New established care visit with Dr. Willner…read more I got new insurance and needed to establish care with a PIH OB. I had an abnormal pap last year wit the old insurance and was advised I can recheck in 6months if I wanted to. I scheduled a visit through the appointment line. Did the pre check in and arrived early. It was a nice office and split the lobby area with pediatrics right across from woman's health. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got brought into a room quickly. I saw Dr. Willner in the hall as I entered my room. She was very friendly and said good morning as I passed by. Dr. Willner Is energetic, young and passionate about what she does. She provided me some education on my abnormal pap and there was no need to re check too soon. However, I could if I wished to during my visit. I opted to do so. The pap was very pleasant and not uncomfortable. I have some intermittent pains in the pelvic area which she provided me with information about. Everything felt normal upon her exam. I also had questions about heavy period flow which she prescribed some medications for if I wished to take it. I also found out I will be due for my first mammogram this year as I hit the big 40. Yikes, what a milestone. I am very happy to have Dr. Willner as my new OB. She is knowledgable, friendly and compassionate. Highly recommended!

I hadn't had a pelvic exam in a long time, and because I had surgery for endometriosis many years…read moreago, I was extremely nervous and stressed before this visit. On top of that, my recent periods were unusually painful, so I was even more worried. But the doctor was incredibly thorough and listened carefully to all of my symptoms. She even showed me diagrams of the uterus and explained everything step by step, which made me feel so reassured. During the transvaginal ultrasound, she examined everything in great detail and showed me the screen while explaining what I was seeing. She answered every question I had, and I felt truly cared for throughout the entire process. All the staff members were very kind as well. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here and would highly recommend this clinic to others.

You can either make an appointment online and they'll get back to you or you could give them a call. They definitely lived up to my expectations. From the moment I came in to sign paperwork to the moment I left the clinic, I had a very smooth and comfortable experience. I was also seen promptly when it was time for my appointment so it doesn't seem like they overbook like other clinics I've been to. Dr. Zahedy and her staff members provided the best customer service. I had a lot of questions coming here, and Dr. Zahedy was able to address all my concerns. Her assistants are all personable, and Dr. Zahedy makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Edit: I've also gotten my Pap smears done with her, and she is so gentle that you don't even feel a thing. She told me that if it hurts, then they're not doing it right, and I've been to other female doctors where they've given me an induced cramp and made me bleed. Office, can you hold pls" I held the first time and she had me on there for nearly 10min. Then I called back a few times and everytime she would say the same thing and instantly put me on hold until the 5th time she just sent the calls to voicemail. It's honestly surprising how someone like that is the face of the office. I know no one is going to correct her behavior but honestly try being more professional since you're in an office setting & your job is to greet & welcome new/existing patients.
