I went to Jiffy Lube and come to find out, my air filter was extremely dirty, something they should have changed about 5k miles ago during my last oil change, the oil was extremely dirty, I had to buy a product to clean out there system AND they changed my brake fluid, it was extremely low. Ironic considering I went there 7 times for brake issues. Ridiculous, you just lost a customer of 8 years!!!

The thing that bugs me the most about getting my oil changed is when the staff does the old up sell on the things your car needs (think air/cabin filter, transmission flush, etc). I get it, $20 oil changes don't keep your business afloat, but when you're in a hurry, you just don't want to hear it. Well, I didn't get that annoying up sell here, and the guys working there couldn't be nicer (don't get Tim started on his auto racing career! Sorry Timmy, I couldn't resist). She went there, spoke to the person that had sold the unnecessary service to our son and he didn't know what to say. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me.
