Oh this place was horrible, the owner didn't want to let people in unless they showed ID this was new standards the manager wasn't trying to be understanding with people who had their ID on their phone, the server mess up everyones food, then caught an attitude and played victim to the manage, the manager was very rude about how she handle the situation, the manager did clear the bill of the wrong food but the attitudes towards African Americans are very harsh, they normally have great take out but dinning in wasn't so great. read more

This place is not good for the "club scene" on the second floor. However the food was good and moderately priced. I've been here on several occasions and each time there is no room to sit yet alone stand. I wait at the bar for 10-15 minutes before I am served and when I do get served the bartender is rude and short patient. I went here for my birthday one year and I remember my friends leaving early because they were tired of standing in their heels. The drinks are filled with more ice than liquid and the service upstairs absolutely sucks. I have never dined downstairs but I hope it's better than the second floor. read more

This place has been my spot for quite sometime , foods great , drinks are okay . But the service is absolutely trash. First of all any restaurants who is on Uber eats or door dash should be prepared to accommodate both dine in & take out orders appropriately & in time fashion. Instead there is no kind of rhythm or system in place & therefore the dine is suffers. What I feel like this place needs is a bar manager/manager on duty to have processes put in place to deliver great customer service. Literally one of the male bartenders was moving slower then hell while people's drinks were empty & food wasn't out yet! Orders where being messed up & empty cups were accumulating on the table. Took us about 10 mins to get a drink & water lol mind you 15 mins to get a refill. This staff doesn't have hustle & needs to work on better customer service practices & needs new processes in place because honestly if the tip wasn't included I would of probably gave them 6%. This place has potential. The kitchen though? Keep cheffing it up boys because the food is amazing just the front of the house needs work! read more

Nice place i had the skirt steak and it was very good and 3 good portions for 17 bucks along with rice and fries. The chicken soup was also very good. The beer selection is good and prices are reasonable. Just wished some of the barmaids were more attentive..all in all a good experience. read more

I would -one star for this restaurant. I went there on Friday February 26,2021 around 11:15 A.M, before an interview with the owner for a job. It took at least 15 to 20 minutes before my order of the Bitoque Burger even made it to my table. Long story short the burger was spoiled. It smelled rank but i just attributed it to maybe some funky sauce on it, i bit into it and became violently nauseous. I spit the whole bite full of burger into the napkin and ran into the bathroom to throw up. How the hostess and the cook did not notice that the meat was rotten is beyond me. Needless to say, the job was not worth taking, how could any owner not be aware or in denial that his "prized cook" is serving spoiled meat is beyond me...I did speak with the owner Mr. Pinto, this guy is in denial..he claims the meat was made yesterday....You should know before you go there, after 6:00 P.M. they add a 15 percent gratuity to your check. The hostess finessed me into buying a cup of coffee that she told me was on the house...Will not ever go there again. I don't have a weak stomach but that burger was hella spoiled!!! Just had a great evening at Terminal One. We were staying at a nearby Newark Airport Hotel; Fernando, Terminal One's manager, picked us up; avoiding the expense of a taxi or hassle of making our way there in our rental car. The bar was lively and we were able to watch our favorite NFL team and keep track of the World Series while eating delicious seafood and drinking draft beer. Plenty of friendly locals hang out here; one guy even shared his Paella with us - the best I have ever had! The wait staff is attentive and welcoming. Loraina went more than the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. This place is the best! read more

They used to be known for their buffalo wings but I guess everything changes. The buffalo wings were saturated in some kind of sauce and they taste like they were freezer burn. Disgusting! I won't go back there again. read more

Came here today for a lunch referred by a good friend of mine. I ordered fried calamari and picanha(brazilian steak). Calamiri was over cooked but I still ate with my girlfriend thinking it's still eatable.....then the picanha came out. I was excited because its my favorite meat but very disappointed!!! Asked for medium rare and came out really well done!! To a point where it was really dried. So I asked them to get me a new one and very disappointed again!! It came medium well done!!! I dont know what part of medium rare the cook doesn't understand!?!?!?! The waitress was nice at least....that was the good part of that place.....shame it wasn't the food.....witing for the right meat to come, I wasn't hungry any more......they charged me 2 drinks and calamari....17bucks!!! terminal one , is a great location and the food is good. but but but !! buyers be ware, they are (the servers) adding gratuity to your bill. yes you. there adding gratuity to your bill with table of 2 or less. we have corrected and confronted them several times, but they continue to do it and management allows this. i have took my complaint to the right people and will stay on top of it. so be aware. !!! read more

Some coworkers and I decided to go here to celebrate my birthday. What made us go was a flyer we saw that really made the place seem like it was the place to be. We went on a Thursday which was Taco Day during Happy Hour. The beers were the only thing included in their Happy Hour (which isn't stated on the flyer) and they only had one type of taco to choose and was expensive (also not stated on the flyer)! The music sucked so we ended up having to spend $15 on the jukebox and while our music was playing I guess one of the owners came over and turned the volume down!!! I spoke up for us saying it wasn't right and we paid to hear the music so he turned it back up. We ordered drinks my drink was made well but 2 of my coworkers drinks taste of only juice. We were not offered the complimentary nachos like everyone else. To sum it up the atmosphere sucked because of the staff and the only reason for the 3 star rating is because the Buffalo Wings there are freaking AWESOME!!
