Having been a good regular to places like Yoshinoyq and Flame Broiler for most of all my life, I can actually say I very much enjoy Teriyaki Madness a lot more than the others! I've only every tried their salmon and tofu however. But I like their recipe a lot more than Waba Grill. Everything just tastes so much fresher and high quality. Service is prompt! My man went to go order food. I was on the phone with him and I told him what to order he orders it exactly how I'm telling him to order it because I'm on the phone with him and I can hear it. He then drives all the way home and our food is wrong so he calls them and they're telling him to drive all the way back and pay for them to fix the order that they got wrong?? While pumping gas I seen this place and decided to order a spicy chicken bowl with white rice. The chicken had so much spice that it was dry. They only gave a 1oz container of teriyaki sauce, which was nowhere near enough for the bowl I purchased. The rice was plain white rice, but seemed mushy and over cooked. The food was ready to go pretty quick. My first time here was great. Brian was great with explaining the menu. They even accommodated me with my special requests! Well a week later and it is not the same experience. Brian was great but they did NOT make my food to order and I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time. I asked for well done chicken, chicken was not well done. I use to eat at their restaurant in Las Vegas. I actually tried this location when they first opened and my experience was not good. I came back on 10-2 and everything went exceptionally well. We were on our way to Palm Springs and were looking for something where we didn't have to drive too far off the Highway for lunch. We decided that Japanese food sounded good and YELP led us to this place. We were surprised to see that it was attached to an AM/PM gas station and actually almost backed out. I am so glad we decided to give it a try. We have never been dealt a bad hand from YELP. We had the absolute best service. The gentleman that took our order was so nice and welcoming. We ordered a Junior Teriyaki Bowl with Soba Noodles to split. It was absolutely delicious!! The noodles were perfectly cooked as were the veggies and chicken. The sauce was not overwhelming, which made the dish so yummy. I wish we had a Teriyaki Madness close to where we live, because we would definitely be going there often. We enjoyed our lunch so much, we forgot to get pictures. Definitely worth your time. Don't let the AM/PM scare you away. read more

What a neat business concept! My husband and I stopped by for a bite In June. The place was clean, no frills in decor. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and the Vegetarian Bowl. Both were delicious and the bowl servings were more than enough for a lunch. He had an egg roll and I had the edamame for sides. When we first arrived, one of the servers gave us a heads up that they were busy and service might be slower than usual. We completely understood and appreciated the warning. However, after waiting about 20 minutes, we realized our order still had not been taken and it seemed like we were accidentally forgotten. We understand things can get overwhelming during a rush, so we tried to be patient. What stood out more was the overall lack of attentiveness and welcoming atmosphere from the service side. Some of the interactions felt cold, and one of the servers in particular seemed visibly annoyed and like she did not want to be there. As customers, a simple friendly check-in or update goes a long way, especially when the wait times are longer than usual. It took about an hour for us to receive our food. We also noticed other customers looking frustrated, and saw guests walk in, stand near the entrance for several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged, and eventually leave. Overall, the food itself was good and we can see the potential here, but the customer service really needs improvement. Long waits can happen, especially during busy hours, but feeling ignored or unwelcome makes the experience less enjoyable. With better communication and more attentive service, this place could be so much better.

When I asked the waitress, she said "2 minutes." Five minutes later, I asked another waiter, and he said "5 minutes." In my family, we don't start eating until everyone has their food, so our baked rolls just sat there getting cold for about 20 minutes. I did bring up my concerns, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. At the very least, I expected some kind of gesture--maybe a small discount or even a complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I won't be coming back.
