    I picked up my new 2025 Tesla Model 3 and it was super easy. Thank YOU Mr. Bill for my new car! The bow is a very nice touch too! Love my new Tesla!

    Recently purchased our family Model Y through Tesla. We placed our order on a Friday and were able to pick up our car within the same week. We've been to this specific Irvine location a few times before for Hubby's first Tesla a few years back. The staff wasn't as helpful last time but they were more helpful this time around. There's a designated area for guest parking if you plan on trading in your car. Check-in is right at the entrance of the service center. The line can get long and it does take at least 10-15 minutes to go through all of the paperwork. Be prepared to wait. There's a small waiting area with limited seating. They have about 2-3 staff members helping but it's not enough. Before getting our car, we made sure to check for any dents or scratches. Fortunately our car was in good shape. We brought our pet liner to line our backseat for our little guy to enjoy. Overall smooth process obtaining our family car. We're really happy with the comfort that it gives us.

    We came to The Tesla Service Center for a scheduled test drive. The appointment was easy to make online as you pick your location and upload a photo of your drivers license prior to your arrival if you forgot to do this, they'll go ahead and do it for you prior to sitting behind the wheel of the vehicle. When we arrived, we ended up on the delivery side of the property. We saw a lot of happy customers taking delivery of the vehicles. 3 Cybertrucks were sitting out front with people's names on them as well. They're interesting vehicles to say the least! We ended up walking to the other side of the property where the showroom is located. We checked in with Lawrence who was going to be our copilot throughout our test drive. I told Lawrence that I've driven this vehicle before but that I never had an opportunity to familiarize myself with the central screen or any of the other functions besides putting it into gear and driving. Lawrence was amazing! He walked me through all of the features and had me demonstrate how to use them as well. He was very professional and incredibly personable! 5 starts for Lawrence! He even showed us how to use full self driving to park the vehicle! I absolutely loved the Model Y and was interested in the Quicksliver color. When we went back into the showroom, Lawrence showed us how to figure out what the cost would be to finance the vehicle. We were a bit confused with the probable savings etc, so he said to subtract $100 off of that and we'd have the monthly cost of the vehicle. So far, so good! I had explained to them that we didn't want to order the vehicle today because we didn't want to take delivery before July. We are going on vacation next month and we don't want to have the vehicle sitting at home while we are gone. I also explained that I have a security freeze on my credit report and I'd need to know exactly when I'd have to do a temporary lift so that Tesla could get us approved for a loan. The freeze is there to protect individuals from identity theft etc, So then Benjamin U. came over and introduced himself to us. This is where everything went downhill immediately. He kept pushing the 0.99% financing on us telling us that it would only be there until May 31st. We weren't phased by this. He kept emphasizing that we won't have that low APR next month. He also asked what other vehicle we were considering and we told him that we are looking at Lexus as well. So Benjamin logged on to the Lexus website and looked up the model that we are looking for. He told that the Tesla was cheaper and that that the Tesla was a superior vehicle with a much higher value than a Lexus. We are aware of the depreciation values of all EVs, so we looked at him and seemed a bit perplexed. He kept saying that we really need to take advantage of this APR before if expired. He also reminded us that he has two Teslas at home. This information was NOT going to inspire us to place an order that's day! Then he walked away and we were looking at the computer screen to figure out if we should order next month or not. We weren't concerned about the APR but we were hoping that the vehicle wouldn't arrive before we leave. So then another associate told us that he needed that table and so we had to get up. We left immediately. Benjamin almost tried to guilt trip us into ordering now. While they don't get commission, we knew that they needed to get their orders numbers up. At this point, we were so upset that we instantly crossed Tesla off of our list. At that moment, we decided that we will not be financing the next vehicle that we buy. We will pay for the vehicle in full and avoid another fiasco like this. Unfortunately, Tesla lost a customer today. I really wanted that Tesla but had a couple of other vehicles to look at to be sure of my choice. Teslas are amazing cars, but as noted by most people, everyone knows that their customer service skills are subpar.
