My Chrysler Voyager radio system would not turn off after shutting off the engine. There was a glitch causing the radio to think my phone was still connected to Uconnect, but it wasn't. If the radio played all night, I was in fear that it would drain my battery. I quickly drove to the dealership hoping someone would be available to assist me. By the time I arrived they were closing. I tapped on the observation window to get the mechanics attention but no one paid me any attention. I was ignored. One guy even looked at me and shook his head no. After giving up hope, I walked back to my vehicle and proceeded to leave pondering how to resolve this issue. I then saw a gentleman walking across the parking lot. His name was Hensen. I asked if he worked here and he replied yes. I told him the issue I was having and he told me the service area was closed for the day. However, he was still willing to assist and asked me to pull up to the service area. Shortly, he came back out and told me someone would be out to help me. A few minutes later a mechanic named Brandon S. came out and immediately fixed the issue in less than 5 mins. I am beyond grateful for the assistance I received from Hensen and Brandon S. Their kindness and eagerness to assist reflects top tier customer service. These two didn't have to help me, but they chose to. Although I highly recommend this dealership from a sales perspective--I've purchased several vehicles from them--the service department has been absolutely horrible. I initially thought my first two experiences were poor because the services were complimentary. So, on my third visit, I was paying for the service and expected a different--and hopefully better--experience. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, and pulled into the service bay. There were several employees standing around or sitting at their desks, many seemingly buried in their phones and making very little effort to acknowledge customers. I waited patiently in my Jeep, assuming they might simply be busy. The appointment was for 8:00 AM, so I eventually went inside. I approached the middle service office, where two employees were sitting at their desks. I explained that I had an 8:00 appointment to drop off my Jeep for service. The response I received was essentially, "Who are you dropping off for?" After explaining that I was there for my scheduled service appointment, the employee proceeded to explain that there were multiple dealerships and actually asked if I was sure I was at the right dealership. ‍ Yes, sir. I am- this is Central Florida Jeep-?. He eventually asked for my name, looked up the appointment, and realized it was assigned to the service advisor the neighboring office, pointed in that direction and stated the appointment is with that guy, the guy with the glasses on his head... I went to that advisor's office. He was on his phone, so I waited a couple of minutes, assuming it was work-related. I said "good morning", he acknowledged me, looked up my appointment, and asked, "Do you need a ride?" I said yes and explained that I would arrange an Uber. That was it. No "good morning." No "thank you." No explanation of the service. No expectations for when I would hear from them. No basic customer service whatsoever. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by showing up for an appointment. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and have had a completely different experience with the sales team, which is why this is so disappointing. I want to support this dealership, but the service department needs a serious look at its customer experience and accountability. Great sales experience. Extremely disappointing service experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should not have to beg to be acknowledged when they arrive for a scheduled appointment. What a piece of crap dealer this is. I brought my Jeep in to this dealership and worked with Gabriel - who is awful. My lease was ending and I wanted to buy it. I had to come in and re-do my paperwork because of his mistake. I have been confused as to how my loan is MORE than what the value of my car was originally. First of all, he said that the dealership doesn't go by my true credit score so my interest rate would be higher. I don't understand why you would lower my credit score to make me pay more. Second, he was so proud of the fact that a warranty was "INCLUDED" but now I am revisiting my paperwork and found that he worked in over $4,000 into my new loan for the warranty. I am so upset at the dishonesty of everyone at this place. I have been trying to reach out over the past several months via all avenues and no one wants to talk to me. I have told everyone to avoid this place - i hope your dealership goes out of business. I would like to explore options of trading in my Jeep to get a different one but what you have done to me has me so far upside down in it I will never get out of it. Gabriel is a lying piece of crap and should be fired. He really took me for a fool. He kept saying he made no money on my deal and was doing me a huge favor but i think he added things so he could get some sort of compensation for "selling" a warranty. Very disappointing experience. They tell you the work will be done in a few hours, but then it takes 3 days. After that, they keep telling you, "It will be ready tomorrow," and then tomorrow comes and the work still isn't finished. The biggest problem is the lack of communication and failure to keep their promises. If they can't complete the work within the time they give you, they should be honest from the beginning and provide a realistic timeframe. I wasted several days waiting for my vehicle. Before driving two hours to Central Florida CDJR on 8575 commodity dr in Orlando, I called and spoke with a salesperson who confirmed that this vehicle included Full Self Driving. I also asked whether there were any additional dealer-installed packages beyond tax, tag, and title. I was told there were not. The advertisement clearly highlights features such as Navigation and AWD -- permanent, VIN-tied equipment. These were presented alongside permanent vehicle features such as heated seats, panoramic roof, etc. In the same feature list, it also "Full Self-Driving (Supervised)." There is no disclosure anywhere in the listing that the Full Self Driving feature was a temporary subscription expiring in one month rather than the prepaid $8,000 software package. A temporary subscription is materially different from a prepaid software license that remains with the vehicle. When a feature is presented in the equipment list alongside permanent factory features, a reasonable buyer would interpret it as included with the vehicle -- not as a short-term subscription requiring an additional $8,000 purchase to retain. In 2023, I purchased a 2020 Nissan Armada with an added on exclusionary warranty from Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I made all payments on the warranty. On June 5 my truck became undrivable. I contacted the dealership and they put me in touch with a tow company covered by the warranty. My truck was not inspected until June 9 (after I stopped in to the shop and discussed the timeline with my advisor's manager). On June 9, I was informed that the REAR DIFFERENTIAL was bad in the truck and that it is a covered repair under the exclusionary warranty. From my research, the problem I was experiencing sounded exactly like what happens when a rear differential goes bad. On June 10, the service department submitted a claim to the warranty company for a TRANSFER CASE, FRONT DIFFERENTIAL, RACK AND PINION AND REAR STRUTS. (Not the rear differential at all!) The grand total of repairs was quoted at $14,502.34. Due to the scope of the claim submitted, an inspector from the warranty company needed to verify the work was needed. After my truck was at the dealership for 11 days, and all contact was lost (no returned calls, etc.) I contacted the corporate office and received a call from the dealership offering me the use of a rental vehicle at no charge. On June 23, I found out through advisor Andrew that the warranty company was refusing to pay for the work on the truck because they had conveyed to him that "the advisor failed to prove that the work that a quote was submitted for was needed". (Of course not, the truck needs a rear differential, not the random $14k worth of work that was proposed! ). Knowing nothing of cars, I did not catch the discrepancy between the needed work and the quoted needed work that they asked the warranty company to pay for. After more running around, My husband went to the dealership to retrieve a copy of the warranty that they sold me (the warranty company now had no record of such warranty much less a refusal when I called the number provided by Andrew), the paperwork showing the work needed and a copy of a refusal from the warranty company since all correspondence to them was done by Andrew in the service department. (My husband inadvertently mentioned that we were collecting paperwork at the request of our lawyer, which the service manager (Craig) replied to with a promise that he would take over the dealing with the warranty company.) I heard nothing more until yesterday (July 9) when I again heard from Andrew (my original advisor) that I need to return the rental vehicle that they have provided to me and that I am responsible for payment for use of said vehicle for the past 4 weeks. I told him that my husband had talked to Craig (service manager) who was now on it. Andrew replied that Craig is away for 2 weeks and said that Craig had no luck with the warranty company, so the car was due back along with payment for it's use. I began looking at all correspondence between myself and Andrew in order to verify that use of the vehicle was offered at no cost to me (I did find that text). MORE IMPORTANTLY, what I found that I somehow had missed previously was that at no time was there a proposal made to the warranty company to fix the actual problem with my truck (the rear differential). Not sure if the core problem is greed or incompetence. I just really need a vehicle that I can drive one month after this saga began. read more

I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership based on my experience. From the moment I purchased my Mercedes GLA 250 in November, I have dealt with ongoing issues, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. At the time of sale, I was provided with only one key. When I asked about the second key, Miguel assured me that the dealership would either contact the previous owner to retrieve it or work out a solution. I even requested this commitment in writing, but was told it was unnecessary because he would personally handle the matter. That promise was never fulfilled. For months, I repeatedly contacted the dealership regarding the missing key. My calls, messages, and follow-ups were largely ignored, and I received no meaningful updates despite being assured the issue would be addressed. Recently, due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer have access to the original key. Once again, I reached out to the dealership multiple times seeking assistance and received little to no response. Frustrated by the lack of communication, I located and contacted the previous owner myself. He informed me that both keys had been provided to the dealership at the time the vehicle was turned over. Despite this, the dealership now claims they do not have the second key and refuses to accept any responsibility for the situation. As a direct result, I am now forced to pay approximately $2,300 for a replacement key, towing expenses, and a rental vehicle. The most disappointing part of this experience has not been the missing key itself it has been the dealership's unwillingness to stand behind its commitments. Had they been honest from the beginning or followed through on what was promised, this situation could have been addressed months ago. Instead, I was repeatedly ignored until the issue became far more costly and inconvenient. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Dodge dealerships over the years and have never encountered this level of poor customer service or disregard for a customer's concerns. Once the sale was completed, it became clear that resolving this issue was not a priority for them. Based on my experience, I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and cannot recommend them to others. We've been toying around with the idea of a 2 door jeep wrangler after enjoying driving one on St. Thomas and out in Arizona and Utah. We stopped in after church today. It was dead. The receptionist was very sweet and said we could enjoy some coffee or water while we waited while she got a salesperson for us. I thoroughly enjoyed my vanilla cafe latte. We perused the Pacifica that was out on the floor. At first the saleswoman told us sorry we don't have any manual ones for sale. Then her colleague said they had one. She then went to her desk and double checked which we definitely appreciated. She did mention that some people order them, but did not offer to order one for us or explain the process. It was really a strange interaction. On one hand they were not pushy and not trying to sell us something we didn't want but they also did not seem interested in a sale. Absolutely disgusted with Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The 2022 RAM 1500 Classic was listed for $23,499 everywhere. They charged my husband $30,227 for the truck plus $13,443 in useless add-ons. My husband specifically told the Finance Manager, Hernson Montas, that he has very limited education and could not read or understand the paperwork. They still rushed him through and added everything without any real explanation. We returned the very next day demanding they honor the advertised price and cancel the extras. We followed up with a certified letter and multiple emails. They have ignored every single attempt to fix this. This dealership knowingly took advantage of my husband. Don't buy from this dealership. It's a real nightmare! Go somewhere else. Honest advise! So back in December I posted the following review trying to help the sales person that sold me the car, I was happy with their buying process so far: "Excellent service! They make it fast, transparent and easy to buy a car." However, the nightmare came after. The dealership as of today has not paid off my trade in. It has been almost 3 month since I traded in my car. I keep making payments on my old trade in plus my new car payments as the dealership has not paid the trade in as supposed. I am stuck now with two car payments. I have tried to speak to someone at the dealership to get a solution but I only get the sales person that originally helped me telling me that "the check was sent" and even lying at one point saying that the leasing company of the trade in cashed the check when they did not. Lies and a careless attitude is all I get. On top of this my new car, the one that I just bought from this same dealership almost 3 months ago just broke down and is in their shop waiting to get diagnose and to see what is wrong with the car. Word of caution to anyone doing business here. I bought a brand new Dodge Challenger sight unseen in summer 2024. The invoice included a "tint" fee, and I picked the car up at night, so I assumed it had at least a light tint. The next day I saw there was no noticeable tint at all (factory glass at best). I brought this up with the sales team and was told we could address it the next time I came in for service. Fast forward, the car still has under 4,000 miles and I live over an hour from Orlando, so I do not get there often. I reached back out to finally get the tint done and requested it darker than their standard, since I have a legal tint exemption. I was told they only install 35% and that is the only film they carry. I asked a simple compromise: if I purchase the film myself, can the dealership install it? I was told they needed to speak to the GM. I followed up multiple times over more than two weeks and never received an answer. Since we needed the vehicle for work and tint was required, I ended up paying out of pocket at a local shop instead. The dealership price was around $800. I got 3M film with about 95% heat rejection installed locally for around $400. Between the original tint fee and the lack of follow through on a reasonable request, this was frustrating and disappointing. I had an appointment first thing in the morning for an oil change, yet the wait was going to be nearly three hours. The service advisor, Justin, was incredibly rude. I've been a customer here for three years and usually have a good experience, but management clearly doesn't care about customer retention or satisfaction. They only solicit reviews after you've paid so to improve their ratings with Stellantis and the ownership - Morgan Auto Group. If you bring your vehicle here for service, be prepared for long delays. The standard seems to be that a simple oil change will take all day. If you drop your car off, expect them to call you near closing time for pickup. If you choose to wait, settle in--what should be a one-hour job will likely take three. read more

**Beware with this dealership*** the vehicle problem was a fuel leak in the tank area. The first thing the dealer do is change the fuel pump and when the job was done, they realize it was due to a hose after changing & charge for the pump. A one or the most two day job turned into a 3-week job at the dealership. Then, the day they tell me it was ready, when I arrive, out of nowhere they come out telling me that the vehicle had two oil leaks that they had never told me about and that they had to change the gasket and a seal without my consent/approval... uhm, how strange that a month ago the vehicle had the oil changed at another Ram dealer and they had never told me that there was any oil leaking. Even if there had been, I would have oil stains in my garage, which there isn't even a drop of. In my opinion, It's a SCAM about how to charge the Mopar extended warranty more money. read more

If you are considering this dealership read this before even calling them! Fair Warning ! I have purchased over two dozen cars thru many dealerships all over the country. I have never encountered such condescending, disrespectful, dishonest, manipulative individuals in my life. On July 7th I called about a Dodge Challenger for 40k I saw on there website and spoke to internet sales rep Melony who gave me a price with 5k of taxes and dealership fees added to online price. Melony told me come in because she said I wouldn't loose a sale over 2k of fees we could work it out. I agreed on and proceeded to the dealership next day. This is where my nightmare began. I was greeted by the Salesman Chris who was very professional and knowledgeable. Saw the car proceeded purchased. He called his "supervisor" to confirm the price given to me online. His supervisor comes to the office with a condescending dismissive attitude telling me I have to honor the price given by melony but honestly I rather you not buy the car. We are losing money on this car and I rather sell the car in the auction anyway. The supervisor said "If it was up to me I would have to add 4k in warranty, doc fees, CPO. I felt mislead and disappointed so I left for lunch. I returned 2 hours later still wanting to proceed with the purchased 45k offered online by melony. We proceed to "finance" with Zack who was even nastier and condescending that the supervisor. Zack tells me you have a 786 FICO score with a $15,000 down payment but the interest rate is 16.9 percent. I told him you have to be kidding me, I have external pre-approved @5.75 why would I pay 16.9%. Zack said i will not sell you the car unless I add 3,000 for outside financing. I got up thanked them for wasting my afternoon and walked away. When I proceeded to the door, Christ the first sales rep tried to help me getting another financial rep who did get me a better rate @7.9% but not as good as my pre-approval. At this point I was exhausted, humiliated, discouraged and loss all hope for human decency and decided NO VEHICLE IS WORTH THIS! I Thanked Chris for his hard work and left. I know this review is long but if one person heed my warning it would have been worth what I went through. I called twice and talked to the service department and they were outstanding. Got a hotel where I am now, called again and they were all over it. They cheat you with cars by raising the price. They hang up on your call and it takes them hours to answer you because they know why you are calling. on 11/24/2023 Buyer beware! My son and I went there yesterday to buy a car. We found one and took it out and it was fine and we shook hands on a price. I was signing the agreement when I come across the Car Fax report. It says the car was in an accident front and rear. I stopped signing from that point and started Googling the vin number. The sales rep said it was nothing just a little fender bender nothing to worry about. The search results from Car Fax showed one picture with rear damaged. The sales man Kris is amazing at this location. However, the service department is awful with customer service. We've made two oil change TIMED appointments and each time my wife has had to wait over 2 hrs to get serviced. With no communication on what's going on, this is just poor service especially when she has our 11 month old daughter with her. I spoke with my sister and brother in law because they had gotten service in the least and they refuse to even go to this location anymore. read more

RUN the opposite direction i financed a car with this dealership and let me tell you it was the worst loan contract anyone could ever even offer these people are money hungry and will literally make you sign the WORST possible loan deals and on top of that the vehicle started having issues within just 3 months of me purchasing it and of course they are "not responsible" or won't even have the decency to take responsibility of selling people SHITTY CARS. They even lie to you and tell you you'll have multiple FREE oil changes it's a lie they only gave two free ones. This dealership has really competitive pricing online but don't let them fool ya! BEWARE false advertising and hidden fees! Tried to charge me $1500 more than the price listed online on several sites for that specific car at their dealership. Added 3k for a required "family advantage package" which most dealerships at least give you the option to customize and/or opt out of. They tried telling me it "comes standard with each car" but if it "comes with the car" it should come with the listed price of the car. Instead they list the car at a low price to lure people in to get hit with the overpriced reality. 1k fee for dealer profit. $500 for paperwork. They charge you for anything they had to fix in the car to make it sellable along with several other obscure fees that add up to almost 10k on top of the listed price of the car. That's all before taxes and interest. The numbers online look great but they are lies presented to you with candy coated wording in person. Numbers weren't the only issue. They pulled my credit before showing me real numbers. Now I have 4 hard inquiries on my credit that were added without my permission because I simply went to their facility to consider purchasing a car with them. This place is why car salesmen have bad reputations. They were slimy and not like snails.. snails are at least cute and harmless. Don't fall for their lies! They lie to you while trying to make it seem like they are doing you favors. They waste your time with fake online prices to smack you across the face with HIDDEN FEES as if you didn't have to work hard with your precious time and energy for your money because they don't work for theirs.. they just scam people for it. Really bad business practices. The vehicle we drove seven hours to purchase was sold to another party after we had inspected and test-driven and WHILE WE WERE NEGOTIATING. That was blatantly disrespectful. We were given incorrect information about fees upfront. $3,800 was added to the advertised price for undisclosed and unnecessary add-on's. We would drive the 600 miles round trip for a great deal but we found this a lousy deal due to false advertising, upcharging, and misrepresentation. We would not do business here. read more

So I've been asking and calling about the fact that they didn't let us know they ruined our credit by doing 8 HARD INQUIRIES without letting us know just to give us an outrageous amount to pay each month where only about $50 out of the near $1k is actually paying off the car. I honestly feel if they were more upfront about the process, than I wouldn't be so upset. I don't appreciate how much I had to personally order a rum lock key because when I asked if it came with one I a was assured it was. I genuinely love they car because I take care of it. My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Central Florida Dodge Ram and were extremely disappointed, particularly with the registration and associated fees with the finance department. (The sales portion was honest and upfront with Popeye.) Despite providing our existing tag for transfer, we were charged for a new tag and a series of unnecessary fees that have caused significant inconvenience. Here are the charges we were hit with: - $559.55 for an Electronic Registration Filing Fee - Yet, we had to go into the DMV twice and submit our paperwork to Tallahassee. - $189.00 for a Third Party Private Tag Agency Fee - Despite this charge, we had to visit the tag agency ourselves twice. As I am driving around with a tag not even registered to my car. - $350 for Title and Registration Fees - Had an existing tag. The DMV charged me $7 to transfer. I am now waiting on a $200 refund from the state. When we inquired about the issue of receiving another tag in the mail with Central Florida Dodge Ram, their response could have been more satisfactory. They suggested we visit the DMV to resolve the issue and get a refund ourselves. This is incredibly frustrating, considering these errors were not our fault but a result of their poor handling. We even stopped the finance guy when we saw the charges. He put the plate away and said this would save us some money. Clearly, their digital desk format has ways of deceiving customers. Also to mention, the refund will be far less than the original charges. My husband made multiple attempts to contact them and allow them to rectify the situation with no response. I tried calling and was put on hold multiple times. I expected better service and accountability. Being forced to deal with the DMV to rectify their mistakes is unacceptable. The lack of responsibility and added inconvenience have tarnished what should have been an exciting experience of purchasing a new vehicle. Fix it and I'm happy to edit my review. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Thousands of dollars in hidden charges for a "Family Advantage Plan" that included several services that were not applied to my vehicle (also a customer welcome kit valued at $69! BUT they only give it to you when you ask....) They automatically add the charge without explaining to you what you are paying for or having you agree separately from your overall price. Tried to get some answers from management but was bounced back and forth for three days only to end up talking to the most unprofessional and rude manager I have ever spoke to (who couldn't dare repeat himself more than once because I was "wasting his time") Then I was told that this plan is non-refundable.. How convenient! Went back in to the dealership a few days later to get a copy of the agreement that I signed for this plan and to get some information on what that plan includes since they would not refund me. The manager gave me a blank agreement sheet unsigned and when I asked where the copy was with my signature, he says "that is only an internal copy and we shred the signed copy right after you buy it." I'm sorry, what? They sneakily charged me ~$3000 for this "Family Advantage Plan" and then get frustrated with me because I want some clarification? That's a real professional business model.
