Everybody and everything was great up until it was time for me to put my car on the dolly I had…read morejust rented. I was told I could not do it because I was a woman, and that only a man could do it. It was a man's job, and I needed to find me a man. So I let the man hook my car up to the dolly and not five minutes later the car rolled off the dolly through oncoming traffic and parked itself on a curb at a gas station. Fortunately, nobody was hurt and nothing was hit by the car. I am ultimately the one that hooked it up correctly and got my car safely to the destination. I let the general manager know of the U-Haul where I returned it, and he just stared blankly at me and said nothing. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I will never use U-Haul again.

I like to get gas here because there is rarely another car in the parking lot so I don't have to…read morewait in line for a pump. I always walk in and pay cash because I do not have enough trust in ANY gas pump to use a card. The thing is.... the person attending the counter, whichever person attending the counter...in an EMPTY store...seems to act like I am bothering them when I go in to pay! It has happened multiple times! Multiple employees! I even pulled up, saw the attendant outside the side door smoking a cigarette while watching me pump gas.... I went in to pay, stood there waiting for her to come back in. Finally a guy servicing a machine in the store stuck his head out and told her she had a customer. I guess this is why the store and the parking lot are always empty, and I guess this is why I am giving them no more chances.

Now I'm a Caucasian mail and my wife is black. I've never been so embarrassed and angered in my life smh.
