There aren't any long term contracts, just month to month. The units were always clean and I never had any issues with bugs or rodents. The grounds have a gate that can only be opened by your own personal key code. Place was super safe and the young lady always at the front counter was very helpful and nice. Nice value. Definitely recommend as long as you don't need climate controlled.

My experience with PODS has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and I…read morewould not recommend this company. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get answers. On multiple occasions, I waited over two hours just to be transferred to a supervisor, only to get nowhere. I've called three separate times and received three completely different answers to the same questions. It seems like no one knows what they're doing, and there is no consistency or accountability. The most frustrating part is that PODS doubled the price of my shipment after my agreement was already in place. I did not agree to the price increase, yet they proceeded with shipping my container anyway. To make matters worse, they are not even sending my container to the destination listed in my original agreement. I was also locked out of my online account, leaving me unable to access important information about my shipment. Every time I call customer service, the conversation quickly turns into demands for payment instead of addressing my concerns. I have repeatedly tried to explain the situation, but I have been interrupted and have gotten nowhere. What has been most shocking is the way my complaint was handled. A supervisor told me they reviewed the recording of my call and claimed the representative never said the things I was describing and made no mistakes. That directly contradicts my recollection of the conversation. When I asked for a copy of the recording so I could review it myself, my request went unanswered. That lack of transparency has only made the situation more frustrating. Between the inconsistent information, excessive wait times, unexpected price increase, failure to honor the original agreement, poor communication, and refusal to meaningfully address my concerns, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Based on what I've experienced, I cannot recommend PODS and encourage others to NEVER CHOOSE THEM!
