His team promised a Dec 31st delivery date, confirmed on my Tesla app, I bought my plane tickets to pick up the car, and Jeremy called me this morning and said that unless I am there by Christmas (december 25th) I will lose the car and my deposit. I spoke with a salesman at Tyson's and wanted the tax incentive for buying a Model Y EOY in 2022. He said, yes you get an incentive. That's not true. My CPA said, the salesman should have dated your Purchase Agreement 1/2/2023 but they made an error. I called Tesla in Tyson's VA to get my correction-- however, no one has responded. read more

Thus far I have always found Tesla and the Tesla service center to be very helpful. They get our car in and out fast when it needs to go in, which is rare. Also, I blew out a tire so my M3 had to be towed late at night. The next day I was able to pick it up with a brand new tire, which was around $320. I was actually glad the tire was only $320, because one other place Tire Discounters had to order one for me a while back and ripped me off, charging me $700 for one tire. I didn't review Tire Discounters back then, because I wasn't very active on Yelp, but I will definitely be going to Tesla service center for any fixes/tires. read more

I purchased a Tesla Model 3 Performance with all the options. Since I live in Knoxville, this Tesla location was the closest one for pickup. Unfortunately, the experience was not very good. When I arrived, the salesperson wanted to rush me through the paperwork before I had even seen the car. I'd imagine a dealer selling a used Honda would've put more effort into the delivery. When I inspected the car, the interior was dirty and there was a small nick in the door. Also, the spoiler and "Dual Motor" badge were not included on the car (even though I paid for that option). The salesperson was rude about the situation, said the missing items would be installed "post delivery," and made a snide remark about how Tesla's mission was a little different than other luxury car manufacturers. These types of condescending remarks annoyed me. Obviously, as someone buying the car, I understand Tesla pretty well and agree with their goals. The workers also barely spent any time showing me how to use the car. For the Model 3 (which is so different from a normal car), this was a little frustrating to me. Fortunately, as I'm not that old (yet), I figured it out quickly. But, I'd hate to think how someone less facile with technology would do with orienting themselves. OVERALL: Tesla seems to be a great company and the cars are all really cool! But, this location really needs to step up their service. Treat customers better. read more

We purchased a 75K car and because of COVID I assume things are not normal in how they inspect the car with the customer during delivery but this is unacceptable! After getting the car home we "didn't" notice a small 2 inch scratch on the front windshield after a few days of driving and a total of 110 mile we noticed what we thought was dirt. When we rubbed a finger nail across it we realized that it wasn't dirt but a scratch in the glass. We contacted Tesla and they responded back "Hi, this is Tesla Nashville Service. Unfortunately the window to report delivery issues is 1 week or 100 miles, looks like you have exceeded this time frame. Basically F U! Don't buy from this Tesla dealer because they won't treat you like a valued customer. Buy a Porsche or a Mercedes if you want true customer service and value. read more

It's really hard for anyone to find fault with the quality of the service provided by Tesla. Both the corporation and this location really go the extra mile - they've done a number of repairs on my Tesla at no charge to me. Additionally, whenever I bring my car in for service they've got a whole crew of qualified people ready to jump on the job and get things done. That said, the service department here really drops the ball in the follow-through department. Time after time, I've asked a question or made a request and someone has assured me that they'll get right back to me. However, each and every time I've never received a call back! Heck, even the technician I talked to on the phone most recently confessed that he didn't think their call center was up to snuff - this is obviously a problem that local management needs to address. I trust that a manager will read this review and take the appropriate action. read more

This Service department has no interest in providing even reasonable service. I stopped in twice in person to address the peeling paint job of my 4 month old Model 3. I was told, "I will send an email to engineering." by JJ. Four weeks later, still no response so I stopped in again. Another promise from JJ with not one phone call or email to me to provide a status update. 10 weeks of waiting with zero communication from JJ. Pathetic! After finally getting a manager to approve the repair with more phone calls complaining about this service department, I dropped off the car to be fixed, and 8 days later, not a thing has happened to the repair because the repair shop says the this dealership still has not approved the work to be done. TOTAL incompetence! I love my Tesla, but will never do business with this dealership again. Buyer beware! They will sell you a car, and then treat you like dirt once the sale is complete. Read the other reviews. You can't use their bathroom if you are charging. The service team has ZERO interest in customer satisfaction. Even with low expectations, you WILL be disapointed. read more

Change seems to be one of the hardest things for people these days. I get it. I really like that you guys have decided to make a few big changes that would impact myself and all clients in a positive way. Having the team adjust and address the service demands is an amazing idea. With that being said, Megan is amazing. She definitely made the check in easy going for such a early morning. Then to meet my tech Biron which also made everything great and easy was perfect. I know that JJ and his coworker (can't remember her name but nice as well) feel valued working for a company that's willing focus not only on the clients but also the entire Tesla team. Nice service center. I have come here twice now and each experience has been good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I do see a consistency in Tesla dealerships and that is the bathrooms. Not very clean. Seems Tesla loves to hire younger folks and it seems those younger folks have not learned how to clean bathrooms. I walked into the one first thing in the morning and it is obvious 0 attention has been given to the bathroom. When you buy a 100k car you would expect 100k worth of service and cleanliness. Just little details like dirty walls, worn out fixtures etc. Their car detail is great but service stations need to step it up. Loss of 2 stars as a result. read more

I bought my Model3 just less than 60 days ago. When it was "delivered", after signing a lot of paperwork that I was not given a copy of, I was given a key and told to go find my car. the lights would be blinking. There were 12 white cars with their lights blinking. The person who "delivered" the car told us to get in the car and watch the tutorial. Once we figured out which car was mine there was no tutorial and when we went back in we couldn't find the young man. I have a friend who picked up her Tesla in Knoxville and her "deliverer" spent time helping her set up and teach her about the car. It wasn't just dumped on her like I felt. I also had a personized license plate on my trade in that the "deliverer" said could not be transfered to the Tesla. I would have to wait until I received my plates and then go to my county and transfer to my personalized plate. I just received my plates yesterday and took them to my county to transfer them and had to pay a whole year of fees in addition to the fees paid during purchase and have to file an application with the state to receive any refund. I also have request copies of the paperwork twice and have not received them yet. DO NOT BUT YOUR CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP[!!!!! read more

I travelled to this location to pick up my Model 3 yesterday. Despite the rain and chilly weather, Kyle provided excellent customer service. He explained the technical aspects of the vehicle In a clear and concise manner, and even utilized common analogies to further my understanding of the vehicle. Kyle's ability to explain the seemingly complexities associated with the Model 3 with ease should be the standard for all Tesla showrooms. The process was relatively quick as well. Within 20 minutes of my arrival, signatures, and familiarization I was on the road. This was solely a product of the comfort level I had when receiving the instructions and operations of the vehicle. Got to test drive a Model S. It was a great experience! Not a typical car buying experience. There was no pressure to purchase on the spot. Tyler, my rep, was very knowledgeable and personable. I've never enjoyed driving a car as much as I did the S. I've also never actually enjoyed a retail experience, but I did at Tesla! Edit 8 months later: I'm now a proud owner of a Model S 100D. Customer service has been amazing through the order, delivery, and service interactions I've had. Will never buy a car that isn't Tesla. Can't wait for Model 3! read more

Underwhelmed by the whole experience. It does not surprise me there was a possibility of these sites closing. I had an appointment but the salesperson was too busy on the phone. The person who came to talk to us and let us know that we could just look around was one of the mechanics. It may have been that i had my 3 children (2 were of driving age and are also looking for a new car) and drove up in my Sienna minivan. Little did that salesperson know, I could buy three of any of those a cars and was ready to. I just needed to decide between an X or the Y version and wanted to sit in both to decide. We drove 6 hours to visit the showroom. Devon took great care of us and was very friendly. We test drove a Model 3 and then she instructed us on how to order online. We went home and ordered the charger and once it shipped, we ordered the car. We had lots of questions along the way, and she was very kind to quickly respond and point us in the right direction via email and phone calls. I don't get many nice things in life, but I was able to miraculously score a 24-hour test drive with a model X. Probably one of the best experiences I can say I've had, and I'm not just talking about the car. John Blanks was phenomenal at making us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Half of the experience was John's amazing skill at keeping cool, while I was doing my test-drive in the X (I might have screamed a little when the auto-pilot kicked in) but I'm sure he's used to it. He provided just the right amount of information about the vehicle, so I was informed, but not overwhelmed. They helped me out when I needed an alignment yet had no spots. I was informed of no space on their schedule, so I called over 20 service centers in Nashville for Mercedes, Porsche, BMW, Cadillac, and many other smaller local high end shops. Nobody was 'man' enough to consider performing an alignment on my vehicle. Finally I gave Tesla a last attempt call to try, they helped me out when I was away from home and got me a slot on their schedule today. Kasey in service is the guy to talk to. I wouldn't expect this kind of customer care from any other manufacturer. Actually, apparently you CAN'T expect this kind of treatment by any other brand or shop. We were on a road trip with our s85 when I noticed a worsening vibration from the right front wheel on braking. I called ahead to the Nashville-Tesla Service center to have it looked at. I got there at opening time and they looked at the car almost immediately. They found a broken control arm that was going to require some serious work. The Service crew couldn't have taken better care of us. They arranged a loaner car thru Hertz so we could continue our trip while they tracked down the parts and fixed the car - a process that took a week. The service techs did a thorough job and the bill was about half what I expected. The facility is about as comfortable as a car repair/sales facility gets and the added benefit is that you can stroll around and probably see more Tesla's in one place than anywhere else. In the future, I will arrange for the annual service visits to coincide with our road trips so I can have the car serviced by these fine folks. read more

Great store with demonstrations and hands on activities with their amazing cars! You can use the big display to create your Tesla design. You can choose the leather, paint color, and so much more. The employees devote their time to helping you choose your car without feeling pressured or hurried. Tesla car shops are much better than regular car dealerships because it is always like an informational car show. The vehicles are unique and have funny creative settings. This shop was great and I also feel that the company as a whole is revolutionary. read more
