I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! My horrible experience started the moment I called to book the appointment! I had called numerous times throughout the day, as well as on a couple of different days, and nobody ever answers the phone! When I finally got through, the woman who answered, was the owner, Kamila. I had informed her that I wanted to book a Signature Facial with a gift card I had received for my birthday a few years ago. She asked me a million questions about it...was it paper or plastic, did it say Terra Spa, or Armando Cassano on it, did it have a scanner or swipe on it, did it have a barcode number on it, etc. I thought it was strange, but later found out she had taken over the Terra Spa from Armando Cassano sometime in the last few years, after I had received my gift card. She was very eager to then ask me for the barcode number so she could go next door to Armando Cassano's to find out the value on the card. She then booked my appointment for the next day, as I requested. She called me the morning of my appointment and told me that Armando Cassano had gotten a new computer system since receiving my gift card, and that they were unable to scan it, but to still come in for my appointment. When I arrived later that day, the esthetician took me into the room, where I would change and receive my facial. As I started to take off my coat and shoes, she came back into the room and asked me to go next door to the salon to see if they could look up my gift card, per request of Kamila. Feeling extremely uncomfortable, I did. The receptionist at AC, said what Kamila already knew, they could not scan the gift card due to their new computer systems. It was very embarrassing. At that point, the hairstylists who worked there, as well as the receptionist, were trying to figure it out. After about 15 minutes of this nonsense, I went back over to Terra Spa, where now, Kamila was sitting at the desk. She was trying not to honor my gift card because she knew it was purchased before she took over the business. However, AC Salon informed me, that when she took over the business, it is in her bill of sale, that she is to honor any and all gift cards purchased prior to the sale of the business that say Terra Spa on them! After informing her of that, and going back and forth arguing with her about it, she told me the best that she could do was give me a "complimentary" MINI facial!!! I told her she was a horrible business woman, and that she was not doing me a favor with a "complimentary" mini facial, seeing that someone already paid for a signature facial, and that it's not my problem that they couldn't scan the card, gift cards do NOT expire!!! She was rude, unaccomodating, and made me feel like I did something wrong by trying to use my gift card. I was never so uncomfortable. She really is a horrible business woman. This never should've happened. She should have honored my gift card right from the start, and she should've taken it up with AC Salon without my knowing, if she felt the need to do so. That is NOT how you do business!!! I will never step one foot in there again, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

Okay, where to begin. I normally never write reviews but was compelled to when I read some of the unnecessary negative reviews here. I have used buywithme coupons before and completely understand that sometimes you need to wait. You people all need to relax and stop acting like you just paid 500.00 dollars for something that you paid less than HALF for!!!! You are paying 30.00 dollars for a 80.00 dollar service, obviously they are going to be busy. When I called Terra Spa I was told that I needed to go onto a wait list or I could get a refund from buywithme. I decided to wait and I am sure glad that I did because I got a Saturday appointment and received the best massage and facial I have ever had. If I didn't live near Dedham Square, I'd never have found Terra Spa. What a fantastic place to go for a beauty treatment, for rejuvenation from the stresses of a busy life, and just for quiet, peaceful time to ponder nothing, if that's what I want or anyone wants to do. Heavenly! Such a welcome calming environment. Kiley, the very friendly and helpful receptionist, immediately made me feel comfortable, leading me with ease to my spa destination. The estheticians are professional without being aloof. Lauren provides wonderful eye treatments; Leonore is a marvelous masseuse; Brittany is masterful with her manicures and pedicures. When Did Aveda Come to Dedham Square? I went to the center for Isabella and saw an Aveda Sign I said "Wow". So why not treat myself on my day off. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with Lenore. She was great, totally professional and comfortable. Perfect for a first-timer like me! Room was really relaxing. Having a wonderful esthetician is helpful, but carrying a product like an Aveda completes the package. At the end of the service she recommended a few new products which I am glad to have bought or should I say my boyfriend loves the smell. Overall, the facial left me feeling AWESOME and cleanse. My sister and I visited Terra Spa on a weekday. We both had appointments for a massage and a facial. When we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Adam, the massage therapist, gave an amazing massage and was very friendly and pleasant. I was looking for a therapeutic massage because of my marathon training and was very pleased! We got refreshing and relaxing facials from Kamila who was also so friendly and just lovely. I would definitely go back and I'd highly recommend Terra Spa! read more

Dropped my mother off and paid for her services, the price of which were very reasonable in my opinion. When I came to pick her up later, she was a different person! I was one of the buy with me coupon customers..what a great deal!!!! Even though I did have to wait for an appointment which I expected for such a good discount, it was well worth the wait. The aveda facials are AWESOME!!! It is a small, quaint place with not a lot of staffing, but I think you get better customer service and more attention than the larger, overbooked spas. I purchased a groupon for the eyelash extensions (expensive) and they lasted a maximum of FIVE DAYS!!! I was told 2-3 weeks. After calling several times and being told I would be called back I never received that call. I got them for a wedding exactly a week after I got them and they were gone. I was so pleased with the woman that did my lashes, but other than that. I spent way too much money on something that didn't work, I lost 20 lashes in 3 days and they refused to call me back to correct. read more

This place is lovely. It is really an oasis on a busy street. They have a beautiful waiting area that prepares you for the relaxing experience. My wife got the manicure/pedicure and I had a massage and pedicure. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, and the service is phenomenal.
