Rarely does any contractor get back within a day and when they do are almost never willing to do a small job. And if they do, they overcharge and complain it was not worth their time. None of that occurred here. One of the top companies I have ever worked with.

Basically, an entire zone wasn't getting any heat and the pump was running hot. Karalis' guy charged me a $135 diagnostic fee to tell me that either the system was air bound, or the pump was bad. I could've diagnosed that myself. He promised to get me an estimate on making changes to the system so that the problem would be resolved. After a few few weeks of not hearing from them, I called and got the owner on the phone. He said that they were looking into it and that they would get back to me with an estimate for the work. It is now been three months. Radio silence. I'm not impressed, I won't use them, and I recommend you don't either.

We recently had a compressor go down for a large walk in cooler and these guys stepped up with a no nonsense quote. They had us up and running in a couple of days. They were very professional. The owner took the time to go over the parts/repairs needed and answer all of my questions. The price was fair. Moving forward they also recommended a preventive maintenance service to keep the new compressor and other parts of the unit healthy and running strong. That fix lasted five minutes while they drove off. I called to have Tech back but they refused and instead talked about additional charges and talked about coming back days later ? By end of day my home electric issue was fixed (By a different reputable company) for half the amount of money Martella charged. ​I called their dispatchures 2 x this week to get a refund instead got the run around. I did not want to write a bad review but this incompetent Martella outfit left me know choice to report along with filing complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Martella is the worst.

I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . I ultimately went with them because they offered the highest warranty out of all the other electrical companies (5 years on parts and labor). They also don't charge a trip fee for their estimate as well (some companies charge 50-100 bucks that may/may not be credited to the work that is performed). They explained everything and answered my questions. Work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up. Great work!
