I hate to do this, but they definitely deserve it after the dismissive attitude I received. The quality of care is great, when you get it. However 0 stars for the front desk receptionist team. If you need to reschedule an appointment forget about it, they will supposedly put you on a call list, then completely forget about you. I spoke to Christy and she told me "it's looks like we forgot to add you to our call list". In a really annoying tone, as if I was an inconvenience. It's been over 6 months since my last visit. I had to call them to find out. I received no texts or emails of about any availability. What a disappointment. I never had this problem when I first started coming. Now my opinion has changed, and I just don't feel welcome here any longer. read more

Maria is a super hygienist. The office is always very clean and tastefully decorated with a very professional staff. Very disappointed in this dentist office. We live in Gilroy but we were willing to sacrifice the 45 min drive to Watsonville to receive high quality dental service. Sadly, the front end receptionists lacked a sense of caring about their patients with a simple greeting of hello. Consistently their was a lack of making the patient feel valued or welcome. That should have been a red flag for the next few years of miscommunication's & issues with the front end & staff of this business. They failed to inform me of unauthorized treatments for me & my son(a minor) & they failed to clearly communicate with me breaches in their insurance coverage hence being over charged for services. I feel that this office failed to answer my concerns regarding being over charged & knowing this lack of communications I would never recommend this dentist office to any one. It's unfortunate because the dentists are great but the lack of clear communication & not making the patients feel valued form the staff & the owner( Sue)made my mind up to seek out a new dentist office that will fulfill the seemingly basic requirements of a successful dental office. read more

This whole dental office and everyone who works there is absolutely outstanding. You just don't get any more conscientious, professional and kind then they are. The office is clean and comfortable. It is completely accessible for any patients who require wheelchairs or have mobility issues. The skill both dentists have is stellar. They have excellent chair side manner and they both go out of their way to do only what needs to be done. I have never experienced any pain, whatsoever, during any work I have required. They are very attentive to any anxiety or fear you might have and both go out of their way to ensure your visit is a good one. My cleaning was gentle and very thorough. I was comfortable and they even gave me a warmed neck support during the procedure. A nice relaxing touch for sure. I cannot find enough great words to express just how wonderful this dental practice is....they are outstanding. Thank you to all of them. read more

Was seen by Dr. Goldstein and he was really careful when fixing a cavity on an already delicate tooth. And he also finished the removal of some Invisalign attachments on my teeth from a previous orthodontic's treatment I had almost a decade ago, without a problem. He performed it so swiftly and I had no issues during or after the appointment. So glad that I have finally found a wonderful dentist and the facilities are top of the line and surrounded by beautiful gardens. I have lived in cities around the country and tried many dentists. Cracked a tooth, Dr. Goldstein fixed me up with a crown. They use a painless numbing technique, wish they had this when I was a kid. Crown came out perfect, looks and feels like the rest of my teeth. I had my teeth cleaned here as well, that experience was just as good my crown procedure. Hi: Although I was mistaken about the time of my appointment, the office made a huge effort to squeeze me in within 90 minutes of my original tiime. I know it must have been stressful for the dental tech who did my cleaning, and I do appreciate Maria having to do that extra work. The front office is always so warm and upbeat. Let's be honest no one likes going to the dentist. I mean who really enjoys and looks forward to it? Not me....it's simply low on my list of things to do, truthfully it was my first time at a dental office in nearly 2 years. But I was over due for a teeth cleaning so I figured I would get it out of the way. Found this place through my insurance to be my new dentist for simple annual cleanings. So glad I found this spot, not only is it convienant because I work and live nearby their office, which is great! The staff here is super friendly and was willing to answer all my questions before I sat in the dentist chair and were very attentive. The ambiance is very modern with lots of natural light.
