Did not wait too long before a seat became available. 10 minutes after that, I was called into one of the exam rooms. Overall, my visit totaled a little over an hour. A lot faster than I thought it would be. The doctor who helped me was terrific. The employee who had me conduct all the physical tests was cool. Although the waiting room can look a little intimidating by the amount of patients, I was always in and out. The time I had during my appointments were utilized well and efficiently. I never had a bad experience with any of the staff here and I was always made to feel comfortable and had confidential privacy as well. I couldn't raise my right arm very high or put my hand behind my back, which was super frustrating because I couldn't scratch my back anymore! I worked with several therapists there for 5 months. They helped me build strength in my shoulder and back and regain my range of motion. The facility there is new and clean and all the staff has been wonderful. I'm very thankful for their help and will definitely go back if I ever need physical therapy again.
