Located at the Aliso Viejo Town Center, there are sooo many options for food, shopping, & groceries within 20 steps of this service center. Extremely convenient when you have to leave your car for a few hours and still run errands and be productive. I've only ever gotten home mobile services but they didn't have availability soon enough. Making an appointment is very easy on the app. You drive in, find an open parking to the left, and check in with the service rep. They assess the services on your quote & see if it is really necessary and give their recs. You can track the progress of your repair/service on your app. You can also settle your invoice on the app. It notifies you as soon as your car is ready. Locate your car at the outside lot and go. If the invoice has not been settled, it will require a PIN# from the service agent. The facility is pristine. It is clean, organized, & efficient. The lounge is also nice and quiet. They have a Keurig for the basic coffee & tea. There are lounge chairs at the grassy area outside. Our service agent, Brian, was great. Highly recommend this location! read more

Former Tesla Advocate Reconsidering My Loyalty I never expected to write this review. I am a repeat Tesla owner who purchased a 2022 Model 3 Long Range AWD with cash and have spent years recommending Tesla to friends and family. I believed Tesla had solved many of the problems that make traditional car dealerships so frustrating. Unfortunately, my delivery experience at Tesla's Aliso Viejo location (26501 Aliso Creek Rd, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656) on June 9, 2026, was one of the most disappointing customer experiences I have had in years. I arrived excited to take delivery of a new Model Y after selling my paid-off Model 3 to my college-aged daughter. This was a special moment for our family. Instead, I was met by employees who appeared inconvenienced, offered little assistance, and repeatedly treated simple questions as interruptions. When I asked about Tesla merchandise and accessories, I was told to "go to the website." When I asked about purchasing wheel covers and other branded items, I received the same response. During the vehicle inspection, I pointed out an unusual noise coming from the frunk area. I was told the clicking noise was "normal" and that all vehicles did it. After requesting that we compare it to another identical Model Y, it became clear that the second vehicle did not make the same noise. At that point, I rejected delivery. What disappointed me most wasn't the vehicle issue. It was the complete lack of ownership, curiosity, or customer care surrounding the issue. Later, after speaking with Brian, the Service Manager, and Aaron, the Sales Manager, they offered only a flat apology and said, "That's not the Tesla way." They offered nothing more. No solutions. No recommendations. No effort to help. No recognition that I was a returning customer who had just spent tens of thousands of dollars with Tesla. An hour after I left the dealership, Aaron texted me to let me know they had another car for me. I asked him about something I learned earlier when I was in: that the Model Y did not include floor mats. While that may be company policy, the response I received was simply, "Your vehicle trim does not come with floor mats." Again, no solutions, no suggestions, just an empty reply that affirmed the earlier experience. Although Aaron and Brian apologized, apologies alone do not restore trust. Tesla built its reputation by creating a customer experience that felt different from traditional dealerships. Sadly, what I experienced at the Aliso Viejo Tesla dealership felt exactly like the dealership culture Tesla once promised to disrupt. The showroom experience, however, was a completely different story. Having just picked up my gas vehicle from repairs, I was ready to upgrade to my third EV. Unfortunately, the attitude of the representative in the showroom instantly killed my interest--a frustration echoing David R.'s experience. She seemed openly annoyed that I interrupted her on her laptop and offered non-answers like "It depends" without actually helping. Aliso Creek, Ca. By far the best Tesla Service center I've visited so far. I had to wait in line for over 15 minutes because of two difficult customers ahead of me. These customers still received the same patient service as everyone at the counter regardless of how little consideration of other customers time they used up. After these two were finally finished the line moved rapidly and efficiently. Upon arrival, if you have an appointment, just pull inside and park in a stall on the left side, then go get in line. This procedure looks like it will be the standard for checking in. My cars problems were resolved quicker than the estimated time and I was able to pick up the car early. Staff: The team here was really nice. Quality: This is an absolutely beautiful location that previously was a Michael's Store. It is new, modern, clean, has tons of seating, free WiFi and coffee while you wait, and is conveniently located near the toll road and several places to eat. Value: Had to get new tires which nowadays are pricey anywhere. The great thing was that they provided a loaner and I was able to use Tesla credits towards the cost of service which was AMAZING! Overall: I really love this location. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is after getting the new tires installed I learned the next morning that there was a ton of grease on the tires and rims. This required me to return again to have it cleaned off. This was something that would have been great to have been done before return of the vehicle. I am writing to share my experience at the Tesla Service Center in Aliso Viejo, which was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I walked into the service center and waited to be helped. There were approximately four employees working at the desk, yet no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. One man briefly spoke to me and said he would be right back, but he disappeared. When he returned he asked if I pulled my car in I responded no so I then pulled my car into the service area as instructed, returned inside, and stood waiting again. I waited approximately 5-8 minutes without anyone speaking to me, while employees continued helping customers who arrived after me.I did see a lady scanning all the Tesla's in even mine. Eventually, I asked if someone was going to help me. A gentleman named Brian responded by saying he thought I had already been helped. I explained that I was still standing there waiting and had not been assisted. He then began looking at his computer and told me they might not have time to service my car and that I would need to leave it.Why schedule a appointment at 2:30 if you don't have time to service it by the end of the day? When I asked how I was supposed to get home, he stated that Tesla does not provide loaners for my type of service he said, "That's why it says drop-off." No one had explained that the car would need to be left overnight. Brian then told me I could bring the car back the next day. I explained that I did not want to spend Christmas Eve at the Tesla service center. During this conversation, Brian began waving his hands at me while speaking, I showed him how he was waving his hands at me and I didn't like it.Which I found disrespectful and inappropriate. I asked him not to raise his hands while talking to me and questioned whether he speaks to other customers in this manner. I was the only brown-skinned customer in the service center at the time, and I could not help but feel that I was being treated differently. I could not visualize this same behavior being directed toward other customers. This made the experience even more uncomfortable. Despite still needing assistance, Brian began helping the next customer before finishing with me. When I asked if he was going to complete helping me, he responded dismissively. Eventually, he did make an appointment for me, but only after assisting others first. Tesla has cameras in the service center, and I am confident they would show how long I waited without assistance and the interaction that took place. I am deeply disappointed in how I was treated, particularly by Brian, and by the lack of support from the other employees who ignored me entirely. I hope Tesla does not train its employees to communicate with customers using dismissive behavior or hand gestures. Out of short curiosity, I went to check out the Tesla dealer. This review is solely based upon my experience in the showroom only. The sales person was, wow top-notch ! She answered all my questions, with clarity and eagerness. Even though the first thing I mentioned to her is, "this is way out of my price budget. In regard to any Tesla products! She even answered the silly questions, such as how do you see outside the back window and which is the cheapest Tesla. The showroom, was great, she offered me to go on a test drive, but I heard that you need to give like extra information before you do so, compared to other dealerships - not sure if this is true. There was coffee, brewing, in the showroom. The reason why not five stars is because it just reminded me of how broke my entire family is. Well, we are blessed but have a monthly budget / in regard to being able to afford one of these Teslas. Surprisingly, there are a lot here in Orange County Tesla dealerships. Secondly, it would've been nice if there were done packaged sweets, provided in the showroom next to the coffee,/ but I'm sure they don't want crumbs in these highly expensive cars! read more

I would not recommend The Tesla Service Center in Aliso Viejo. We feel we got the old bait and switch from Tesla! I requested service for an issue with my screens leaking and specified that it was both the touchscreen and the dash display. They provided an estimate to replace the items and it listed my exact request on the invoice and right below my request it listed an amount which we approved. When I dropped off the vehicle they did not provide a loaner or Uber credit. The following day we returned to pick up our vehicle and only one screen was replaced. They back pedaled and informed us that in order to replace both screens it would be an additional cost and would include additional charges for a full infotainment upgrade. We had to pay an additional $700 to have the work completed and arrange to leave the car back with the service center for additional days. We were very disappointed with the service we received and feel like they should have taken care of this issue without additional charges. Be aware! read more
