Called to verify hours. Open till 7. Clean and owner greeted me. Ordered small combo that came with burger, fries or tots and drink. Very short wait. The small is plenty for me. Seasoned well, made to order and fresh. Totally were good and hot. Ketchup was cold which I like as they keep in cooler. I will definitely visit again. I got two Philly meals and upgraded them to a large drink and fry the meal was 12.95 a piece, kids chicken strip meal was about 10 dollars. So getting upgrading to the large drink and fries on both Philly meals was 15 dollars extra these people are rip off artists. Also had to wait 40 minutes for our food and when I told her she acted like it was normal this is not normal. I will never go here again and recommend that these rip off artists are shut down. The worst I've been to and I have never been ripped off like this anywhere. Greenville shut this place down. Price 49+ change tell me how this is please. Great, old-fashioned burgers. Several sizes and many add- ons. The steak fingers are real steak and homemade. Their onion rings taste homemade. I did not eat any French fries, but also looked good. They have a large variety of sandwiches. This is counter service diner, but they do bring it to your table. We got there shortly before noon and had a table. If you're looking for fancy, this is not it, but if you're looking for a great burger... this is pure nirvana! I had to order the "bubba" and it is alot of burger (1 full pound) of prime Texas beef with all the trimmings... add bacon for sure. I was expecting a big burger, but I wasn't expecting the monster that came to the table. Order fries or tots with it. .. and you better bring your A-game. It's alotta food! Order at the counter from a very pleasant staff... go sit down and prepare for burger Armageddon. Get plenty of napkins and you're good! Terry's Place is always on my bucket list and I'm pleased to announce that it is crossed off the list! I first got the reference from a good friend of mine working at north Greenville. Coming into the place, I was rather surprised to find Asian decorations and Asian people working there, but they are kind people working there. The place does feel comfortable and brings me back to the 1990's as a child living nearby. Several of the patrons eating there said its really good food. As for the food, they were able to guide me along and helped me with what I ordered for my meal. I had the regular burger with cheddar, meat only, and tater tots and sweet tea. The burger is so tender and melts in the mouth! The cheddar cheese and seasoning on the patty does accompany the burger throughout the time I was eating out. The tater tots are quite crunchy on the outside, but soft and very meaty on the inside, just what I'm looking for, texture-wise. The sweet tea was really good. Eating there left me stuffed and satisfied a all the time and I think it was a really good lunch. Personally, I would come back again the next time I feel like having a burger and tater tots. read more

Greenville has two burger joints that are pretty famous for a small town - CBs and Terry's. I love both, but Terry's is FILLING, delicious, the fries are homemade and yummy. When my son comes from Boston, Terry's is a must! If you are looking for atmosphere, you are looking in the wrong place - this is a hole in the wall type of place. Great Burger. Get a SMALL unless you are very hungry. The Regular is the size of a manhole cover. Went on a Saturday. Take note that they close at 3:00 on Saturday. I arrived at 2:40 and wanted to eat in. It became a major topic of discussion among the staff. What they mean by "we close at 3:00 on Saturday" is that they want to clean, mop, etc. by 3:00.
