First time here and will not go back. Menu items nothing like the website not the photos. This is not a place with an event area with couches and fancy decor as the photos on their website. Service was ok. They were out of some items. I ordered a burger and side salad. Both were good but the atmosphere was not. Very loud, hookah pipes and smoke very thick it was hard to eat dinner with the scented smoke. Maybe that could be offered on certain nights? Not a place for young children.

Terminal 3 Bar & Grill provided a fantastic dining experience! The staff here was extremely friendly, I also had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners and she was so sweet and kind , she even brought out extra catfish because she thought one of the orders may have been light on the fish. The restaurant has a new contemporary design and they even had a live deejay playing music. We went here on a Sunday so we were able to try their brunch menu. Their brunch menu is small and I don't have a problem with that because that usually means the options available are well executed, and all of their dishes tasted awesome! Menu items ordered were the chicken and waffles( some without sauce and some with a sweet and spicy sauce ), the fried catfish nuggets with grits and scrambled eggs, the shrimp and grits and a couple orders of their fried potatoes loaded and unloaded (plain). The waffles had a nice outside crunch with a chewy center, their chicken was crispy and super flavorful ( no hot sauce needed ). Their sweet and spicy sauced wings provided a sauce that was not too thin and not too thick, with just the right amount of heat. Their catfish was cooked perfectly and weren't over seasoned, their shrimp and grits were seasoned to perfection and their fried potatoes were very good. Terminal 3 provided a dining experience with good food, good music and good service and I will be back to try more of their menu!

I went to this location last night with my friend. It was very out of the way for us, so we came to have a good time. We discovered this spot from one of the advertisements about a weekly event called "Tow Down Tuesdays" where shots and tacos are $2 and margaritas $5. The advertisement says this is every Tuesday night from 4pm to 12am. When we went to get drinks at the bar last night we were charged $60 dollars for 3 drinks (double shot of tequila blanco, a redbull, and a margarita). When we asked her why the drinks were so expensive we were given weird looks and attitudes, giving the bartender grace as it looked like a busy night, we decided to not hassle her any further. Looking back at their social media pages and the false advertisement today clearly indicates that we were SCAMMED last night out of our time and money. Today, as my friend and I have been trying to get in contact with management to resolve the issue, we are getting no answer on the phone and comments about our experience are being deleted from their social media pages. We are disheartened by the false advertisement and the nasty customer service received last night. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. My living room was more fun than this place.

Cold food and missing items. The food had no flavor. I have not had this problem before so I may give a second chance

My friends and I ordered the potstickers, arancini, and elevated fries along with some drinks. The arancini are my absolute favorite and it's the perfect amount to share (or hoard!). The fries were good but a tad dry and should come with some of their delicious aioli on the side. Luckily our server was kind enough to bring us out some when we asked. The potstickers were solid and I really enjoyed both the Side Car & Espresso Martini and would order them again. My only complaint, and why I knocked a star, is that I was overcharged - and this is not the first time it's happened here. Handing you the machine with only your total displayed with the expectation of immediately tapping your card and tipping doesn't give you the opportunity to review your bill at all. I didnt bring the overcharge to my server's attention because she was busy and there were 5 of us checking out at once. Maybe I'm old school but would love to have a ticket to review my charges before swiping to pay.

They had all kinds of seating, tables tall and regular, bar seats, couches and chairs, booths and an entire outside part that looked awesome if it had been warmer. The menus for both food and drink had a lot to offer. We ended up getting the bulgogi wraps, chicken skewers, and a few drinks. The taxi cab? Drink is fantastic , it was our favorite. Overall, a great spot!

Service is always patient and friendly. I was here to try their seasonal drinks which are all tasty! I mixed the Salted Caramel White Russian with Banana Dave (my favorite) and it was delicious! The link was clunky, and after working through it laboriously, we managed to cobble together a 40.00 drink order combined. This is where the real trouble began. We were using two different devices for two different orders. On both orders we had trouble finding the "shots" option. One party eventually did. The other order kept defaulting to adding pretzels (required by law to get alcohol to go, apparently) even though we were planning to stay on site. Finally decided to just do one order and managed to shed the pretzels. We did all of this chaotic legwork instead of chatting and being out... and then the order asked for a tip. Normally I'm one of those huge over tippers- 20% minimum, usually 30% or more, but this gave me pause. It's like being asked to tip at Walmart. I just mucked through Narwhals computer system as free labor and they want me to tip? No. Didn't matter anyway because there wasn't an option to pay on either phone. We left and went to Firebirds for happy hour instead. It's 400 feet away, fantastic drinks, great price, patrons don't have to work for free, and there is an actual reason to tip. Ironically, the payment option for Narwhals showed up after we left. Maybe it was a signal issue? Ha. Jokes on them. If you go to Firebirds, I'd recommend the cherry old fashioned or the pineapple martini. Both excellent. Can't say about Narwhals and I won't be back to ever find out.
