A week or two later, I wasn't happy with the quality of the camera I purchased, so the guys did an exchange for me to a higher quality product. Fast forward to a few months later - my neighbor (in the city) politely informed me that my alarm was sensitive and if a loud car went by, the alarm would go off (as it should!) and I said I would get the sensitivity adjusted ASAP. After me raising my voice to unreasonable octaves and behaving in an unseemly way, they finally refunded my money. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY again!!!!! I then called a company named Sound of Tri-State, located in Delaware. They gave me a great price and said they could take me today. An hour and a half later I left there having had a delicious cup of tea, helpful (not rushed) service, a great system, and excellent customer service; it was well worth the hour drive. If you can do it and plan to get a new radio, navigation system or remote start, give these folks a try. You will not be sorry. Ask for Marlo and tell him I sent you. With 10 minutes notice Summit North got me a transient slip for the night. I explained that my 22'Cape Cod Catboat does not maneuver well under power, especially in close quarters. I was told not to worry and that there would be folks to help me as soon as I pulled in. True to their word, I had plenty of help from the staff with dock lines. They eased me up to the fuel dock so I could top off my tanks and then very considerately helped pull me into a slip that easy to access, even with my limited steerage. Everyone was super friendly and helpful right from initial call to my departure for Annapolis. I highly recommend Summit North and if I lived in the area, I would definitely use them all year. I only wish all marinas were that good.

We left that day and returned with a deposit to hold the camper and start the buying process a few days later. Unfortunately, we were not able to close the deal. When I asked about our deposit being returned, I was told 7-10 business days. Ok, no big deal. One week, two weeks...a month goes by and nothing. I called to speak to someone and was directed to Zack. I spoke to Zack and was told that the request had been sent to corporate, but being that it was Saturday, he would have to wait until Monday to call and see what information he could find out for me and that he would return my call that following Monday. Again, no big deal. I received no call. Another 3 weeks go by....nothing. I called again on 7/1/26 to speak to Zack, he wasn't in. I was directed to Dan and once again explained the situation. I was told that since Zack wasn't in, he would have to wait to speak to Zack when he got in later that day, and that either he or Zack would get back to me that afternoon. Again, no one called, emailed, or left me a voicemail. Being that it has been two months now with no communication from Forest River as to where our deposit is, I felt that I had to leave a review to warn other potential customers. I have been nothing but incredibly patient throughout this whole process. I have called twice in two months. Unfortunately, Forest River lacks in their communication skills and customer service. I guess since our deal didn't go through, we are not as important as any other customer and don't deserve the same respect. Beware of leaving deposits....you may have to fight tooth and nail to get your REFUNDABLE deposit back, IF you ever get it back.

As I walked into the store I was greeted by "Josiah" who assisted me with my questions. He asked me the make, model and year of my vehicle. Once I gave him all the information he then brought out two different batteries to review with me and we selected the best one. He also brought out some anti-corrosion protection for the battery as well. Since I was new to this store he enrolled me in the rewards program and then took my gift card and payment for the battery and other product. As Josiah was installing the battery in my car, I was ask several questions regarding the battery and other things and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate his time, customer service and attention to detail as I was in a bit of a panic since I went over to Advanced Auto Parts to have the same thing done and was not treated well. After my experience with Advanced Auto Parts, I will NEVER go back and deal with that type of treatment especially when Auto Zone is right across the street and providing EXCELLENT customer service to their customers. (Stay far away from Advanced Auto Parts Store#7773) I highly recommend Auto Zone on Eagleview Bouledvard in Exton, PA. Stop in and ask for "Josiah" and trust me you won't be disappointed. I took my truck there to change ABS module and a U joint on the driveshaft then They called me…read moresaying my problem is not the ABS module but it's two bad batteries and a wire, I told them to change them and when I got there they charged me 3300 for the U joint and two batteries even though their estimate was 1200 which was already too much and then when I drove the truck and it was still doing the same problem with the ABS module, so I highly don't recommend this place they will rob you and not fix your problem.
