Unfortunately, there was no clear signage indicating I had entered through an exit, so I simply drove to an open pump like I would at most gas stations. Almost immediately, other customers seemed upset with me, but I honestly had no idea what I had done wrong. It wasn't until a security guard came over and explained the system that I understood the issue. The entire experience was embarrassing and uncomfortable. If you're new to this station, be aware that there appears to be a specific traffic flow and queue system that may not be obvious to first-time visitors. Personally, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather go to Sheeley's, where I can simply pull up to an available pump without confusion, long lines and pissed off ... Sheeley's has plenty of pumps and steady traffic flow, the experience is much easier and far less stressful. Prices are exactly the same.

The casino floor is small, which is makes it nice to find someone if you get separated, but that means the game selection isn't as great as some of the larger casinos. They rotate the games on a regular basis, which means a new favorite could be short lived and gone on your next visit. I personally like casinos with older machines (as in 20 years old) as they have a special charm to them with their cheesy graphics and sound. Because this is their newest casino, it's all new, very animated and sometimes loud machines. The one area that isn't up to snuff is their floor drink service. Sometimes you just can't ever find them on the floor. The last trip, I finally just bought a bottle of smart water from the snack place. I do wish they comped a little better as I'm used to Vegas level of comps, but it's not a deal breaker.

As you charge your car.. there is a steady stream of in&out burger customers just INCHES in front of your car ! I don't like the fact that I have to worry about whether the nose of my car is going to get hit. Also ... there is more than one grouping of EVGo chargers in the Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center parking lot ... HOWEVER.... Most of the chargers are down for maintenance .... So now .... Before I get out in this 111 Degree heat ... I call EVGo customer service directly to find out what's working and what's not.... A very stressful and time consuming process :-/
