I used to love this store till this experience. I went in to change out my Tervis cup because it got all smudged. The man in the store rudely takes the cups from me and tells me he's going to go grab the cup for me. I was unaware of the policy change so I asked if I was still able to select a new cup & he rudely told me no & that the policy changed. That's fine that the policy has changed but he could of let us know more kindly. I hope he's not acting that way to all your customers... read more

Awful experience. I had a cop that was purchased at a store up in Asheville and it broke so I took it and to make an exchange since everyone knows they have a lifetime guarantee. Well apparently not, apparently the cup that I purchased had a little tiny sticker, possibly the world's smallest sticker, on the bottom and that designated that as a cup that does not have a warranty. The guy told me I must have bought it at an outlet store and I told him no I did not. Then he made a bunch of other excuses and rudely said that he could recycle it for me. The store and brand is not what they represent in their marketing and I would not recommend going there. read more

Came here today specifically for one of the newly released stainless steel tumblers. Was here right at opening. Christina was beyond accommodating and helpful. They do not honor their warranty and are using Covid as an excuse. Shop elsewhere. My water bottle is defective and now I'm stuck with it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! the store manager Christina is heaven sent- she's so knowledgeable and kind. The store is always very clean, I love shopping in person as opposed to online. They really do have the best products- I swear by my Tervis- I make a fruit smoothie at 6 am and it's still ice cold half frozen at 6pm. I give them my highest recommendation read more

Buyer beware! Tervis tumblers are attractive, but customer service is sadly lacking. My glass cracked at the lip. The N. Palm store will not replace the item, as Tervis once did. Nor do they ship the item back to the factory (Venice, FL) even with my bubble wrap and carton provided (which apparently was their most recent policy). Policy now, according to the Tervis supervisor at Venice, is for the customer to absorb postage, packing and insurance costs (and any associated inconvenience) and only then will Tervis replace the item. read more
