The restaurant was clean and the fish was fresh. Got the Goyza to start, the baked salmon roll (no crab because I'm allergic ) and the crunchy shrimp roll. They have an AYCE option for vegan/veggie sushi if you're looking for a spot! The service was prompt and attentive. Total came out to $52 before tip. The only downside was the coke had too much syrup, not enough carbonation but other than that, it wasn't a bad work lunch in the AV. read more

My husband ordered dinner through DoorDash one evening and spent over $100. When we began setting the table and taking the food out of the bags, we realized that five items from our order were missing. Unfortunately, when we attempted to call the restaurant, it was already a little past closing time. We also contacted DoorDash, and the delivery driver explained that he simply delivered what the restaurant provided. Our kids were understandably disappointed since some of the missing items were part of their meals. The following day, my husband called the restaurant to explain what had happened. They were very understanding and kindly offered to provide the missing items that same day; all he needed to do was stop by and pick them up. We truly appreciate when businesses take the time to make things right. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, and their willingness to resolve the issue speaks highly of their customer service. We will definitely continue supporting this restaurant, though we may choose to dine in moving forward. read more

We ordered a pick up at 2:10pm the lady told us it would be a 25 min and then they she called back 5 min later and said it would be a 40 min wait, which was still okay. she gave us a range between 3-3:15. I showed up at the later time to be safe (3:15) order was still not ready!!!!! the restaurant was not busy at all!!! Came to miso for lunch again I don't know why this place only has three stars every time I come here I get excellent service sometimes they can be kind of slow but today they were fast ambience and everything is so relaxing. I've been coming here for years, never had a bad experience with my food. The food is always 10/10. I only had a bad experience with one older female server, but they might have quit or got fired because I come here often and never see them again. The rolls are the perfect size, not too big with a bunch of rice and not too small where you feel like you are not getting your moneys worth. Been coming here for years and the food is always great. The costumer service falls a little short tho:( for a period of time there where some great waitresses and chefs that always greeted me and my friends and where always smiling and helpful. The last couple times I've gone the waitresses aren't attentive or as friendly sometimes they forget about me and the chef had to remind them about me. That's the only thing the waitresses need to be more friendly and present with the costumer. read more

The portion of meat my boyfriend got on his dinner box was I kid you not little sprinkled pieces it was really sad. And the server forgot his miso soup...we tried to get her attention but she seemed uninterested in tending to us 2. The server just kinda avoided us the whole time , my edaname came late to me. And when it came time to pay we couldn't get her attention so we got up and paid up front. Had to find a new spot since one of my favorites closed down and so I came across this on yelp. Came down and the place was small but lively. Definitely does get busy. I came in and decided on a to go order and they gave me a window of 40-55 minutes and they said they would call. This system is a bit flawed. I never got a call but timed it myself. I walked in and my order was already ready but sitting in the back. This is probably why I gave it a 4 instead of 5. Now to the order, I went with a classic crunch roll, a rainbow roll, Superman burrito roll and a cucumber salad. The qualm of the food was brilliant. It was fresh, well made and flavorful. Both the tempura and the roll was fresh and appetizing, and it was packaged neatly and with care-something that can at times be overlooked when you are ordering food online.
