When I went in the people said that was the wrong address that I needed to be about three blocks away. I had a stroke and can't walk very good. A very nice lady waiting to see the doctor at the place where I was helped me by putting me in her car and taking me to the new address 3 blocks away. I was real unhappy about the way things happened that day.

At the same time I made those arrangements, I also made arrangements for a pickup at Love Field on Oct. 29 to take me home. I never heard another word from them. On Oct. 28th, I texted them 3 times asking for communication about my return trip. On the morning of the 29th, I called them 3 times before my return plane took off at 1:30 and only got a message machine. No return call. When I got to Love Field, they of course, were not there.
