When they started a massage with what should've been a nice head massage, I realized their fingers were the source of the cigarette stench! When they start on your arms and your shoulder area, they open hand rub the front of your shoulders, which makes them kind of get your chest! They should not be massaging there! Someone wrote a previous review that mentioned boundaries were crossed and I have to imagine this was what she was talking about. The foot massage was fine. All hell kind of breaks loose once you flip over for the 30 minute back massage. My friend and I were both dying! I have had so many massages in my life- I even have a monthly membership at one of the popular massage chains. Every vacation I go on I get a massage. This was like getting a random biker off the side of the road to give a massage. It was so aggressive and painful and I'm pretty sure they were applying pressure to places where you are not supposed to. Walpole board of health- please check licenses and certifications! They probably need to implement a handwashing practice, as well. I definitely had cigarette fingers all over me. Oh, and by the way. We tried to communicate with the men that we were in pain and they didn't listen, care, adjust, or seek understanding. There definitely was a language barrier. When the security footage was reviewed, the police discovered that four minutes of the recording were mysteriously missing. I was present at the time and witnessed the entire incident, and to me it was very clear what had happened. The police have already taken the video and will be continuing their investigation. What really confirmed my suspicions was a comment made by one of the staff members when she called the police--he said, "the police can't do anything!" On top of that, he contradicted himself several times, which only made it even clearer what was going on. The staff were horribly rude, shady, and quite intimidating. In addition, I have also heard there is illicit activity taking place at this location, which makes the entire situation even more concerning. STAY CLEAR !!

The 60 mins Asian Body Works (Tuina) with Hot Stones was full body including scalp and face but not feet and you removed your clothes. The 60 mins Foot Reflexology with Asian Body Works included a foot soak, focused on feet and legs, and you kept your clothes on for the body works massage. I preferred the body works with hot stones from masseuse David, who asked multiple time if the pressure was good and it really felt amazing! If you care more about the foot massage and less about the body, then I would opt for the foot reflexology (the massage I had was fantastic as well). The space is clean, beds are very comfortable, and ambiance is nice. The different massage areas are divided by screens rather individual rooms separated by walls. I don't mind this, but I can see how some would not prefer it. When I went for the foot reflexology, I was in a shared room with a stranger -- this was fine for me because you do not remove your clothes for this service. I found it a little weird initially but did not care during the actual massage; again, I can see how some people may not enjoy this setup.
