He went to online to find a used truck to purchase from a local Ford dealer which we figured was reputable . We were extremely wrong . The truck while beautiful on the outside was sold to us with a rear axle seal failure . We have tried contacting the dealer who wants nothing to do with this since we bought it . Their servicing department will not return the calls of our local service agent who wants to try and figure out why the warranty is not covering it that they sold us. We are heartbroken . We thought we had found a reliable Ford dealer and come to find out from the reviews I have found since our purchased shows us that this is certainly not true . I think anybody who purchased vehicles from here which there have been several and have had terrible experiences should start a class action lawsuit ! I am absolutely tired of not having phone calls returned service people giving us the runaround . No one ever being able to pick up their phone and speak to you about an issue that you're having . I am grossly unhappy and hope this dealership tanks . ​

Stating that I'd pick up the vehicle at 5pm. The only time I could get a ride. It was dark when I got the vehicle just as they closed. When I arrived home I discovered that both back doors were disassembled with parts covering the floor (see photos). They were closed for the weekend so I had to rent a vehicle for my family as my van was now only a 2 seater. And I'd be without the vehicle again to get the door reassembled. They reimbursed me $39 for my inconvenience (their stated cost to put the doors back together). Months later I was shown (see photos) that they reversed the wiring for the brake light & turn signal. All this time I had only one brake light and no right turn signal thanks to their 'repair'. Two trips to new mechanic required to get it in working order .

A guy at Schwab referred us to Auto Express saying they were honest. By the time we got there it was too late to get parts same day so we were stuck for the night and maybe til Tuesday if parts were available Monday. We could have spent 3 or 4 nights in a local motel but we were headed to our grand daughters birthday in Portland. Jeff spent hours trying to locate an alternator to no avail. He truly went above and beyond. When all attempts failed he pulled a rabbit out of a hat. By chance he knew of a retired rebuilder that he thought he could " talk into coming out of retirement" for just this one job. He did and we got our alternator rebuilt overnight. Never have I been more greatful. Best customer service ever. Thanks Jeff, family and crew. Your the best.

Went to Oscar's auto repair to get an estimate regarding the replacement of a brake light switch…read morefor my 1995 Chevy Silverado truck. After examining my vehicle, I was told that in order to have that switch replaced, it would be necessary to have the steering column removed so they could access this switch and it would cost approximately $700.00. I took my vehicle to another shop where they replaced my switch without removing the steering column and was charged only $185.00. BEWARE!
