This was explained to me by the tech, and he originally thought we would need a plumber. Instead we decided to route a new hole through my cabinets to the disposal and by-pass the issue. First time they came out technician rushed out because he was getting a ticket and said that our ice machine was fixed however, it was not fixed the next day had to reach out to them again to have them come out again and was told that we needed to order a part it has now been almost a month and I've called twice with no response. Updating review. The last technician that came out today fixed our ice machine and communicated with staff well. Even left his direct number in case the problem wasn't fixed. He worked on the refrigerator until he was done at 5:45. The refrigerator now works great. The cost was reasonable (approx. $400). I had a very concerning experience with this company involving the technician Iosif Momotok. He inspected our washer for an intermittent leak and repeatedly told me that everything looked okay. He then reassembled the unit, closed up the machine panels, and put away his tools. About 30 seconds later, I received a text message from him with a $353.28 repair estimate. He was standing right there when I received the text, but did not discuss it with me or show me what was wrong. In my experience, service technicians explain and show the issue before presenting an estimate, so this was unexpected. When I asked what the issue was, he said there was a crack. I asked whether he had actually seen the crack, and he said yes. I then asked him to show it to me, and he refused. He said his diagnostic work was done and that I needed to pay the $69 diagnostic fee. He would not explain why he could not show the issue, other than stating that he had already closed everything up. I told him I was not comfortable being charged for a diagnosis that was not explained or shown. I also referenced the company's stated "No-Fix, No-Fee" policy, which says diagnostics are free if the issue cannot be determined. Despite that, he still refused to show or explain the alleged issue. At that point, I asked him to leave my home. He refused to leave without being paid and walked into my kitchen, leaned against the wall, and began looking at his phone. He did not call his manager or do anything else to explain, discuss, or resolve the situation. He remained in my home for approximately 30 minutes after I asked him to leave. I had my young child in the house and felt unsafe. I ultimately had to contact the company's manager and the police to have the technician leave. Once the manager, Mykhailo (Mike) Nudga, intervened, the technician left. Shortly after, the police arrived, I gave them details, and filed a report due to the seriousness of the situation. After I posted my original review, Mykhailo (Mike) Nudga responded publicly in a way that minimized the situation and included statements that did not match what I experienced or what I communicated during and after the incident. For that reason, I feel it is important to document the events clearly here. I am willing to pay for a diagnostic when a diagnosis is made and clearly explained or shown, even if no repair is completed. However, this interaction was unprofessional and frightening. We were skeptical, appliance repair has a weak reputation. We called a competitor and paid $175 for a second opinion/option. It was the same diagnosis with slightly longer parts time. I requested a washer and dryer repair through Yelp. About 5 companies reached out but this company was the first who got back to me. They asked if I wanted someone to come out that day, after 10 minutes, I responded, sure! today works, but was told they no longer could come and I would have to wait until the next day. I thought it was weird since it was only 10 min after replying but figured why not. The next day when the technician arrived I realized I had bought my washing machine from Costco and it may still be under warranty.. because he was already there, I decided to just pay the $70 visit and have them diagnose the problem. After 5 min. of opening up the washing machine the technician said it was a broken spring and that he would have to change all 4 springs so they would align correctly.. they quoted me $385 for this. The next day when the Costco (sears) technician came out they said it wasn't the springs and only some round plastic part that held it down. They replaced it and only charged Costco for their labor since nothing was really replaced... Unfortunately because I feel I would have paid for something that wasn't really broken I do not recommend this company. read more

So, so thankful we found this company to repair our LG large-capacity washer. We put a work request out through Yelp and got a reply from them almost instantly, and they were out the same day. We put a thick, cotton baby play mat through the wash that got incredibly heavy and dislodged a sensor, giving us error code "LE." The repair required replacement of the sensor and assessment of the motor to ensure the damage wasn't more comprehensive. Fortunately, the sensor repair fixed the issue. While it was not an inexpensive repair, it saved us from having to replace the much more expensive unit. Oleksandr was our technician, and we could not be more pleased with his work. He let us know when he was on the way, arrived on time, was very courteous (put shoe covers on at the door), and explained every step in the process. They also have a 60-day warranty on their repairs, which gives us peace of mind after this whole (self-imposed) ordeal. For our purposes (needing immediate repair of a necessary appliance), they were with perfect fit, and will without question we will use these folks in the future. read more
