My dishwasher would not drain properly and was showing an error code. It turned out that it was not draining through the disposal like most DWs do. This was explained to me by the tech, and he originally thought we would need a plumber. Instead we decided to route a new hole through my cabinets to the disposal and by-pass the issue. A technician came out to look at my broken dishwasher. He didn't take the dishwasher out of its cabinet, then told me the control board was broken and quoted the repair at $450. When I asked how he knew it was a control board issue, he didn't give me a clear answer and claimed it was mostly a process of elimination. I had a different company who was authorized by the washer manufacturer come out, and they were able to diagnose and fix the true electrical wiring issue for a diagnostic fee of $150. I'm disappointed in the quality of work and care by the 98 Refrigeration technician and feel that I wasted money on the diagnostic fee (which resulted in an incorrect diagnosis). Terrible communication. First time they came out technician rushed out because he was getting a ticket and said that our ice machine was fixed however, it was not fixed the next day had to reach out to them again to have them come out again and was told that we needed to order a part it has now been almost a month and I've called twice with no response. Updating review. The last technician that came out today fixed our ice machine and communicated with staff well. Even left his direct number in case the problem wasn't fixed. Scammers! I got a quotation to fix my freezer and when the technician Mike arrived, he didn't even open the freezer. I explained to him that I believe the drain was clogged however he proceeded to tell me that the defroster coils needed to be replaced for $700. After I refused, he said he could clean the coils for $250 to see if that would resolve the issue which I also refused. He kept trying to convince me to pay the "inspection fee" in cash instead of my credit card even though I kept saying no to prevent him from pocketing the cash. I ended up fixing the freezer myself within 15 min and sure enough, I just had to clear out the ice in the drain and has been problem free for months now. read more

Cannot recommend. A diagnostic was completed and an invoice was sent for review. The invoice DID NOT have a final price. I simply inquired via phone and via text (per the company's directive) to state the final price. Shady and rude business practices In writing and via text, the company proceeded to argue with me that my inquiry was not necessary and that 'everything' is already in writing. It took more than 24 hours to get them to put in writing what the total cost would be to proceed with repair. The invoice provided was not including the final price. No matter what this owner says, it was not provided. I had to ask them to stop harassing me via text and arguing with me over a reasonable inquiry of 'what is the final and total price for repair'. We had their technician out (Iosif) for the initial diagnostics, trusted his opinion on what the issue was and decided to move forward with the repair. Made an appointment with him for the repair, which he no called/no showed for. I called their main line after the appointment time had passed, to be told that we were not even on the schedule. The technician reached out to say that the "part was delayed"... but apparently notifying us before the appointment was too much work. Said he would be out the next day. He came out, "fixed" the fridge (NOT fixed, no change to the fridge AT ALL) and scratched our wood floors! I asked why he didn't protect the floors when pulling the fridge out and he stated that he "has never needed to before" and tried to claim that the *very new* scratches must have been old. We literally incurred damage having this company into our home. I reached out regarding the floor and the fact that our fridge shows no change after spending hundreds with them... They have not responded to email regarding the floor and have completely blown us off regarding the fridge repair. A complete waste of money that actually left us with more to fix! When I questioned the price and asked for a refund of the $70, I was told the cost was higher because the refrigerator was "built in." Based on my experience, the business model appears to rely on collecting the $70 service fee and issuing high quotes that discourage customers from moving forward.
