    I liked this place so much that a couple weeks after I leased my Lexus a came back and traded my daughter's car in for a purchase. Fair, friendly and customer-centric are the adjectives I'd use to describe my interactions! Zoe was my sales person and Zel was the finance guy and they were both absolutely amazing! South County Lexus should make them part of the actual brand! Zoe was great to work with! Very tentative and full of information. I'm pretty sure I'll make all my purchases at this dealership as long as these two are around. By the way- they have great bathrooms and the hot drink machine is amazing! Thank you for not 1, but 2 great vehicles in less than a month! Out of 5 stars I give both transactions a 6!

    I couldn't ask for a better experience at a dealership. From the moment we walked onto the lot, we were given the red carpet treatment (literally!) Dave and Chris worked hard hard to get us in our new LC 500. We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Everyone on the Lexus team was helpful, accommodating, and made us feel like we were part of the Lexus family. There isn't any doubt, South County Lexus is the dealership that we will go to for our next vehicle.

    I am now on my second car from South County Lexus in Mission Viejo. I love the sales people... Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Every time I go to their service center I get In-N-Out as quickly as possible. They also hold adoption events and help local rescues and I love that.

    I found a used 2010 LEXUS ES 350 online. While online I selected the "Get Today's Price" button (pic attached). After viewing the CarFax, I contacted the dealership. I am posting the screenshots of the communication between myself, Chris, and Kate (I believe she was the last person to text me). They are both listed on the dealership's website as Guest Experience Sales Staff. Insinuating that the customer is an uneducated buyer, not wise with their money, and pulling the "This is Mission Viejo" card so you should be able to/willing to pay the price we say is insulting, elitist, and not a place that deserves my business. My budget was $12K which doesn't seem like it's enough to warrant the respect of this dealership.

    I had an amazing experience at South County Mission Viejo Lexus--five stars, no question. My service manager, RGD, was honestly the highlight. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, sharp, and actually listened. No upselling, no fluff--just straight-up helpful. He took care of a recall and front passenger seat issue on my RX before it became a headache, explained everything clearly, and even squeezed me in same-day when I was tight on time. The whole team felt polished, but RGD made it personal--like he cared about my car as much as I do. If you're near Mission Viejo, ask for him. You won't regret it.

    I decided to finally drop by the Lexus dealership in person about a month ago after eyeing some of the models online for a while, and I left leasing a new ES350 and trading it in for my Mazda. Initially I didn't plan on leaving with a new car that day, but I am so happy with the new car I absolutely love it! I am so glad everything worked out the way that it did. I will also mention that everyone who assisted me at the dealership was extremely kind, friendly, patient, and transparent with information, especially sales reps Akram & Mina in particular who helped me find the right car as a first time leesee, and Armindo in the finance department who made the financing process clear and easy to understand. I also appreciated the helpful communication from the services department. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a Lexus. :)

    I purchased a 2021 Lexus ES250 AWD on March, 2025. Within a week, I began experiencing multiple issues. I reported vibrations from the front wheels, which were diagnosed as internal wheel-bearing failure. After replacement, the issue was resolved. I requested spark-plug replacement, as they should have been changed before the sale according to the 60,000-mile maintenance schedule. Throughout March and April, I made three separate visits to South County Lexus because the driver's seat would not return to its programmed position. A case was opened with Lexus engineering. By June 23, it was determined that the programmed position was stopping the seat to avoid contact with rear passengers' legs--an explanation that took months to identify. On June, I discovered the engine oil level was above the maximum mark. The dealership confirmed the issue and drained the excess oil. During this visit, I also questioned a high-pitched transmission noise (which still occurs intermittently after 15,000 miles) and water inside the right headlight after the first wash. I was told the headlight issue was not covered under warranty and that replacing would cost $4,071.70. Technicians also found leaking ball joints, which were replaced. However, the lost oil was not replenished in the transmission, raising concerns about future wear. In the following month, I noticed a clicking sound when pulling away from a stop, steering vibration, the vehicle pulling to the right, and uneven wear on the outer edges of the front tires. After inspection, issues were found on both sides, and the axle shaft, axle seal, nut, and hub were replaced. Most recently, the brake fluid level has been dropping, accompanied by a high-pitched noise and noticeable vibration when applying the brakes. They recommended to replace it, but it's outside the warranty coverage. Overall, my experience with this vehicle and the repeated service visits has been frustrating, time-consuming, and far below the reliability and service standards I expected from Lexus. For sure, this vehicle didn't undergo the required inspection before being made available to the market.

    My friend recently got a great deal at South County Lexus, so he referred his salesman Luca to me. My current lease of a RX 350 was coming to an end and I really wanted a different color one. It only took 1week from I first reached out to Luca for negotiation process til we picked up our new beauty. We communicated through texting, and Luca replied promptly. They really offered me a great trade-in value! The finace and paperwork part was easy. Highly recommend them.

    Fantastic experience buying a car here! I didn't have to play games, they were very transparent, gave me a great deal, but Chris Ward was the main reason why I bought here. From the first time I spoke with him, he worked super hard to earn my business and deserves high praise. I've worked with many of the best salespeople in luxury retail at Neiman Marcus and this guy is a superstar. I would definitely come back to buy my next Lexus through Chris Ward, so be sure to ask for him.

Working in automotive service for a long time now, you get to learn that knowing about cars is not exclusive to male or female these days, but for many working in the business, you often encounter that the employees are just working - they don't know anything or take an passion or interest in cars and how they work. So I have dealt with both males and females who just don't know anything, and it's rather disappointing. Everyday customer are relying on their expertise. Kennia is amazing. She is thorough, detailed, and goes out of her way to help and find other solutions, proactive, when me, a little shop - is in need of something. She is very knowledgeable. It doesn't take a lot for someone to take the extra step - and it shows. She doesn't have to, but she does anyway. Too many times, these days, we all become satisfied with doing the bare minimum, and don't think about the business or where our heart is it with doing the right thing and the best job we can. I pray she receives the recognition she deserves, because she makes it a pleasure to work with - you can trust what she does and recommends. Great job!

    WHO DOES THIS???? I recently went in to get a new battery. I was apprehensive to turn my car off in…read morecase they didn't have the right battery. I called the store and immediately this man named JOSE said not to worry and that he would come out to check my car. He came right out and was so kind and understanding. Said they did have the right battery and that he would install it. When he went to take out the old battery it was melded together to the terminal with corrosion. Jose took 30 MINUTES OR MORE to work on getting the terminal off. He even went back in and got some Wd40 to continue trying to get it off. He worked and worked and worked. He never gave up or suggested he couldn't do it. He did all of this while wearing his pristine grey Auto Zone long sleeve shirt and didn't get a single stain on it! I was so impressed not only with Jose's work ethic, but also by his cheerful attitude and the fact that he simply was determined to help me and not leave me or my car stranded without a battery. I am SO appreciative of Jose. This Auto Zone is kinda located in a basement area in San Clemente, so it might be easy to miss. But I will search it out again and again simply because of your employee, Jose! I did ask Jose who his boss was and wanted to make sure this message gets to Joe Peckett.
