I signed up for a contract three years ago. The tech installed 19 bait stations around my house. The next year they came out and inspected the stations and reported everything was well. The next year nobody came around. Finally last month a tech came around and inspected the stations and took multiple photos roundly foundation. The tech was very thorough and stated the bait station were still full. I'm sure they will follow through again in the spring. So far so good. read more

Thought going with a national brand would be reliable and easy to work with can't say that's the case. I'm selling my house and agreed to have a termite treatment done. Quick turn around to have an inspector come out. I agreed to contract and then communication disappeared. When call you get their service not one person has responsibility to tge account they send emails on your behalf 3 phone calls no response. Three phone calls to the inspectors no response. Treatment was performed in a timely manor so I'll give them that but that's it. read more

DO NOT use Terminix! Poor communication all around. When they wanted me to sign on for new insulation in my crawl space, gutter guards and an exclusion service, the salesman would text and call repeatedly for days on end. I work so I'm not always available. Finally signed on and they began work under the home. They requested that I widen a hole in the my crawlspace and make repairs. I fixed everything within a week and then no one answered me for over a week thereafter. They came back to complete the insulation and were still unable to finish. I have yet to hear about how my bill will be adjusted. Gutters came and didn't bring the correct size. Shouldn't they have measured initially? Weeks later and I message the salesman 3X a week requesting updates and he finally tells me today that WEDNESDAY they came out (no one told me) and they don't have the correct size so I'll be reimbursed. When were they going to tell me? I inquire about the tunnel and exclusion service and I'm told that someone will be out today to take pictures and remove tunnel. They're doing work to my home when I'm not present and then telling their corporate office that the work is completed. This is not how a business should be fun. I continue to request a new bill because payments to my account will begin in December. I need to know how much is being taken off for the crawlspace and gutters. Also need an update on the exclusion service that is very costly. I won't be working with Terminix again. read more

easily the worst experience ive ever had as a home owner looking for help. they are a criminal organization, from beginning to end. Salesman preyed on a terrified homeowner, upsold goods that in good conscience were never needed. never completed the exclusion policy that was assessed and recommended. unresponsive to customer needs. clueless customer service. took 3 half hour calls to cancel my policy after a FULL YEAR of service. would not even email me a copy of my contract when requested, told it was "locked" and needs to be released to me from the branch manger. on multiple prior calls, was told I didn't have a branch manager. I asked for a supervisor to talk to, was told "I work from home and I cannot get a supervisor to answer me." would not even disclose my branch location to file complaint to the better business bureau. I was charged 2 days after cancelling my policy for services that will never be completed. I cannot even remove my credit card on file from the website! this business is a complete fraud, do not work with this company. I am nauseated thinking about my experience with them. read more

I would give no stars if that was option. The salesman sold us a bill of goods. He said he would send two of his best men to alleviate our issue. He lied. The technician would show up without the proper equipment and would then ask to use our bathroom. He insisted on going on to different rooms in the house and closing the door behind him. He wanted to be left alone. He cancelled three different times and He sexually harassed my sister and then his company refused to do the job we paid 1900 dollars until we decluttered our home. When we called the salesman , he lied. He said he told us we have to declutter the house, He is a liar. He said he could do the job as is and that no job was too big for terminix. When I called inquiring about why I was receiving 2 bills, I spoke to 1.. 2.. 3.. 4.. FIVE!!!!!! corporate folks who didn't know what they are doing. Rep #2 initially said they would send me to my "local" Terminix to talk to - and they never called. On top of that, they never came back to fix or finish the initial job. I wanted to reach out to acknowledge that your employee Frank Giordano has been fabulous in working with me to correct a rodent problem in my home(which of course you know is not a fun situation to deal with). I had reached out to several services prior to Terminix for estimates for this issue and was very dissapointed with lack of response and costs. Upon talking to Frank I felt very comfortable with his approach in estimating my service fairly and with integrity. There is no doubt in my mind that he is one of your best employees. His quick response time, attention to detail and superior customer service is not ordinary in today's world. Not only was I appreciative of his service for my home but recommended him to my mother for services and will continue to do the same for any friends or family that has a problem that Terminix handles. Very disappointed with Terminix's service. Repeatedly requested for interior spray, I change appointments and directions are rarely followed. The technician shows up on a randomly assigned day, no one is home and does exterior services which I'm billed for. Tedious. Everytime I speak with an operator, they say they update my information, but it never quite reaches the technician. read more

Frank Giordano from Terminix came to my house and looked at the wood in my basement. He said I have carpenter ants and should start treatment and treatment for termites as well. I told him I can't at the moment because i am having mold remediation done and am waiting to see how much that will cost. He pressured me into starting treatment immediately because he said that when they spray for mold it will make the carpenter ant situation worse. For a second opinion, I asked my home inspector and he said I do not have carpenter ants. For a third opinion I had Orkin come to the house and the gentleman did a thorough investigation. He said I absolutely do not have any carpenter ants or termites. read more

After speaking with the "right people" at the company who listened to my complaints, I was fully refunded all the money I had paid and my loan was cancelled. I have decided not to get treatment for termites I do not have in the home at this time, and will reconsider in the spring. I am grateful that the Executive branch of the company was able to help resolve my situation. read more
