I have had both Artem and Vlad as my technicians, and they were both wonderful. This professional service, based on my experience, is comprised of patient and skillful professionals who show up to a job and really know what they're doing. They value repair above replacement, even for older units. They repaired my no-name (Hotpoint) dishwasher from 1995, repairing an entire mechanism part and various seals. They came and repaired my garbage disposal, and because the repair was so simple (stuck piece of old plastic), they did not want to charge me the full price. This was such an honest gesture. Their service is so reasonably priced as it is. I know that if I have any more appliance issues or general handyman work that I need done, Medvedkov is on the top of my list of folks to call. Very unreliable when came for repair waited 3.5 hours after our appointment time to let me know they didn't have the part second scheduled appointment time 2 hours late we had prior engagement couldn't get fixed was then told there time is more important then mine. read more

They repaired my washer and I was upset because it started leaking again. They came out to look at it again and it turns out it was my issue as I have a lab and when washing, dog hair was breaking to door seal which made it leak. My bad! We contacted Medvedkov to see if they could fix the ice machine/dispenser in our fridge. They were able to come out the next day, diagnose the problem and it was fixed a couple of days later. They were fast and professional and now I have ice again!! The fee to come out was reasonable and the fix was as well. I would be happy to use them again for repairs! read more

Medvedkov came out to repair my dishwasher. They came 5 times. Each time they left they said the dishwasher was fixed but as soon as I tried to run a load it was not working. After the 5th visit from Medvedkov I called another appliance repair company. The dishwasher was fixed in one visit. Save your time and money and avoid this company. read more

We had a leaking LG washing machine. They scheduled and one guy took it apart, after diagnosing the leak, having to move the stacked dryer over. The part was ordered and in 4 days he came back with the new dispenser and, though it was difficult, he persevered and succeeded in making the installation. Well done for under $350. read more

Sent a technician who spent most of his time on the phone with his boss for instructions. Then ordered a new part. When he returned with the part, he installed it and then informed me that the filter sleeve was broken. They were ordering it and would call me when it came in. It has now been two weeks and I have tried to contact Medvedkov Services 3X via call, text and email. No response. I also believe that the technician inadvertently broke the sleeve. I was paying for a repair that was never completed. Not happy! read more

They answered right away and came the next day. I told them up front that I had already tried to remove the agitator but my tools aren't strong enough. He came and brought puny tools worse than what I already own. It broke. He left and had to come back again. They charged me for both trips. It was supposed to be $75 but turned into $150 because he didn't have professional tools. I'm very unhappy. He also had no suggestions for prevention in the future. Buy your own tools and use Youtube. It's cheaper and more informative. read more
