    Staff: Of the many many times I've come in, I've always had a good experience. I'm surprised I have never reviewed them before. This weekend was approached by Alysa who was friendly. She asked my child if they had a toy Tesla to which I replied yes, we had the matchbox ones. She said do you want a real one. Of course we did. Low and behold she returns with the collectible Model 3 and gave it to us. These are the same ones that day 1 reservation holders got way back on 3/2016. What service! Overall: The store is always clean, filled with friendly and non pushy staff, and a treat to visit. I never come to the mall without coming here. Great job to Tesla and Alysa!

    Very friendly environments. Test drives readily available Monday - Thursday ! Weekends are hectic. Remember you will be charged 100 dollars to apply for leasing the beautiful y model the one that has wings. The model s is so cute & technology savvy. Do not rush into signing ! Take your time.

I specifically asked multiple times for actual diagnostic testing to be performed. Instead, the car sat there from Friday through Tuesday mostly sitting outside on their lot with little communication and repeated comments that the vehicle was "fine" or "operating as designed." Service advisor Trent kept focusing on test driving the car instead of properly diagnosing the seat/module system as requested. This is not a vehicle I want unnecessarily driven around by multiple employees, especially when the entire point of the visit was to perform diagnostics. It is also frustrating leaving an AMG GT 63 sitting outside for days while barely being looked at. After nearly five days of wasted time, I picked up the vehicle and within minutes of driving, the exact same lumbar issue immediately happened again exactly as I described from the beginning. The lack of urgency, communication, and technical understanding was unacceptable for a Mercedes dealership. I will be taking the vehicle to another Mercedes dealership going forward.

That felt misleading. We also later found out some services couldn't be used at other local dealerships, which was never explained by Peter Choe. I also contacted Daniel their sales rep twice and haven't received a response on how to get reimbursed for these warranty and service contracts that we cannot use as they're not usable at other dealerships. On top of that, we've had issues with the paint work that were not properly resolved. We got a Paint warranty and when the workers did the work they scratched the vehicle while buffing. The repair work for this is poor. Also the "clear coat" is not a true clear coat-- as liquids do not bead up. We are unsatisfied with the Paint Care warranty we paid extra for Overall, lack of transparency and poor follow-through. I'd recommend reviewing all documents carefully before signing.

Upon arrival for our appointment, the service department refused to honor the warranty and did not provide us with any information that would allow us to fix the known defect with the hyper white paint. We eventually went to Tustin Hyundai service department that politely greeted us, fixed the defect, and also offered a rental free of charge while our car was being fixed. I have been dealing with Laguna Niguel Hyundai for 12 years on and off due to the horrible service routinely provided. This is the last visit I will make there. 1 star rating is higher than they deserve. I will happily drive further to never visit here again.

This was my first time buying any car long-distance, let alone a new luxury car. But the NX hybrid was in short supply, and we wanted specific interior/exterior colors. Calling around to multiple Lexus dealers became our only option. From our home in Roseville, we were connected to Santiago Gutierrez, a great guy and a truly helpful and honest salesman. From our very first contact to the delivery of our new NX hybrid several weeks ago, Santiago has been a pleasure to deal with. Santiago was always available and eager to help, providing knowledgeable answers to any of my questions. I have purchased many new cars over the years, but working with Santiago and South County Lexus ranked among the very best of car-buying experiences. Santiago continues to check in on us even after the new car delivery, asking how we're enjoying the car and whether we have any questions for him. We can't go to SCL for service, though I wish we could. Hopefully, our nearest Lexus dealer will be available for service when we need it. Whether our nearby dealer meets SCL's high standards is yet to be determined, but we hope so. I can 100% recommend SCL, and be sure to ask for Santiago.

There is zero follow-up and zero accountability; they are masters of deflection. On top of that, they failed to handle my out-of-state registration and taxes. When I went to the Arizona MVD (ADOT), I had to pay out of pocket because this dealership never sent the paperwork. I have sent numerous emails and left multiple voicemails with no response. As someone who has purchased many luxury vehicles across various OEMs, this is hands-down the worst experience I have ever had. I ended up buying another new Lexus in Colorado, and the seamless experience there completely highlighted how shady this dealership truly is. Avoid them at all costs. Furthermore, the recommendation to reach out to Jeff Nicols, the Sales Manager, proves to be entirely ineffective. Mr Nicols consistently fails to answer phone calls; in addition, the telephone number 949-347-3500 does not actually connect to him. Instead, it directs the caller to Sean Davisson, another member of the South County Lexus team, who similarly disregards incoming calls, voicemails, and emails. Consequently, attempting to contact either individual via this number is unlikely to yield any response or remediation.

I was using the app, car gurus, and this sweet little Mazda three sport popped up so I inquired. 15 minutes after my inquiry I received a call from Riley and he asked if I was wanting to come in to test drive the car. So my son and I headed straight down to San Juan Capistrano from Irvine. Come to find out the car was exactly what we were looking for, plus it had an exhaust and some modifications to it. To be honest with you, they could definitely have sold it for more money. The buying experience was wonderful. We did all the paperwork over about a two hour period in the office and got the loan done. It's a family, business, husband, wife, and son Riley. We had a great time chatting it up. We all had the same values and it was a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend this family business to anyone and will definitely using them again.
