The salon as a whole is very clean, very professional, and very friendly. As a stylist, Jess is wonderful to have doing your service. She explained everything about extensions to me during our consultation since it is my first time getting them, and she was up front and honest about the entire process and cost. She was very considerate of how I was feeling in the chair during my service, assured me that we could chat or I could watch tv or listen to music etc. and there was no pressure whatsoever. She also explained each step of the process as she did it, and she never handed me off to anyone else for shampooing etc. She ordered us lunch and we conversed and I felt very taken care of. I ended up with some sort of bob like cut. My bangs were utterly destroyed. The stylist took a weird blunt chunk out of the center, and didn't blend them. I have a weird mix of long and short chunks for bangs now. To their credit a senior stylist 'fixed' my bangs-its better than what the original stylist did, but it's still a step below good. I realize I was given to a junior stylist, and it's a learning process, but I think she really needs a senior stylist to take her under their wing and mentor her. I certainly will not be going back.

I used to travel over 30 minutes just to see her, until I moved closer. They are the type of people who make you feel like family when you are in their shop, but they are also professional and great at what they do. Erica is the best and she's done everything for me from full weaves to chemical straightening to simple cuts and blow outs. I'm always happy with the result. I'm just posting a photo of my natural hair from the last time I was there which was for a keratin treatment, cut, and blow out. She has really helped my hair to become much healthier and stronger--my hair is naturally coarse and curly and it also was very damaged by previous chemical straightening and coloring, from before I went to her.
