We unknowingly rented in an area with HORRIBLE cockroaches, mosquitoes, etc., and they are a godsend and will also tell you how to prevent future entry. It's $50/mo for quarterly application with a guarantee of keeping the listed bugs out. They come out for free and apply more if there's any "activity" (aka live giant cockroaches in the house in our case once) between applications too.

I really wish I could write a much better review of this company as I was expecting stellar service after reading some yelp reviews. But here I am expressing my disappointment in the tenting crew and how they left my home with damaged gutter drains (2 out of 5). One was stepped on and completely flattened so the rain water has no where to drain out of. The second gutter drain was somehow yanked or knocked out of its position so hard that the screws holding them in place were ripped out. I understand and respect their contract stating that they have no responsibility for damage to gutters and other home property, so I'm not going to make a big deal of the 2 dented gutters. However, it really bothers me that the way my gutter drain pipes were seemingly carelessly handled. I just had those drain gutters installed 2 months ago. AND also every nozzle from my water hoses (all 3 hoses) were removed and left on the ground with the hoses not put back where they were before the fumigation. AND one of the solar panels on my security light was turned backwards. Could they not have simply turned it back the way it was? I also received a text from my not too happy neighbor on the day I was to return home informing me that my smoke alarm was blaring all night the night before. Should I have been advised by the tech that I should have removed the batteries to these alarms before the tenting? And I didn't get any courtesy notice of any damage. I simply came home to find these things on my own. Everything considered, tells me how the crew has such a nonchalant attitude towards providing excellent service. It was very disheartening because I actually loved the customer service I received with each gal I spoke with in securing this service so I was looking forward to and expecting the same kind of service I got from their office. I will NOT be using their service again. But to be completely accurate and clear, I hired Kilauea Pest Control who sent out PEST TECH HAWAII to our home. I will post this review to Pest Tech Hawaii too.

Tomorrow we should be contacted by George when it is safe to enter. Thankyou PEST Group Scheduled between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. they arrived just before 7:15 a.m. Awesome! Will continue once the job is completed. Nice meeting the crew before we left. Okay so once we left the crew we overnighted at a hotel in town. After checkout the next day we occupied ourselves til 3 p.m. I called Alice and asked if she could ask George the status on te-entering our house. She said he was out but we would get a call from Josh. Pickrd up our belongings and went to get our fur bebe. Still no call . Hubs went home as we drove separately. He calls me while I was waiting at the vet parking lot. Hubs told me two guys had just arrived and entered our house. A few minutes later he called again to say we can go in. Perfect timing. Pup and I headed home. House key was left where we requested. House had a funky fishy smell so we left windows open? Kept on a air purifier and Himalayan lamp. Last night I spotted a tiny dead roach. Today I would still smell that strange odor in the hallway and kitchen. Hopefully it will disappear if we keep the windows open, ceiling fan going and mop down the floors. I haven't gone upstairs yet cuz I slept on the extension since more windows were in there open.

My need was a bit different - my mechanic found a dead rat in the car. I don't know how the heck it got in there and I don't want to know how. Ace came by early, greeted me, and he was just as puzzled as I was on how a rat ended up in there, but he was able to pull the thing out and clean out the area of the car it was on. Thankfully, it was in an easy to access area and he was able to safely dispose of it. I didn't want to touch that thing with a 10 foot pole - price to remove and dispose of it was very reasonable. Not sure about these other lower reviews, but this is my third time working with them and they're great.

In today's world of technology with numerous scheduling software solutions available, getting an answer that a person has decided to take a 4 day holiday weekend and therefore urgent scheduling can't take place until they return is unacceptable. What if the person isn't there again? Invest in very affordable scheduling software and address urgent issues as they arise. UPDATE: Received message from management who committed to sending technician before the 4 days originally quoted for scheduling and my issue was addressed during the holiday weekend which I'm grateful for. The service for feral chicken trapping was a complete waste of money. It cost $497.38 for one week…read morewith two traps in a small, privately owned dog park. Invoice #1298339. There are three roosters who are in the area, two hens, and six half-grown chicks. Over the course of one week, one hen and a little chick that I had never seen before were caught. One rooster, the smallest of the three, was caught but got back out. The half-grown chicks could go in and out of the trap, eating the food and then leaving at will. The trap has bars on the end that are difficult for the chickens to get into but apparently not impossible to get out of. There were chickens all around the traps constantly, pecking the feed through the sides, but they were not caught. This trap was "contracted" with the City and County of Honolulu. I think that the City and County should look at a different service using a different type of trap. I am not sure how much the City and County kicked in for the cost, but the balance to the customer of nearly $500 seemed like a lot. It would have been worth it if the traps had been at all effective. I ordered a cage from Amazon for about $150. We'll see how that goes to try to do it on my own.

What I like best about Aaron is his honesty and dedication to doing a good job for his clients. He truly cares about what he does and it's not all about trying to make money (I had called other companies and they wanted to get me on a 6 month plan for the fleas in my garage). I had a termite problem recently and I called him again, hoping he could do some ground treatments for me. But after checking it out, he was honest with me and told me I needed to tent my house (he doesn't do tenting) and the spot/ground treatments would not work well in my case.
