Alright guys so we have an update. So they had my car in the shop for almost 2 weeks and opened a care case with Jeep. Jeep sent out a tech and they tried to find a solution to the shaking. Both the service worker AND the Service Manager, who are both great btw, that when they spoke with Jeep they said "we're aware of the issue but there is no current solution." Fast forward to today now Jeep is saying they tested more cars out and it's a "normal characteristic of the car" lol PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO ATTACHED & let me know if you think this is NORMAL ‍ I had to take my car back and contact a lawyer to help find a solution to my issue for the BRAND NEW CAR is just bought and had 2 weeks out of the last 6. However, the dealership MAY try and work a deal out with me to help the issue. Looking forward to seeing if that happens but either way, I will continue to update you on this issue. read more

Update: I subsequently took my Jeep to Midas for the brakes. They showed me (in person) how my rear brakes were nowhere near needing to be replaced. (The dealership said they ARE due for replacement.) Such a scam! Also, they pointed out a front axle boot leak that appeared to have been leaking (and spewing grease throughout the wheel well) for weeks. 1-Star Review for Tuttle Click Jeep: I am extremely disappointed with both Chrysler and Tuttle Click Jeep regarding my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit (51,000 miles) and the ongoing issues I've faced. Repeated AC Evaporator Failures & New Rattle Issue: At 22,789 miles and again at 50,923 miles, my AC evaporator had to be replaced. This repair requires the entire instrument panel to be removed, meaning the technician has to maneuver throughout the front cab in different positions. When I got my Jeep back after the most recent AC repair, it developed an annoying, continuous rattle from the front passenger side panel. Every bump in the road made it worse--it was nerve-racking to drive. I brought it back to Tuttle Click Jeep, and they heard the rattle on a test drive. After keeping my vehicle for 2.5 hours, they told me a plastic panel was broken and needed to be replaced--$240 just for the part. Poor Customer Service & Lack of Accountability: I told them this issue only started after they worked on my AC, yet they refused to take any responsibility. No apology, no offer to fix it--just a bill-and a pat on the A$$. I then wrote a certified letter to Chrysler Warranty, detailing the many problems I've had with this Jeep. Their only response? An email asking me to complete a survey. That's it. No actual resolution, no concern for customer satisfaction. Tuttle Click also saw my original 3-star review but instead of reaching out, they just replied to the review--no phone call, no attempt to actually fix the problem. Overpriced Repairs & Finding My Own Solution: After a few weeks of frustration, I went online to MOPAR and found the exact same part they quoted me for $240... for just $50. I replaced it myself and saw where it was broken--this was clearly caused by excessive pressure, like stepping on it or using it as a step stool. Since only service mechanics have been in that seat recently, it's obvious where the damage came from. Yet, Tuttle Click refuses to take any accountability. Final Thoughts: This is my third Jeep--but it may be my last. Chrysler has ignored my concerns, and Tuttle Click Jeep has demonstrated that customer service is not their priority. In terms of dealing with any dealership and fixing my car : This has to have been the worst experience of my entire life! There's no GM that runs the store, The service manager has never been any type of manager, Cleary! It all went south when I called in bc it had been days before hearing any updates on my car. I was wondering if the warranty finally approved the work- I finally get my advisor on the call and her immediate response is "I've had nothing but patience with you!" - UMMMM WHAT!? 1) Did they fix my car? No, my car still needs a new transmission and has a check engine light that came on literally the day after picking it up. 2) I had voiced many of my concerns with the service director. His name is Norm.: Which he never did anything to rectify the Service experience especially after what was said! 3) I expressed What went wrong and he only figured out how to fix the problem internally in the future. He never offered to stand in front of any issues I was currently experiencing with his employees, nor How to fix the scenario for me as a customer during this visit! I had to think of ways to fix the scenario for him- seriously I was pissed and embarrassed for him. 5) how can I expect any professionalism or to be taken care of as a customer by any of his Employees, if he doesn't even know how to run the service department!? read more

Absolutely terrible experience with Yvonne and Norman -- the service department is ruining this dealership. I bought my vehicle just a month ago from this dealership. The sales team was fantastic -- Ralph and his team made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Sadly, the service department has completely ruined what should have been a great relationship. This visit was a comeback due to their technician's misdiagnosis, yet they made me wait six days before even starting on my vehicle. In total, they've had my vehicle over two weeks -- completely unacceptable, especially for a recent purchase. Initially, Yvonne told us the vibration was caused by the track bar and claimed the tech test drove it and said everything was fine. I immediately drove the same freeway route they supposedly did, and the shake was still there. When I brought it back, Yvonne texted that it would take one business day to diagnose. Instead, six days and three follow-up calls later, they finally looked at it. First, Yvonne said the suspension was just torqued down and should be good to go. Then Norman, the manager, called and said it was the tires being out of balance. So which one is it? They clearly don't know. To make matters worse, no proper test drive was done. The vibration is gone, but now the vehicle pulls hard to the right on the freeway. This suggests they didn't even check the alignment or verify if the tires were rotated correctly -- something that can easily cause a pull. When I asked about it, they didn't even seem to know what a tire pull was. If one of my managers treated a customer this way, they wouldn't work for me for long. I own two auto repair shops in Orange County, and we hold our team accountable -- that's why we maintain a 5-star Google rating, unlike this dealership's 4.3 stars. The sales team here is great, but the service department is careless and unprofessional. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly and with care, go to a family-owned independent shop where you're more than just a number. I leased a 2024 Jeep Cherokee and it has been out of service since May 2025 for the same recurring defect. Despite months of delays, defective replacement parts, and endless promises, Jeep has failed to provide a fix or fair resolution. I paid $887/month in lease + insurance, incurred $5,500+ in rental costs, and even suffered a credit score drop from carrying these charges. The "rental reimbursement" check they promised was never delivered. Meanwhile, my toddler and I have been left without safe, reliable transportation. Jeep has refused to replace the vehicle or settle fairly under California Lemon Law. I have consulted attorneys and am escalating this legally, but consumers deserve to know how Jeep treats its customers: delay, deny, and drag it out until you give up. I have taken my 2022 Ram 1500 here several times for service and have never had a problem. I discovered my rear window was leaking and took it here for repair while under warranty. They resealed the window and I picked it up. A week later, I discovered the rear window leaking again. I took it back for service under warranty and they resealed the window. I picked up the truck and the next day I found it leaking again. Returned to the dealer to get the issue fixed and they didn't even check to see what the issue was. They told me I would have to purchase a new rear window for $1700 even though my truck is under warranty. This is a clear defect that is known by Stellantis but they are not accepting the sealing issue and instead placing the burden on the buyer. Beware! This is a problem with the Ram and the service department will not fix the issue. I'm very frustrated with the service department on this issue and refuse to take my truck here to get any work done. read more

Needs better customer service and mechanics that know what they are doing. It seems every time I gone in I had a problem. My Ram finally failed after the warranty expired with 46,954 miles. You change the spark plugs in my truck because it was diagnosed with a misfire and changed me $775.00. It needs a complete engine take down to find out what is wrong. I call the service manager to see if I could get a refund for $775 and she pretty much told me to F off. There is a class action lawsuit against Penstar witch no one that works there seems to know about. They always try to B.S you every time you come back with a problem. And that they "changed" the module and it fried out. Tried to blame it on my aftermarket auxiliary lights. The tech DIDNT EVEN INSPECT MY CAR. Then wanted to charge me 6 hours of more diagnosis fees @ 225 an hour. What?????? Long story short I got under my car today and saw the wire to the module was just CUT and needed to be fixed. Buncha liars here man there's no way the tech could have missed that it was clear as soon as I dropped my spare. Avoid this place at all costs for service. read more

Took the morning off to bring it in only to wait 20 minutes to be told they can't do anything with the vehicle because my wife now has my last name and her last name is the one on the registration. They said they can't do it because it "affects the warranty" allegedly. Now I'm just going to change the oil myself but you would think that, outside of this being a ridiculous policy, there would be some sort of disclaimer of note saying to make sure to use your maiden name or whatever was in their system. Not returning to this trash location and I don't recommend you do either. Also, they will try to charge you $800 for nitrogen in your tires when purchasing a vehicle; just tell them to kick rocks. The reason this one was special was because I never set foot in the dealership and had the car shipped to me once it arrived. Now that is service! Rob special ordered the Jeep, let me know when it arrived and worked with the shipping company because I had moved. I reserved a Jeep Wagoneer S last summer, based on the style, specs and features. All of this was sight unseen, and I wanted to actually see and possibly test drive one before making a purchase. They have yet to show in showrooms or start deliveries. I was able to go to the LA Auto Show before Thanksgiving, and actually sat in one, and spoke to the specialists at the show. After that experience, I decided that this was not the car for me, and have tried to cancel this reservation with Hugh Diamond for a week. He has not returned my calls or emails, and the other salespeople I have spoken with said I have to speak directly with him. So, I am giving this dealership a poor rating for sales customer service. If they treat you this bad before the sale, how do you think they will treat you after they have your cash?? read more

As someone who is disabled and in a wheelchair, it is very hard for me to get around. One of the employees sent me on a wild goose chaise and it was super frustrating. We ordered out Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland January 24th, and took delivery on April 8th. We worked with Max Donovan, and let me say he is awesome!!! I walked in with a corporate discount code(long story) and he did not give me any discouraging words. I say this as I had visited 3 other CDJR dealerships and the moment I mentioned the discount code they all changed their story and got negative or non-helpful. Max was stellar! we talked through all the available options, and we narrowed down what we wanted and placed the order. His communication throughout was wonderful nd his specific product knowledge was amazing. (I have ordered cars in the past and known more than the sales people) Shortly after placing our order I checked the online tracker for to see if there was any status change and noted a new option group that I really wanted. I stopped by the dealership to see if we could edit the order and he had me working with Lionel and Nick (sales managers - both awesome!) and unfortunately that option group was unable to be ordered. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful to work with. They showed me their screens even to prove that it was a corporate concern. NO hidden stories, no run around. Even offered if they could not edit the order that they would just order me another unit and put the special order to stock- without any hassle! Every time I stopped by to check up on things when I was in the area - Max would chat like we were old friends! Never in my life have I had a car buying experience like this! Not to be a 'sale' not to be a 'customer', but to feel like an actual person and be treated with so much respect. From my initial walking in the door, my various visits to check up on things, even the wonder finance agent Dennis - everyone made us feel like old friends. Really disappointed in this dealership, took my 2015 Grand Cherokee to get service for an oil leak. They had my car over two weeks and when I finally received it a couple days later of me driving my coolant hose was damaged and spill all the coolant. Took it back told me it happened due to the hose running against the Polly belt keep in mind they did a multipoint inspection on the day of my oil leak service but told me everything was okay interesting... then Malcom has the audacity to tell me during multipoint inspections hoses aren't checked but they have a big sign saying that's what a multipoint inspection includes.... And hoses and belts were one of them. I ended up taking it to another mechanic to fix my hose come to find out I WAS STILL LEAKING OIL!! Took it back to jeep and what was I told? The leak was coming from somewhere else.... Why wasn't this area checked I asked? They told me "there was oil splatter everywhere it was hard to determine where it was coming from".... This just proved to me they don't double check their work and don't care whether your car is properly fixed or not. I asked to then pick up my car, picked up my car drove it not even 3 minutes to find out they didn't even bolt my oil tray and it was dragging on the floor. I called them back and you know what the manager told me? "My technician had to leave due to the fire and we thought the car was ready". Again didn't double check.. this dealership doesn't care nor prioritize their customers. I will filing a complaint to BAR due to auto repair negligence. Don't bring your car here read more

This is for the service center. This place is SUPER sketchy, I highly recommend going elsewhere for out of warranty repairs. Went in to get 3 motor mounts fixed. They quoted me over $2200. Went to a well reviewed repair shop up the street, $1200. They found a leak in AC hoses, quoted me $825. Place up the street, $200. They also claimed my heater core needed to be replaced, quoted $900. Place up the street found no issues with it. Here is the weird part. My Jeep came with a matching 5th wheel. I had my tires replaced last year by this place. About a year later I opened my spare tire hatch and realized the matching rim was GONE and they had swapped it with a steel rim! Guy on the phone (Don) was a total jerk, put his foot in his mouth multiple times claiming this model only comes with a donut, literally has no clue what he's talking about. Such a bad experience with these guys, I will never do business with them again and recommend the same for you. read more

I was interested in a 2020 RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 (was looking to spend upwards of $50k), so I called my closest Chrysler/RAM dealer which happened to be Tuttle-Click. I explained to the sales man what I was interested in...and to my surprise he said "if you look at the website you'll find our inventory. Give me a call back when you find a truck on the website". No attempt to help me find the truck, clearly didn't want to talk on the phone, just wanted to guide me to the website. What a joke. They clearly did not want to make a sale that day...every other dealer I called offered to look up the vehicle I wanted, find them at other dealers if they didn't have it, or take my info down and give me a call back. I purchased my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Limited X, 4x4 V8 from Haluk at Tuttle Click Jeep in Irvine. I can't tell you how patient Haluk was with me. Due to Covid-19 and a bit of a reduction in pay at my current job due to the pandemic, I made the decision to turn my BMW in (as the lease ended) and purchase this Jeep instead. It was a hard decision for me... do I buy out the BMW or do I buy a new Jeep. Haluk was so patience with me, he let me drive the Jeep 3 times, over 3 separate weekends, never putting any pressure on me at all. In the end, after the last drive, I made my decision and purchased the Jeep for a very fair price. I was able to take advantage of the 0%/72 month financing which was awesome as well. Both the General Manager, Ahmad and the finance manager were also wonderful to deal with. I am so happy with my decision and am pleased to now be part of the JEEP LIFE! read more

Tuttle click has the worst service period. I have taken my Chrysler Pacifica twice to this location and the first time it was there for 3 weeks and not fixed. Second time I took was on December 4th I saw on my Chrysler app and my car has not been touched once in the past 3 weeks I had to email the service manager Jose Rosel last week to get update. He asked me to call him l. I called to find out because his dealership system is down for two weeks I may have to start paying for a rental out of pocket because my warranty only covers for so long. I wouldn't have known any of this had I not called to get an update of my car. As much I as I like my car I would never buy a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid ever again or a chrysler ever again. Mine you it's only - 2021 with about 14k miles. Now I have to go pick up my car to take it to another dealership since that is the only option Jose Rosel is giving me. read more

Rich and Myra are two of the worst managers I have ever dealt with. No customer service! Completely rude! And cheat the system. Rich purposely removed my email from my account so that I would not receive the customer service survey knowing that I would not give them a good review. From the very beginning would just lie to me as to when my vehicle would even be looked at. They had my car for over 8 days before they decided to finally diagnose it. Did not even offer a loner vehicle. Complete disregard for what the customer is going through. Rich himself directly told me that unless I was the owner of the dealership he didn't care what I wanted and deleted my email because HE did not want me to get any future emails from them, not because I myself opted out. Just baffles me that they get away with this kind of service. Your response speaks volumes! And lies! I did not opt out of emails, That was done without my consent. I was told prior to dropping off my vehicle that I would get a call first thing the next day.... Leaving out the fact that you apparently take 8 days to diagnose a vehicle. My advice is to not start the customer's experience with lies all you do is set it up to fail.
