Just filed complaints with the BB, Attorney General's office, & NY consumer protection bureau. Can't get the service manager to get back to me on a trap inspection. Tomorrow will be the 4th business day without a response. Not the first time the service manager has taken days to return messages. They have only pulled out 3 mice. This company has been a disappointment to o say the least. July of 2024 we had our home inspected for mice removal and to be sealed up. They came and did the job and the mice are still in my home as of September 2025. Over 50 emails back and forth, crew members at my home after weeks of trying to get in touch here they just check traps and leave. It was over 6k in services for mice removal and beetle treatment which they discovered. They are awful as communication and it takes weeks to hear back from them. I am so udderly disappointed with how much we had to spend on mice removal and sealing up our home for there to still be an ongoing issue even a year later. I will be going forward with contacting the BBB about this company as it feels we were robbed of our money for a job never completed. read more

Once this company takes your money you cannot get in contact with them. They have no local phone number. All calls are routed out of state to a call center where you can only leave a message. I paid Terminix an upfront fee of $1117.67 for a year of service (Premium TCPrevSvc PCQTR). The technician arrived 4/29/21 to perform the pest service. I informed him of all the pests I've seen and specifically said that the wasps around the house are our biggest concern. He briefly looked in and outside of the house, spraying a few times. Complaint 1: The technician said that the spray he was using would not leave a mark on my windows and dry clear. That is not true. There are now dry, grey speckles all over my windows, including the large front window which is located over 20 feet high. It was raining that day, so the technician said that the treatment would not be effective, so he said he would schedule a free, follow-up appointment. He then proceeded to spray outside. But then he left without scheduling a follow up. Complaint 2: Technician said he would schedule a follow up since his treatment would be ineffective in the rain, but he left my property without scheduling an appointment. Complaint 3: I called Terminix customer service the following day, asking for a follow-up appointment and they said someone from the scheduling department would call me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. No one did. I proceeded to call every other day for the following week, and I got the same response every time. It is now July 20th, and no one has even called to try and schedule a follow up. I even emailed the technician, as his email was included in a receipt, and he did not respond as well. Complaint 4: I still have wasps! Complaint 5: The technician installed a termite trap directly at the foot of my deck, creating a terrible eye sore and a tripping hazard. I will now incur costs to remediate my landscaping in this area. Complaint 6: Due to the aforementioned complaints, I've begun seeking a full-refund. Each time I call Terminix customer service, they attempt to transfer me, and then I get disconnected. Every person I speak with, claims they are unable to initiate a refund, and needs to transfer me to a manager, but upon transfer, my phone call gets disconnected. I am tired of being put on hold and being given the runaround. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and have received a refund BUT the best part of this all? THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME A MONTHLY BILL! And they refuse to cancel or remedy the issue. Stay away, FAR FAR AWAY. Absolute scam of a company. I signed up for service to get rid of mice and was talked into signing up for the abatement program where they look for holes etc. and patch areas. $1300.00! So they show up 9/12/23 two guys with caulking guns. Two apartments. They spent 9 min. in one apt putting foam around radiator footings. The second apt they spent 30 mins doing the same. I asked them to repair a small area behind the stove and was told it was beyond their scope (I did it myself took about 30mins). So they are done, I just spent $1300. for 39 mins of work, unbelievable. Two days later the mice are breaking through the foam. This is a Friday so I know I won't get any help till Monday at best. Texted inspector no response. Called the call center and they send URGENT request to the local office which are ignored. Finally, call center text me an appt for Thursday 9-21-23. I am not happy and call and ask for something earlier they say so sorry. They will send another URGENT request which was also ignored. So I am stuck I wait it out. Sitting here today they do not show. I call the call center, they respond by saying we will send another URGENT. So finally someone from the local office calls and tells me I should have looked for a confirmation from them so it is my fault. Now I have had them here three times and there were no confirmation for those appts. She also says calling the call center is OK for extermination appts but no good for abatement issues. I ask her who the hell am I supposed to contact and why I have been given no information about calling different people for different issues in the same company. She apologizes. Now I have an appt for sometime tomorrow. These people and this program are a joke. I will be disputing with my credit card company. I will file a complaint with BBB and will contact the AG of NYS if I don't get some sort of satisfaction. read more

They lie about coming to the two-month subscription service, they respond politely but do not take care of problems, they charged me in two separate accounts and took six months to cancel it - i was already contacted by a collection agency. Each person that was here in the last year explained that he is our guy from now on and the one before him did no do things correctly, to disappear into thin air. The customer service here has spiraled since Terminix took over, our contract from Catseye. Exterminator was supposed to come last week. No one showed up/ No one called. Try to reach customer service, no one answers, leave a message no one responds. Send a text no one responds. 4 days IN A ROW, we have been promised a call back from the branch office by the end of the day, and no one calls. Still no closer to knowing when the exterminator is coming than I was a week ago. It is a shame because Cat's Eye used to be a decent company to work with... read more

Since there is no place to rate this company with minus stars I have been forced to give them 1 Star. I would never recommend them. You can never get anyone on the phone. Their accounting is so screwed up that I would have to rate it as incompetent. I have paid them faithfully every month according to my bank yet they harass me saying I owe them for 3 months. They have finally admitted their processing center is far behind in posting payments . Meanwhile they are threatening my credit rating because they say they have not received the payments that are somewhere in their system. I have cancelled my service yet they continue to sent me new bills because they say I can't cancel until I pay.This has got to be fraudulent. Stay away from this company. * Don't sign a contract with this company and don't give them your credit card information! I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, February 6th between 3pm and 5pm. On that Thursday, I received a text on my phone from the technician at 10am that he was on his way and would be at my home in about 10 minutes. I immediately called to tell him that no-one was home and that the appointment was for between 3pm and 5pm that same day. The technician apologized and said he would need to re-schedule. However, on Friday they called twice, once at 4:28pm to tell me I had an appointment Monday afternoon 3pm-5pm and then again at 5:12pm to tell me I have an appointment Monday morning 8am to 10am. Never once did they ask me if these times were OK, they just tell you to be there and wait for the technician to show up. On Saturday they billed my credit card for $203.92 for services that were not performed. I called their offices to cancel my contract and demand they credit my card for the $203.92 charge. They said they would cancel my contract but REFUSED TO REFUND THE CHARGE FOR A SERVICE NEVER PERFORMED because they claimed that I didn't call to cancel ahead of time, which is not true. So do yourself a big favor and find another company if you need insect service. Update: As of 2/29/20 the manager still has not returned my call as the phone representative said he would and they have not yet refunded any of the unearned money they charged on my CC account. Terminex recently acquired Catseyepest control and they are destroying the business. They collect monthly fees and don't come. They do not answer phone calls. And most annoyingly, their president of residential Service, Kim Scott, has the nerve to put her name and voice on their new dysfunctional voice response telephone service which is the worst I've ever experienced. It disconnected me twice after 20 min wait times, and couldnt fulfill a promised text communication "I m sorry, there has been a technical problem, Goodbye." I'm updating my review, thanks to the manager of the local office. After posting my one-star review, I reached out again to the technician who sprayed the bees and asked if there was any way he could help get someone out sooner. I really didn't want to wait another week to have the problem addressed. Within minutes, his boss--the local manager--contacted me and said he'd be out the next morning. He arrived as promised and after he sprayed, the bees were gone for good. He has since also called to check in and make sure the problem was taken care of. In short, the local manager, Jeff, and the technician, Evan, were responsive and ultimately took care of the issue. I still think Terminix as a whole needs to work on customer service, particularly when it comes to scheduling. I shouldn't have had to text the technician and have him text his boss in order to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Scheduled follow up service in the beginning of October. They took it upon themselves to show up on the day and time which was convenient for them, even after I happened to log on and notice the appointment and promptly called the service center to reschedule. Needless to say the technician showed up anyway and my nanny sent the technician away, not expecting the service. The technician's notes state that he still sprayed chemicals outside as a follow up activity on that day. So is he lying about providing service since he was sent away or did he expose my 7 month old daughter to the chemicals since she was unwittingly taken outside to play on the very same day??? read more

I have a contract with Terminix on a property in Kinderhook, NY and on a property in Northville, NY (the Adirondacks). It took 3 weeks to get an appointment on the right property. I had to demand that I speak with a supervisor or a manager before getting this resolved. They scheduled an appointment for the Kinderhook property that was supposed to be for the Northville property. It takes an hour and forty five minutes to get to the Northville property. Who ever heard of a company scheduling an appointment without talking to the customer who needs to be available for the appointment. I am waiting for the supervisor to get back to me with an appointment for an inspection for suggestions to tighten up the Northville property and minimize any entrances for mice, chipmunks etc. When my contract is due for a renewal, it won't be renewed. read more

I have been a Terminix customer for years. In April 2020 I bought a pest exclusion for my house for around $1,000 and as of December 21, I still have pest in the house waking me up at night and running in the ceiling. I have a one-way trap installed 2 months ago that Terminix never came to remove (Needless to say that it didn't help) and never followed up on. I have been calling several times a week for the past month to get: 1. reimbursement since they cannot get the pest problem resolved for the past 9 months after coming at least 5 times to my house. 2. I have asked this issue to be escalated several times and nobody has called me back although I get promises that someone will within a day 3. someone to come remove this one-way door. Also the work has been poorly done from the beginning with Terminix employees leaving tools under my deck and spraying foams and letting it overflow all over the walls. Since Terminix took over my 89 year old's mother contract in August 2020 from Catseye they have over charged my mother, never called me to let me know they were coming as requested and have never received a call back from the manager or district manager in the last 7 months. When I call the service reps they apologize because they see all the messages I have left. I wanted to renegotiate the contract and have her pay yearly (she forgets or overpays) and Jeff Hicks said he would but has never returned my call. Today I am informed Jeff is no longer with the company. Today I have been hung up on twice and wasted over 1.5 hours trying to talk with someone only to be told no one will talk to me. My mother's service is now suspended because she was behind in her payments for 2 months. We wrote a check the day she received the bill and they threatened to contact the credit bureau and suspended her service. She has ants and now no one will call me back or send some one due to company not receiving her check that was sent 5.10.21 This company is horrible -the customer reps on the phone are great but unfortunately it is the local manager and district managers they have the authority to do something and they never call back. Never use this company, especially for your elderly parents that can not advocate for themselves. I am trying to advocate for my mother and I am getting no one where with this company. One day when I wasn't home, a tech came -- just showed up I had no appointment--left a note on my front door to call to reschedule, and they CHARGED ME FOR A SERVICE CALL. I spoke to the local manager, Jarred Hill, and told him to make sure I wasn't charged but I was charged. I have been trying to get a refund for over two months, and I still have not received it. we were a Cateyes eye customer. since they were bought out we have had nothing but issues. the following is what has finally gotten us to cancel our contract and request a fefund. 1. Appt for a Friday 1-3 no show. called and was told the Appt was for Sunday 2. Sunday Appt 12-2 no show. when calling back we were told they are closed on Sunday and weren't sure why we were told that a Sunday was an option 3. Several calls into customer service who is out of state and never the Albany Branch. assured several times the manager of the branch would call. again no calls. 4. had to call to finally tell them we were going to cancel and were promised that they would be at our home after 4 on a Thursday night. Not to our surprise, no show. 5. when calling again we were told they would be here on a Sunday 1-3 on the 13th. when questioning about being told they were closed on Sundays they said that we would get a call on Monday. I once again asked to speak to the manager direclty and once again after being promised something by someone out of state the manager once again did not call after all of this we called Meerkat Pest Control and they were here in less than 12 hours. My parents needed to use them for their home I. My grandmothers part of the house and they have been horrible. They say their gonna call no one does they call back and want a supervisor and again they say they are gonna call and no supervisor calls them back. My mother is in tears over the issue in my grandmothers house not being solved. Their supposed to come and check up no ones shows up and again with the telephone game. I do not recommend them for your services they take your money which is a lot of money and then show up once and then never again no call backs no shows horrible. I have had a contract with Catseye in Albany for 14years. We experienced only qualified technicians who not only knew what they were doing, but were pleasant to deal with. Any time we experienced any critter issue, the tech would be at my door within 24 hours. Since the company was purchased by Terminix, I have called with issues, waiting for my routine service, looking for my monthly invoice etc. They have not responded to any of my calls or emails. I have decided today to cancel my contract and sign with a company that is highly regarded in the pest control business. OMG...what a nightmare! We were with Cat's Eye Pest Control for years. Always good service, fair price, etc. This summer, without telling its customers, Cats Eye merged with Terminix. No technician has been here since late July, and today we get a bill for $329 !!!!!!!!!!!!! What? For WHAT? They have doubled the rate, no one EVER answers the phone, never calls you back, no e-mail response, nothing. We have tried to cancel the service via phone message, text and e-mail and have gotten nowhere. Stay away!!!!!! read more

My daughter purchased a home this past summer that had Terminix traps(later found to be bait stations) all over yard. Soon after moving in she noticed her 2 dogs doing something around these bait stations and with a short time both dogs died. She did not have a vet check them but there is no doubt but that they injested poison from these so called traps. She immediately called Terminix and asked them to remove these traps and they refused. She said she had no right to request their removal. Only the former owner who had them installed could request to have them removed. Between lying about the fact their traps are actually bait stations and the fact they refuse to remove them after knowing they poisoned her dogs, I would stay far away from this company read more

Terminix takes your money up-front then makes it impossible to make an appointment for the service you paid for. There is no direct way to make an appointment. Instead you leave name, etc then wait for call that never comes. After five days and four hours of phone calls, we have given up. Will want our money back. Simple solution: AVOID at all costs. I signed up for Terminex to come and treat my home from pests. They showed up once and sprayed around the house. After a month or so I was still seeing ants and also had mice appear in the basement. I contacted Terminex to come and treat the property again, as this is part of the service agreement. After having to wait a week for a technician to come out he never showed on the scheduled day. When I called I found the appointment was rescheduled without notifying me. No one showed the second day either. I called again and had a supervisor guarantee to contact me back after speaking to his technicians. A third day went by with again no one coming and no call backs. I called back to cancel the contract and request a refund, as I paid hundreds of dollars for someone to show up with a can of ant poison and spray some doorways, then be inconvenienced for multiple days, waiting around the house for no one to show or call. Of course, no refunds were allowed and I don't expect to hear from anyone else about this issue. This company is not honest in their dealings, they sign you up, charge you for a one time spray and never come back until it is time to charge you again. I suggest avoiding business with them all together. read more

When the tech finally showed up they admitted that if they are delayed the company makes no effort to contact the customer, Terminix expects the customer to call into the call center to find out why the tech is late, or not showing up. Do not ever use Terminix. They seem to believe the "general public" are idiots. They wanted to treat my house for termites because there were termites ON my property! Termites are not in or on my home structure. They were in a piece of wood in my backyard! Not in or on my house! Termites live in the ground, they stay in the ground or travel through tunnels without being exposed when say a pile of wood is piled up against the house, they can tunnel from that to the siding on your house or maybe they get into/onto your house through tunnels because the dirt is too high up the slab of your house (which in the NE is difficult because of basements so there would still have to be a way for them to travel up to the wood in your house). Spoke with Brian who is the manager, not sure if he is the Latham office or if that is different than the Albany office, etc. I don't know. I ended up screaming at him he was making me so angry talking to me like I am a fool. $1700 quote to treat my home for termites when there are no termites on or in the siding or inside of home...just in the dirt, etc. Termites "swarm" at specific times of year...you may see them "swarming" around...they will die very shortly thereafter...hours, not even days...hours. THERE ARE NO TERMITE TUNNELS ON OUR HOUSE. I have approximately 10 year old home which was built with vinyl siding...not vinyl siding over rotted wood, but the vinyl siding is the only siding which starts at least 2 feet up from the ground. The ground meets with the concrete "slab" for my basement. My windows are not wood, they are those vinyl type windows. There is no wood on my house. Yes, I know underneath the siding is wood, obviously, but the termites can not just get under there without tunneling to it. They die when they just come out...they stay under the ground...again, they tunnel. Not real familiar with the kind of termites that have to be removed by putting a tent over your house, but obviously, he wasn't going to tell us we needed that! Not only that but I just bought this house less 1 1/2 ago....WE HAD IT INSPECTED!!! NO SIGNS OF TERMITES OR ANY PAST SIGNS NOR WAS THERE ANY CONDUCIVE CONDITIONS. AGAIN, THEY THINK WE ARE ALL IDIOTS. They screwed up the appointment I made and didn't do what they said they were going to do. What I did was overpay for a "regular pest control service" which includes spraying under my sinks, possibly in my 1100 square foot basement...the guy was down there for maybe 2 minutes so not sure what he did. Sprayed around my house on the exterior, knocked down a wasp nest and said because of all the trouble I had with the appointment they forgot about he swept the cobwebs off the first story exterior (which was supposed to be included anyway). I asked for and made an appointment for the property to be "inspected, sealed as needed (was told all would be sealed as long as they are not huge holes), treated and whatever else they promised....did not happen. I paid $189.99 for a quarterly pest control appointment. I didn't know the "inspection" and the "treatment" were 2 separate people. The "inspector" called a couple hours before the appointment to cancel because he had "a prior engagement"....that was fine although I explained to him I didn't know there were two separate people/appointments anyway. The exterminator never showed up or called so 15 minutes before the last hour they were to show I called. An hour or hour an a half later they sent someone stating an appointment was never made. Frustrating....then all of the above. A few days later the inspector shows up on time as he promised me on the phone, but he quotes close to $3000 (originally it was a lot more but they showed some type of "discount" so that was a reduced price) to treat for termites and to put down bait for mice that we may or may not have this time of year (personally, I think my cat ran them away after I initially saw one of the mice he was playing with). $3000 really! See above about the termites whichever amount it was $1700 or $1100 not sure which one was the mice and which one was for the termites (that we don't have in or on our house). read more

Ironically, my pest problem IS Terminix. Empty promises, and shoddy work (if they do it at all). This is August 2021. Their last visit was the end March 2021. The "professional inspector" has ignored my emails since April 1. Now my "personal account manager" wants to help resolve the issue by having me call (they want payment). I said "No. I want my communications in writing". Terminix: "The calls are recorded. When is a good time to call?" Me: "No. I can't send photos nor will I have a record of the conversation." Terminix: "Please give us a call to resolve this matter". I won't. I've blocked them from receiving any more payments. It'll soon be five months since I've seen them. BTW, if they want to bury termite devices around your house, say no. I pulled them out of the ground mid-April and no one has returned to inspect them, or collect them. Extremely disappointed in this company that I have been with for over 15 years. Discovered a hornet nest today getting ready for my daughter's graduation party where I am hosting 80 people and requested someone come day since the technicians are out in the field. I was told they sent an email to the manager who will get it Monday (WTF-- I need them now) Saturday and that the technicians are working on their schedule today. Didn't even offer to contact them to see if they might be getting done early and could fit me in. I have full coverage with this company and have put up with a lot: spraying poisonous chemicals inside my home, not showing up, asking to come on a day they were not sheduled because they were in the area or if they could come early or later. Overall I was satisfied. But when I really need them-they can't help me!! I will be looking into another company. read more

UNTRUSTWORTHY. I called Terminix to inspect a house that I recently bought for termites. The inspector didn't find signs of termites in the house, but told me there were termites in my back porch, where the wood frame touches the ground. He started breaking the wood beam with his hand and pulling out sawdust from inside the beam. He said that termites store sawdust in the wood and I should buy their termite baiting system for $100/month to treat it. It seemed odd because I researched a lot about termites and I didn't hear about them leaving sawdust inside of the wood. They eat wood. He also said that I live in a high termite area so I should really get a treatment plan. I waited a few months and then found a wooden beam under my front porch that was cracked and degrading with lots of holes in it, which I thought was from termites. I called terminix again to see if I could buy the termite treatment plan but they said I must have someone come inspect my house again. I scheduled a time specifically for when I would be home from work at 3-5PM. He called me at 10 AM and said he was in the neighborhood now and tried to get me to leave work to come meet him, which I found very disrepectful. He ended up looking at the outside of my house when I wasn't home. He told me the front porch was infested with powder post beetles and would cost $600 to treat. The back porch still has termites and would cost $99/month to treat. He tried to get me to sign a proposal for the work right away and when I said I wanted a second opinion, he tried to stop me from doing that, saying that no one else can do this work for cheaper and then he offered to take money off of the proposal. The second pest control company I called said that both porches had powder post beetles and the problem was very minimal-not worth treating. They also said that there are basically no termites in my city because they live in sandy soil, which I don't have. I'm so glad I didn't give terminix $1500 for no reason. Terminix does not even deserve 1 star. We had a contract with Catseye for years and they provided the absolute BEST service. They were easy to reach, had excellent communication and were always prompt with their appointments. Unfortunately that changed when they switched to Terminix. It has been a nightmare ever since. In September 2020 they started sending threatening letters claiming we missed 2 payments. My husband called and, as always, was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. The agent claimed they never received our check. My husband went to the bank to stop payment on that check because we assumed it was lost in the mail. He had to pay $30 to do so. He immediately sent another check to Terminix. Lo and behold, Terminix received the original check a few days later and complained that they were unable to cash it. No kidding, Sherlock! My husband had already told them he was going to cancel it and send another one! They received and cashed the new check which covered payment for 2 months. It is now January 2121 and we realized they hadn't been here in quite awhile. My husband called this morning and was told they terminated our contract last October due to lack of payment. SERIOUSLY?! Of course they did that AFTER they cashed our check! Whatever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest and have the WORST Customer Service. Good riddance, Terminix! read more

After Terminex took over from Catseye in 2019, service was good until after the first of the year 2021. Since then they call when they are coming instead of asking when would be convenient. In April I was called that an inspector would be coming. In March I had asked about chipmunk control but the inspector didn't want to discuss that. Just Termites but did not say we had them. In May they left word that a service person would be at the house on 5/11 between 8-10 AM. NO Show. I called and they rescheduled for 5/15 at 8-10 AM. No call and no show. I called again and they rescheduled for 5/19 3-5 PM. Again, no call and no show. I called the Albany office again and asked to speak to a manager. I was told there were 4 of them and one would call me back. On the 21 st I called again. The office told me service had been rescheduled for 5/25 between 10-12 AM. No managers were available to talk to me. On 5/25 it was again a no call and a no show. Have not been able to reach a manager. I am not paying the May bill since service has not been received for May. Enough is enough. I am looking for another pest control and termite company. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I very rarely leave reviews, but I am left dumbfounded by the lack of tact that this company possesses. Last year, I did business with Cats Eye (which was purchased by Terminix). I never signed anything for my termite traps, but I agreed electronically to the installation. I DID NOT agree to a yearly contract. This July, they came and did an inspection without my permission. I never even knew they were there (And I doubt they were by the looks of my traps - they are coming out of the ground, are broken, and I don't think anybody even bothered to come look at them). I never received any information on my service, I never authorized it, and I never received a bill. Fast forward to September 10, 2020. I receive a bill in the mail saying my payment is overdo & my credit score will be impacted because they are sending my information to the credit bureau. Excuse me? I never even received a bill in the first place or anything! Let alone, who the heck is Terminix!!!! I used CatsEye!! Low and behold, I have been fighting with them for the past 24 hours, have taken time out of my busy day at work, and am unable to get hold of anybody. The CatsEye line is no longer working and is directed to Terminix. The Terminix line is automated and you can't get in touch with anybody. I am disgusted and will be further investigating and filing a consumer complaint with the state. I have never paid a bill late in my life and now this company thinks they can destroy my record? I have been dealing with this company since June 2018. Gave them 1100.00 to get rid of bedbugs, have had to keep calling them at first every 2 weeks they came. The tech sprayed here and there in each room. I saved the ones I found and even though he saw that I had them he wrote "no activity" His boss takes forever to call me back. I have been calling for 2 weeks now, and no response. Meanwhile 6 months later and I still have the bugs. We have also been accused of bringing them in, because they said they should be gone by now. Well, they are not gone! And I have no more money to start over with another company. I even called the regional manager and he too has not bothered to call me back. Some guarantee! Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased exclusion service for mice and chipmunks for about $1,500. The animals were never excluded at all, and even though it was "guaranteed" - they even gave me a certificate that sid so - the work was still never fixed. After a $200 renewal for the service in hopes they'd finally get it right, I had a major issue, with damage done to my home. This is costing me thousands to fix with another company. My experience with Terminix: - aweful customer service - no shows for appointments - the guys are nice, but very untrained - they had no idea what they were doing when it came to excluding rodents - they used commercial bait stations around my house, which I wa slater told was not allowed (not sure if it is legal or not) - they refused to honor a guarantee I wold never, ever consider using these guys. One of their employees once told me everything they did was about money versus doing a good job. Yikes! Buyer beware here. Find a good local company. read more
