The pancheon side dishes were lacking: the noodles were nice but way too sweet, the cucumber and beam sprouts had a flavor that was a bit off, and also too sweet; the potato was decent. The seaweed was paired with this other really sweet sauce. The soup was way too salty. The rice grains were small and hard. The dipping sauce for the meat didn't have enough complexity. I felt it lacked some depth in flavor and relied heavily on the sauce laid underneath, which was still delicious. The polenta sticks accompanying the mushrooms were food too. I would stick with the kaarage and noodles for this one. We also ended the meal with their Baklava Pear ($14) which was aromatic, sweet, and a great way to end the meal. Prices are a bit steeper than I like but it was still great to experience one of the best vegan restaurants in town. Reservations are a must.
