I will never go to Teriyaki Madness again. We paid $70 and the food was inedible. We couldn't event tell them because they kicked us out. We were there 20 minutes before they closed. At no time did they tell us we couldn't eat in the dinning area when we were ordering. I had both my kids with me and we all had to eat in the truck. They didn't even give us all our food. They also didn't give us a receipt. I've eaten there before and the food was good. It was a big letdown and gross this time. I will never ever go back. read more

I had a 46% cash back coupon from Upstart I kept waiting for it to post to my account. I used the same card that was listed in the app. I called the company they said wait a little longer, then one day i checked my account and it showed expired. I like the restaurant but I won't be giving them my business anymore. It's a shame they don't honor their Upstart coupons. read more

I ordered the chicken Katsu bowl after seeing a post on Facebook with it featured. The chicken in the post had long/thick strips of chicken- versus the sad little nuggets I received. The fried rice is mushy. The veggies are hard to chew. This is the second bowl I've ordered and have been disappointed both times. I ordered the chicken potstickers and egg rolls on the side and loved them both. The dipping sauces are great too. read more

Cooked to order, dumplings were hot and a tad greasy that a good squish with your napkin won't fix and the dipping sauce was great. Their Orange Chicken was not very orange flavored, the fried rice was on point. The tiny size bowl looked like it would be enough, yet it was hardly full. Well I order the Orange Chicken , dumplings and crab Rangoon . The dumplings and Rangoon were greasy . Orange chicken with noodle lacked flavor , missing any type of orange zest . Noodle had zero flavor! Just go to a real Chinese restaurant or Panda Express is tons better !! read more

I've visited 3 times. The food is good but a little on the pricy side if you get a meal. It also has been chaotic the days I've been in there. What an absolute waste. The "hand-trimmed" meat (we had steak and chicken) was riddled with fat and tendon, the teriyaki flavor wasn't bad but the rice was a mushy over-cooked mess, the noodles were disgusting and stuck together and the vegetables were flavorless completely. I have been here many times, however I will not go back. The tables were dirty, the trash was running over, and the soda machine gave drinks without carbonation. Additionally, the young man at the register had issues with language and did not speak well. My bowl did not have vegetables, which I returned to have vegetables added. Also, the drink cups fell out of the holder and fell to the floor. He picked them up and shoved them back in the cup holders. read more

Placed an order for dine-in and was told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. Waited an hour before going to ask where our food could be, just for them to tell us they accidentally made it to-go. No one called a name as the food more than likely sat on the to-go shelf for 30+ minutes. Was then handed our food with a "Sorry about that" response. After finally getting our food, the teriyaki chicken was filled with fat and the spicy chicken was tough and chewy. We also paid a dollar extra for their "fried rice". I guess brown rice and fried rice is the same. Not worth the wait. read more

i came into the restaurant, & i ordered my food. it took forever (at least 8 minutes) for the machine to load so i could pay (which isn't entirely the restaurants fault). as i was waiting on my food, the employee who rang my food up dropped a few cups on the floor & decided to put them back into the cup holder after they were contaminated, i find that repulsive. i got the orange chicken bowl, with noodles. i've been here one other time, & just like the last time, the restaurant was empty as can be. i went to sit down, & had to sit somewhere else because there was visible food on the first table i chose, along with other tables in the restaurant. i got my food, & opened up my bowl to notice there was 90% noodles & 10% chicken. i was not impressed. there were only about three regular sized pieces of chicken, & the rest were just tiny little pieces of chicken. the noodles were also hard as a rock might i add. the food was very mediocre, & nothing impressive. i don't recommend, & i feel they are not sanitary. read more
