    1-Star Review for Tuttle Click Jeep: I am extremely disappointed with both Chrysler and Tuttle Click Jeep regarding my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit (51,000 miles) and the ongoing issues I've faced. Repeated AC Evaporator Failures & New Rattle Issue: At 22,789 miles and again at 50,923 miles, my AC evaporator had to be replaced. This repair requires the entire instrument panel to be removed, meaning the technician has to maneuver throughout the front cab in different positions. When I got my Jeep back after the most recent AC repair, it developed an annoying, continuous rattle from the front passenger side panel. Every bump in the road made it worse--it was nerve-racking to drive. I brought it back to Tuttle Click Jeep, and they heard the rattle on a test drive. After keeping my vehicle for 2.5 hours, they told me a plastic panel was broken and needed to be replaced--$240 just for the part. Poor Customer Service & Lack of Accountability: I told them this issue only started after they worked on my AC, yet they refused to take any responsibility. No apology, no offer to fix it--just a bill-and a pat on the A$$. I then wrote a certified letter to Chrysler Warranty, detailing the many problems I've had with this Jeep. Their only response? An email asking me to complete a survey. That's it. No actual resolution, no concern for customer satisfaction. Tuttle Click also saw my original 3-star review but instead of reaching out, they just replied to the review--no phone call, no attempt to actually fix the problem. Overpriced Repairs & Finding My Own Solution: After a few weeks of frustration, I went online to MOPAR and found the exact same part they quoted me for $240... for just $50. I replaced it myself and saw where it was broken--this was clearly caused by excessive pressure, like stepping on it or using it as a step stool. Since only service mechanics have been in that seat recently, it's obvious where the damage came from. Yet, Tuttle Click refuses to take any accountability. Final Thoughts: This is my third Jeep--but it may be my last. Chrysler has ignored my concerns, and Tuttle Click Jeep has demonstrated that customer service is not their priority. If you're considering buying or servicing your Jeep here, think twice.

    Needs better customer service and mechanics that know what they are doing. It seems every time I gone in I had a problem. My Ram finally failed after the warranty expired with 46,954 miles. You change the spark plugs in my truck because it was diagnosed with a misfire and changed me $775.00. It needs a complete engine take down to find out what is wrong. I call the service manager to see if I could get a refund for $775 and she pretty much told me to F off. There is a class action lawsuit against Penstar witch no one that works there seems to know about. They always try to B.S you every time you come back with a problem. Never buying another Ram Jeep or Dodge.

    I would leave 0 stars if I could. I dropped my car off because the TPMS module wasn't communicating with the sensors. They charge me $800 and tell me it's "short circuiting". And that they "changed" the module and it fried out. Tried to blame it on my aftermarket auxiliary lights. The tech DIDNT EVEN INSPECT MY CAR. Then wanted to charge me 6 hours of more diagnosis fees @ 225 an hour. What?????? Long story short I got under my car today and saw the wire to the module was just CUT and needed to be fixed. Buncha liars here man there's no way the tech could have missed that it was clear as soon as I dropped my spare. Avoid this place at all costs for service.

The dealership option had more miles than I'd like so I went to CarMax first. My CarMax option was at the car lot in Duarte, but they shipped it to my nearby Irvine location at no fee so that I could look it over and test drive it. I met Byron at an appointed time, test drove it, asked a bunch of questions, and inspected it thoroughly. I liked it even better in person than what I saw online and made the purchase. Byron made the buying experience quick, easy, pressure-free, and made me feel comfortable - he's great at his job! I love my car.

We had an appointment to browse, and were assigned to Mahanth Kommireddy. When he came up to us, he shook my hand, introduced himself to me, AND THEN COMPLETELY IGNORED MY WIFE. We almost walked out right there, but wanted to test drive a car so we bit our tongues. Even once we went to his desk, he still did not acknowledge her at all. If this is how he treats wives of potential customers, I'm sure this isn't the first and won't be the last time he cost you business. I ended up doing the whole sit through the dealer nightmare that you guys are supposed to be a better alternative to because I refuse to reward such awful behavior.

I had been searching for a Premium package Volt for some time. Plug Auto had the car I was looking for, And, fair priced to boot! Plug brought the car to my home for inspection and a test drive. All done at my convenience. It couldn't have been easier! The car was better than the ad said! We agreed on a price and a few days later I was in Plugs office doing paper work and signing documents. 30 minutes later I was out the door and on my way! No pressure from a salesman. No sales manager needing to approve anything. No hassle, and, a great experience! If they have a car you want, go see them, now. Or it will probably be sold. Overhead: when trying to purchase a quality used car, the norm is: a big lot, several salespeople, a back office and associated marketing and support costs. Plug Auto Group is small, low overhead, well-run company that doesn't have any 'fat'. Expertise: Jason knows the vehicle and finance trades and is able to explain the potential routes to purchase an electric/hybrid. He also owns Volts and knows the features inside out. Professionalism: from assessing my needs, establishing my timeline, informing me of possible vehicles and keeping in contact with me along the process, I felt as though I was working with a peer. At car dealerships, even specialized electric/hybrid lots, I felt like I was either being pandered to or was an unwilling participant in a sales game. Jason provided the same type of documents I found at large dealerships - he uses Simpson Chevrolet to check the vehicle, Carfax, and even provided condition reports from auction houses. And I should mention that when we went to pick up our vehicle, and sign documents, the whole process was prepared and streamlined. It took us 33 minutes to go over the documents and electronically sign. Amazing. Then we spent another 20 minutes going over the vehicle, talking about tips and maintenance. I don't write reviews often because I am not easily impressed. I was impressed by Plug Auto Group and feel I received the vehicle that I was looking for at a price point better than a dealership, with exemplary customer service.
