I had a few days to think about it & decided fk it, I'm going to leave this review of what I think of this so-called dealership! I see it's all about the 5 stars, but that wasn't it for me! I inquired about a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium that was in my budget range. Riley contacted me & I requested an OTD pricing & Riley said he'll send it to me & Eddie too, but neither of them gave me an OTD! So I said fk it, I aint got shit to do & let Eddie know I was coming down at 3pm, no response! I drove down to what I was thinking was to their SJC place, which the address says, but while I was stuck on Ortega highway traffic for 45 minutes, I get a text from Eddie it's in San Clemente! Wasn't thrilled, could of told me that before I decided to leave like answer my text right away, so I had to U-turn carefully & headed off over there! Eddied seemed like a cool dude at first, but not very helpful & could care less! Seems he's more about the quick sale & how he's going to make that quick buck! He was lost & confused to what I was telling him which I told him clearly, I was financing the Escape, then I filled out the application & right off the bat denied me! I could understand why, but whatever was on my past delinquencies, he didn't have to argue with me about it or have an attitude about it! I know what it is & it's not his place to agree or disagree! Because he couldn't make the deal or maybe seeing my credit score, I don't know, but Eddie asks me how am I going to make payments & what did I expect? The he rushed me out, no hand shake, nothing, just attitude! He wasn't friendly at the end & you know what, yeah I may have taken a risk to go down there, but Eddie didn't have to have such a trashy attitude because he couldn't sucker another person into their scam loan with possible hidden fees! Like all dealerships that are scared to fork over an OTD as requested, to me is a scam! They are trying to hide how they are going to fk you with those add-ons & other bullshit! I been scammed by Autoboyz in Garden Grove, why I'm stuck in a fking 2019 Toyota Mirai & for Eddie to say, "Well least you have a car" made me pissed off for that comment! Eddie doesn't understand why I wanted to get rid of my Mirai or doesn't care to understand the struggles we go through with it! In the end, fk him, I just smiled & went about my day! This dude got some nerve acting like I wasted his time! The deep sighs he did almost thinking why is this guy in my office? Loose the attitude bro & I'm being real & if he doesn't like what I said, too fking bad bro! I was nothing, but cool & respectful & you gave me an attitude towards a little in the beginning then at the end! Anyways, on my home, the front tire of my mirai came apart, it was hot & I wasn't too thrilled, but the next day, I drove carefully to another dealership that had a blue 2016 Ford Escape Titanium, with the 2.0L, with the sunroof & all that, clean title, 70,353 miles for $13,200, monthly payment is $370 a month for 48 months, but I'll have this car paid off in a year & a half! The sales guy was hella cool, respectful, wasn't pushy, straight forward & he even sent me the OTD on the vehicle right away when I requested it, unlike Eddie & Riley! He didn't give me shit or any argument about my past delinquencies & my credit score didn't scare him off! He even called me back to ask what do I think & on top of that, my money from my settlement came though so I decided to put $2000 down on it & I got the car! How hard was that Eddie? So the bank picked up the Mirai today & I'm glad it's gone, now I got my Ford Escape in my garage! Magano Enterprise turns out to be like Autoboyz & like Hanna Automotive when it comes to requesting an OTD. To them, you have to have the perfect score & no delinquencies, but if you do, expect the attitude! I was pissed off with Magano Automotive, but fk them, I got a new place that treated me better, worked with me & got me into the car I needed! read more

Very nice and accommodating to my requests so I took a drive to check this vehicle out. The car I purchased after personal inspection over a period of 3 months determined that the previous owner had taken detailed care of the vehicle and before I took ownership. We went to Majano Enterprise to look at a 2015 Honda Odyssey EXL. When we called to inquire about this vehicle we spoke with Jen who was extremely helpful and friendly. Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by her husband Eddie and her son Riley & they were very welcoming and proceeded to show us the car. This family business has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've been looking for an FJ Cruiser for my son, who wanted a Jeep but the reliability is so poor I wanted a Toyota. I found one online and contacted Jennifer, and explained it was for my son. She spent time making sure I felt confident about the maintenance that had been performed on the vehicle, their inspection and the additional things they did like the undercarriage coating since it had been on the East Coast.
