Susan was able to re-stitch the corners and eliminate the holes so things would not fall through the bottom. Additionally, my husband ordered a pair of shoes online that upon arrival were more red than brown. They were able to dye the shoes to be more of a Cordovan color than a red. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem.
