New to Florida Mall this store is very clean and simplistic feel to it. Same minimalist look as that of the Apple stores which is right across the isle. Just stop by to see it and take photos since there was only one so far. No pushy sales reps following you around.

Went for a test ride and I have to say they have a nice car. The dealership is expanding so it's a little crowded there

Buying a car from Tesla is an absolute nightmare. The app is terrible and it is impossible to get through to them by phone.

Amazing. Very friendly staff, even in the worst situations. Even better placing in the Florida mall.

I was interested in a Golf R they recently took in on trade. First red flag right out of the gate: why is a car listed for sale that hasn't even been cleaned or prepped? If "as-is dust" is the new sales strategy, that should probably be disclosed. Alex sends me a quick video once I ask for one, which was fine. I then call back to discuss trading in my Audi RSQ8. I wasn't asking for a locked-in number -- just a ballpark estimate, which is completely standard. Instead, I'm told I have to bring the car in and that they won't even discuss a rough value without physically seeing it. And before anyone jumps in with "that's normal," it really isn't. 99.9% of dealerships (and no, that's not an exaggeration) will ask for photos and a VIN and give you a rough range. The reason? Apparently the used car manager "got burned once" on a 500-mile car. Cool story. For context, I could buy four brand-new Golf Rs for what an RSQ8 costs, but sure -- that one time scarred him for life. Anyway, between the unprepped car, the refusal to do even a basic estimate, and the overall vibe, I'm out. Wouldn't deal with them again.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

What a piece of crap dealer this is…read more I brought my Jeep in to this dealership and worked with Gabriel - who is awful. My lease was ending and I wanted to buy it. I had to come in and re-do my paperwork because of his mistake. I have been confused as to how my loan is MORE than what the value of my car was originally. First of all, he said that the dealership doesn't go by my true credit score so my interest rate would be higher. I don't understand why you would lower my credit score to make me pay more. Second, he was so proud of the fact that a warranty was "INCLUDED" but now I am revisiting my paperwork and found that he worked in over $4,000 into my new loan for the warranty. I am so upset at the dishonesty of everyone at this place. I have been trying to reach out over the past several months via all avenues and no one wants to talk to me. I have told everyone to avoid this place - i hope your dealership goes out of business. I would like to explore options of trading in my Jeep to get a different one but what you have done to me has me so far upside down in it I will never get out of it. Gabriel is a lying piece of crap and should be fired. He really took me for a fool. He kept saying he made no money on my deal and was doing me a huge favor but i think he added things so he could get some sort of compensation for "selling" a warranty. I cannot believe that I am so screwed by you. Also - my credit report has BOTH loans on it still. It's as if i have $88K in car debt - you are RUINING my credit in the process. There is a link on the website to "talk to the GM" which i did and got no response. I looked up his name that is on their website and searched him on LinkedIn and he hasn't worked at this dealer since 2020. He probably couldn't back the dishonesty here.

I specifically searched for a used Tesla Model Y under 50,000 miles that included the prepaid Full…read moreSelf Driving (FSD) package (an $8,000 software license), since Tesla is eliminating the prepaid option after February 14. Before driving two hours to Central Florida CDJR on 8575 commodity dr in Orlando, I called and spoke with a salesperson who confirmed that this vehicle included Full Self Driving. I also asked whether there were any additional dealer-installed packages beyond tax, tag, and title. I was told there were not. The advertisement clearly highlights features such as Navigation and AWD -- permanent, VIN-tied equipment. These were presented alongside permanent vehicle features such as heated seats, panoramic roof, etc. In the same feature list, it also "Full Self-Driving (Supervised)." There is no disclosure anywhere in the listing that the Full Self Driving feature was a temporary subscription expiring in one month rather than the prepaid $8,000 software package. A temporary subscription is materially different from a prepaid software license that remains with the vehicle. When a feature is presented in the equipment list alongside permanent factory features, a reasonable buyer would interpret it as included with the vehicle -- not as a short-term subscription requiring an additional $8,000 purchase to retain. At the dealership, a second salesperson again confirmed the vehicle included Full Self Driving. During the test drive, I was instructed to activate Full Self Driving, and the vehicle operated in that mode. At no point -- in phone conversations, in person, during the test drive, or in the advertisement -- was the feature described as a one-month subscription. During final pricing, the vehicle price increased significantly due to reconditioning costs, dealer fees, paint protection, and other add-ons that had not been discussed in advance. After extended negotiation, we completed the purchase. Later that evening, after updating the Tesla software and rebooting the vehicle at home, the screen reflected that Full Self Driving was not a prepaid package installed on the vehicle, but instead a subscription expiring in one month. I then spent approximately five hours with Tesla Support. Tesla confirmed the vehicle had been purchased at auction and that the Full Self Driving feature was tied to a subscription -- not a prepaid $8,000 software package. Prior to purchase, I had contacted Tesla with the VIN, but they would not disclose software package or service details because I was not yet the legal owner. That meant I relied entirely on the dealership's advertising and repeated verbal confirmations. When I escalated the matter to the General Manager, the response was not focused on resolving the discrepancy. Instead of addressing the fact that the vehicle had been represented as including a prepaid Full Self Driving package, I was told I had "wasted their time" and was challenged to pursue legal action if I disagreed. No effort was made to review the advertisement language, the prior conversations, or to offer a corrective solution. In my experience, dispute resolution reflects leadership. The response I received at the General Manager level demonstrated that this was not being treated as an isolated misunderstanding, but as a position the dealership was prepared to stand behind. When leadership responds this way to a documented discrepancy, it speaks to how customer concerns are handled at this dealership. I provided Suncoast Credit Union in Tampa with the advertisement, text messages, and documentation. After reviewing the file, their loan department froze the funding and personally contacted the dealership. Suncoast even attempted to arrange pickup of the vehicle from my residence to prevent further inconvenience, but the dealership required that I return it to Orlando. This transaction involved multiple confirmations that Full Self Driving was included, significant pricing adjustments during negotiation, and ultimately lender intervention over an $8,000 software discrepancy. The documentation, advertisement screenshots, text messages, and Tesla confirmation are preserved. Suncoast Credit Union reviewed this information independently and froze funding before releasing payment. The manner in which this documented discrepancy was handled -- particularly at the management level -- ultimately defined the experience.
