Needed my usual medication ordered. When I went to pick up the prescription at the pharmacy, I found that doctor prescribed the 3 month supply , but wrong strength. I called her office to correct it, waited at the pharmacy, but they got it wrong again. Called her office again to tell her it was supposed to be 90 day supply instead of 30. Her staff assured me it would be the correct dosage and supply. I waited another 30 minutes. It was wrong again! Called her office AGAIN and they said it would be correct. I didn't want to wait another 30 min. so I told the pharmacy I would pick it up in a couple days. Two days later before I went to pick up the prescription, I decided to called the pharmacy to make sure it was the right prescription. Guess what? Wrong again. This time the pharmacy called the doctor to get it straight. The pharmacy calls me back and they say she is rejecting ordering any more prescription until I pay her a visit. I am so infuriated! I should have just picked up the 90 day supply even though it was the wrong strength. I already explained my situation regarding the pandemic. It is cheaper to get the 90 day supply rather than the 30 day. And she agreed. That's why she ordered it in the first place. It's like she forgot what I talked to her about. Is she not taking notes and confusing me with other patients? She's been my doctor for nearly 20 years. Might be time to find another doctor. read more
