He was impatient and did not want to do the work he is supposed to do. He asked my daughter who is recovering from a kidney transplant to push the car so he could tow it. I'm sorry but the driver is supposed to be able to do the work not ask a young woman with a transplant to love a 3000 lbs car because he does not want to do it or wait for assistance from someone who could help. He was sent to us by AAA, who was notified and was reporting him and to ensure he does not work for them again. This is just so ridiculous and pathetic. Not only did they not answer any calls from me but also kept running circles around me and AAA stating that the driver was 30 minutes away and I was next up due to the drivers having a drop off before me. However it seemed as if they accepted the call and just kept avoiding fulfilling towing my vehicle. When it seemed they were coming to pick me up next thing I know they were 40 minutes away from me. I hope more competition arises so their business can crumble or they can do their job and be better decent human beings.
