ever gotten a haircut, the stylist always asks if the cut/length looks okay before blow drying. Even after blow drying my hair she never asked, then she asked if my hair was okay as is or did I still want her to curl it... I really felt neglected at my appointment and definetely felt ripped off. SO after a Groupon and tip... i ended up with a basic semi curved haircut... But I must admit the deep conditioning worked really well, my hair is amazingly soft. read more

They understand that your time is as valuable as theirs and they'll get you in and out as fast as their able. They're good at what they do. I absolutely love this hair salon Kaley and Briana deserve a 10 star however unfortunately it only lets me do a five star. I am very very particular on my hair. I have long hair and I love and cherish my long hair so when I get a trim they do just that trim it I never have to worry about them hacking my hair off which has happened to me at many other places. They always ask me if I like it and if it looks ok but I know I don't have to worry about it because they are fabulous! I also get the Brazilian blowouts here and both of them are time efficient and it always turns out silky smooth. I feel bad because from what I saw While I was there, it seems that the salon itself is not bad, Kaley seemed to do a great job, but the service I received from Janell was not great. I texted Janell I told her that I got her Groupon for the cut, style, deep conditioning, and full color retouch. I asked her if she would be able today and she said she could do it at 215. I live in Fontana so I drove out there right away to make it there on time. When I got there she told me because my hair was thick she would have to charge me an extra 20$ for color, because it would take as much dye as a full hair color, I agreed even though I've been getting my hair done since I was 16 and no salon has ever charged me more for dye. My hair has been the same length and growth for 12 years so it seemed a bit off to me. She put on the dye and she tells me she has an appointment at 315 and one a 400 and she didn't think to ask me what kind of hair I had because she assumed it would be quick but she assured me she would make it work. She put me under the dryer and that's when her next appointment came in, she washed and cut, and blew out her hair with a round brush. So I sat in the dryer spot for over 30 Mins, no magazines, no tv, and even then I still wasn't too upset. Finally she washes my hair and I'm Expecting the deep conditioning treatment but nope, just regular conditioner. Then I get back into the the chair and there's a huge line of dye in the middle of my forehead and she says she will try to get it off later. She says she thinks she can get my hair straight with a round brush and a straightener and I assure her that she can't but she proceeds to try anyways. The problem is with curly hair it's best to cut it dry and flat ironed, that's the way every stylist has ever done for me. Anyways I'm assuming she's pressed for time, but had she done it the correct way it would have been faster and I wouldn't have been so pissed off. She's rushing through and burning my neck and scalp with the dryer. About half way I'm looking like a poodle and I want to walk out of the salon but still I stay. She "finishes" and my hair is still big and poofy, she flat irons just a bit of the front to make it look less horrendous and then she cuts. She asks me if my happy but I'm thinking to myself, are you the stylist happy with how this turned out? So I pay with the extra charge about 80$ for this "service". Walking out with my hair huge, dry, and dye in the middle of my forehead. If you want to go to this salon give it a try but do not use this particular stylist aka Janell. Buyer beware: 1. Services are based on her time availability and if she over books herself you get rushed or pushed behind. 2. Style only means blowout to her. 3. Deep conditioning means regular conditioning with Hempz original. 4. Extra charges will occur read more

I spoke with Chanti on multiple occasions and even sent her a photo of my hair and the color and look I wanted. So I finally made an appt for do my color. I was scheduled at 4pm. I texted to confirm the time and she said her client previously was late so to come in at 5 pm instead. Ok cool. So I go in and show her again what I wanted. She says yea we can do that. As time passes 3 hours to be exact. I ended up with red and pink hair NO WHERE NEAR what I wanted or that we agreed on. On top of that she tells me well I have plans tonight that I will fix it "complementary". SERIOUSLY!!. YOUR THE ONE THAT JACKED MY HAIR UP!! TO SAY YOUR GONNA FIX IT FOR FREE. I was so dumb founded that she just pretty much thru me out because her boyfriend came and now needed to leave with orange, red, and pink hair and say come back tomorrow and I will fix it. My hair smelt awful. I had a serious headache. She NEVER used foil. So the fumes were constantly in my face. I don't know how someone can bleach your hair without foil anyway. Just beware and be sure to take a mask or you will come out with a pounding headache from fume overload. Well as you can guess I only paid half shouldn't have done that because all she did was just cost me more money to now have to find someone else to fix her mess. Why in God's earth would I come back to you to "fix" it if you couldn't get it right the first time. Yea, no thanks. I did ask for my money back being that I paid partial for runied hair. But all I got was apology for screwing my hair up. I texted multiple times asking for my $100 back, but no response. Lol. Why would she respond. Thats too much of right. So i suggest if you are looking to get am ombre look I suggest you go to Carltons it is expensive but they get you what your looking for. Amber is awesome I got so lucky to have gotten her. I called ahead to see what the cost would be for a wash, cut, and possibly color treatment. The prices seemed reasonable compared to other salons, and so I decided to stop by. I ended up just getting a wash/cut, but Janell was really nice about trying to figure out what color I'd want to put in my hair at a future date. She even did a "test strip" of color so we could see if it was what I wanted. She then gave me a glass of wine to sip on while the color set, which I loved!
